  1. And although you feel better, you can throw me onto that pile of people willing to help, though I don't know you super-well. I would like to know you better, but anyway if you need to rant, call on me. A lot of people tell me that I'm always very helpful when it comes to people's problems, so with that in mind, rant to me any time. =P

But anyway, glad to know you're better. ^^

  2. Yeah, the power outage was an instant 'wow' for me. I joked that Jones' touchdown was just so awesome that he blew out the lights in the stadium. =P

I was supporting the Ravens, I thought it was awesome that they won, but I also thought it was amazing that SF caught up. Gotta give it to them, they put up a good fight.

The touchdown right after the half time show was great, though, it's a shame it only tied the record, since they thought it to be 109 yards but it turned out to be 108 instead. Oh well, it was still a great dash on Jacoby Jones' part. ^^

I'm still trying to consider whether last year's game featuring the Patriots and the Giants was better than this game. Last year was down-to-the-wire, although the half-time show was horrible (I mean, come on, Madonna tripped on stage.). Either way, I'm looking forward to the next super bowl. Congrats, Ravens!

(also, by the way, coaches that are brothers? Talk about sibling rivalry! =P)

  3. I would say Wendelin the Jester, but we'd be the only ones that'd get it, haha. Whatever it will be in the end will probably be cool, though. ^^

Argh, exams. >< Well, you passed with flying colors on this last one, so I have no doubt you'll do it again on this next one. ; )

Me? Life's been pretty boring and/or frustrating. School's been keeping me busy, and I'm choreographing a dance that's somewhere near four minutes long. And I'm sick. Again.

Which frustrates me because ths super famous Russian dancer is holding a master class, and I might not be able to attend because I still might be sick. But honestly, I'm not going to let sickness stop me, because I really want to take this class. We'll see. -.-

Oh, and I've been playing Minecraft. Remind me to send you photos of what I've been building, it's pretty cool. ^^

  4. Don't worry. Nervous? I think a few dozen other people in that class are, too. =P

My advice is to keep cool, and you'll pull through just fine. I definitely have confidence in you, and the most important thing is to have confidence in yourself and your abilities. If you have that, you'll be able to ace that exam. If you don't, just have the pleasure of knowing that your friends do. ;)

  5. Best of luck to you on reading 52 books. I plan on doing half of that, a book every two weeks instead. Unfortunately I'm late on the first book, so I'm having to finish it in three days because I came up with this idea well after the start of the New Year.

I haven't read Lord of the Rings either, so don't feel bad. I only watched the movies last year, and found them to be pretty interesting. I unfortunately realized that I (accidentally) had used the name Rohan in my epic, without knowing of its usage in Lord of the Rings. =P

I might pick up the books sometime, along with The Hunger Games. I obtained some money after selling some jewelry I made, so I should be able to pick up a couple of books with that money.

  6. Thanks. =] I just wish I could actually get into the habit of writing more often, though. I will take you up on that offer some time, maybe I'll send you a chapter or two when I can, if you won't mind too much.

Oh, it's kind of a New Year's resolution. I've got a list of about 18 books so far, I still have eight more that I want to list, although five of them are going to be school books I have to read later this year. I'm not entirely sure which ones they are, though, so I'm keeping the list unfinished until I figure that out. And those sound like interesting books! I'll definitely check them out, thanks! =]

Any genre really works for me, honestly. I'm not a huge fan of westerns, but it depends on the story that goes with it. Romance is decent, too - Gone With the Wind is an obvious example of a purely romantic/dramatic book. I plan to actually read that, although it might take awhile.

Among some of the books I plan on reading include Drawn to Disaster by Lily Gee, as I made a bit of a promise to her/myself that I would read it when it was published. I wasn't aware of its publication until a few weeks ago, unfortunately, so I will probably order it off of Amazon.

Heheh, about the same. There is plenty of music I could recommend to you, but it depends on the type of genre you like. (How come I'm getting a strong sense of deja vu? =P)

Aimee sent me a link to the 25th Aniiversary concert, and I plan on watching that soon. She sent me a clip of Samantha Barks singing 'On My Own', and I was completely drawn into the concept of Les Miserables. I hope to watch the full video when I have time.

They are really fun to talk to, aren't they? They tend to dive off the deep end a couple of times, but they are a fun (although crazy) bunch of people.

You're welcome! =] (And I suggest if you do reply to this that you send me a PM, but if you prefer to comment here, that's fine by me. This is basically us messaging/conversing with each other as it is, the exception being that the whole forum can see what we're talking about. =P)

  7. Well, you definitely wrote a lot more stories than I did. =P I hope to write more, and hopefully complete anything I write. I'm also hoping to flesh out some novel ideas, I have maybe three, and all of them are decent, but all of them might not be that interesting or perhaps overused.

But I suppose I'm being a bit selfish in my commentary - be proud of yourself! Your stories are amazing, and I think it is absolutely wonderful you reached 30K in one month. And I wish you good luck with your novel! If you want to, you can always send me chapters of it if you want an opinion on it, and I will be more than willing to read. =]

And I need to read. I plan on reading 21 books this year - one every two weeks. I can't read one in a week, it goes against my procrastinating nature. Your book-reading has inspired me, definitely, Velox. Do you have some good books to recommend that I can perhaps read? =)

For music, I have also gotten into Adele. I encourage you to listen to her album 21 - 'Skyfall' was an amazing song, but it was just an example of some of her other good songs, such as 'Rolling in the Deep' and 'Someone Like You', both of which are execeptionally well-written and sung with powerful emotion.

You can kill me for not seeing Les Miserables. I want to desperately, but movie prices are insanely expensive, and although I have the money to go and see it myself, I am also too young to go and see it myself. I would convince a friend, but she is always extremely busy.

And I am blessed to have them as friends, too. It is great to have their quirky company with me when I'm feeling terrible about something, specifically Aimee/Aderia. You and I need to talk more, however, but I guess we tend to either both be busy at the same time, or one's free when the other is busy. Ahh, well, life is going to be like that.

For goodness sake, sorry for typing this comment too long! It happens to all of us, I suppose. But indeed, to a happy new year, and hoping this year will be better than the last.

  8. The possibilites - think of them all! Legend of Zelda minifigures...ohmygosh a LEGO Hyrule Castle! o_o And a Princess Peach Castle!

Seriously, people, it's time to start a petition to convince LEGO to make a deal with Nintendo for LEGO Nintendo sets. That would get me back into LEGO. :B
