Welcome to Bunda's Blog Based Creations Contest #2: Oh, What Marvelous Things!

That's right! Finally, I've decided to start the next contest! The theme? Make something marvelous... like the griffin... the centaur... or the unicorn... All these beasts of legend were mixed up, and your mission is to make up another mixed beasty! Mix the attributes of any two(+) real-world creatures into your MOC. Let your imagination run wild! There will be two categories: One for made up creatures, and another for cyptids/mythical mix-ups.


Contest Specific Rules
1) Bionicle Rahi do not count, and you may not mix/use them in your MOC.
2) You must mix at least two real-world creatures in your MOC. You may mix more, just make sure it doesn't become muddled.
3) A human may be one of the creatures.
4) Do not mix two similar creatures, such as a chimp and a gorilla, or a house cat and a lion.


Normal Rules
1) No custom or painted parts. Duh.
2) No entry may be published prior to the beginning of this contest.
3) One entry per person, one MOC per entry.
4) Entry must be 75% Technic/Bionicle.
5) The background may be edited, but not the MOC. Color correction and brightness adjustments are legal.

If I missed one, all the other basic BBCC rules apply.

Voting
Voting will be separated in the two categories, and the winner of each will go head-to-head with one another to decide the ultimate marvel.

What time does the contest end on sataurday? I'll be away for the next for days and probably won't be able to get pics up until then. (Believe me, I really want to enter, and my entry has been finished for a while, but it has been a pain in the neck to get pictures of it.)

Ooo, so this is where Impossible Creatures comes in handy.

I may be able to whip up something, maybe a bat-snake, or maybe a wolf-spider, or maybe a chimp-hippo, an almost endless amount of possibilities... Or, maybe, the ultimate combo terror... A spider that can fly... :evilgrin:

 

Regardless, I like the theme, so I do hope to enter.

Okay, almost done editing pics. Anybody got a screenshot of a bat from impossible creatures on a white background? There used to be a site with one, but I can't find it. (my entry pic will have both combined animals shown on each side. I have the tarantula hawk, but I need the bat.)
