Simply because it isn't the staff but the rules they are getting punished/restricted by; the Staff just makes it happen.

Yet here is my opinion, if they are leaving because they don't like the Staff members, they are too scared to live by the rules.

Hmm...

What I'm seeing with these "dislikers" is a bunch of people posting that they don't like you and not giving any tangible reasons. And if they just say that without giving reasons, how are you to even consider changing? Do they dislike you out of jealousy, perhaps?

The thing is, whatever they say is "wrong" with you, it's a matter of what they think internally. It's a matter of taste. Nobody acts exactly how we want them to at all times, and nobody ever will. So for them to go into this thinking that you need to act exactly how they want you to is unreasonable on their part.

If your personality isn't their cup of tea, that's fine. But even if one complainer does provide an actual reason that they dislike you, you shouldn't necessarily change yourself because of it, the reason being that this is just one person's personal view of you, and it might not reflect the tastes of the majority.

So the best thing to do here (IMO) would be to look at the posts that actually provide some reason for the poster's view, look for trends in those posts, and then make a poll out of the most frequent complaints, asking whether or not people think that about you.

But unfortunately, you can't do that.
