I've been bronze for a couple years now, IIRC, and tbh, I'd feel weirder not being orange now,

I've been bronze since 2004. I honestly stopped looking by now

see i was bolded black for a good three years, then in january i looked and i was an OBZPC

and it's weird adjusting to that because i was so used to the black and the orange stands out and like

i feel like i stand out now and idk what to do with that, i ain't a cool kid or nothin' i just paid for a lot of one-month premier memberships and helped out in a competition or two back in the day, y'know?

I used to be sickly yellow, OBZPC orange isn't so bad in comparison.

Eh, I used to be light blue... Never got used to that honestly. Orange I hardly notice. Probably 'cause there's so many.

When I became a OBZPC, it took me about a day or two to adjust to it. But it never really bothered me. 

Still remember the day when mine (also maybe everyone else's) showed up red and in smallcaps.

It's... different. The bronze makes me feel like I'm part of some elite club, but also like I've not earned it. I just got mine through a combination of Premier, referrals and maybe some other stuff? I don't really remember anymore   Still, never got a penalty, so like that helps I guess

tbh i never got a chance to get used to it because there was honestly too short a window between "becoming obzpc" and "becoming staff" for me to really register it :x

I mostly never paid attention to the text colors in the first place? Unless I was specifically looking for them, that is. I mean, I hardly ever scroll down to see who's online anyway.

Just scrolling down to the bottom of the forums now, my name's actually an even brighter amber color since I became a news reporter earlier this year, and this is honestly my first time seeing it. o_O

There are a lot of little BZPower things that are a big deal for other people which I never actually paid too much attention to, like rank images and spinnies. Not something I'm bragging about (honestly, it probably doesn't reflect well on me that I pay so little attention to these things), just something weird I notice every time these things come up in discussions.

I decided that my name looked better in black. 

And then I fixed it so it was.
