I used to feel the same way. I left for six months rather abruptly, and came back, I felt, more mature not only in the eyes of other members but also personally.

Maybe I should do the same.

Unless you really feel like you need a break, there's no need to go off in a fit of self-pity or something like that.

Really, though, none of the friends you make here are going to care what you are thought of by everyone else. You're special to us, and we'd miss you greatly if you up and left.
