  1. I don’t speak Japanese, but it’s cool these guys are able to translate the game.
  2. I also bet that Takanuva was going to say that his planet was defeated by Makuta Teridax. Lol. Boy, it would have been nice if Bionicle had appeared in the film. It‘a disrespectful for how there’s that deleted scene being a deleted scene. Talk about a waste opportunity and potential. I wonder why Lego deleted this scene? Anyway, if there were a live-action Bionicle and Hero Factory Cinematic Universe (I seriously suggest Lego to do that for the themes), I would imagine the Toa being that tall compared to humans because they are 7 feet tall.
  3. Sounds like a dystopian future to the beloved franchise’s story, similar to Mega Man X is to Mega Man. I wonder what is that all about. Anyway, why doesn’t Bionicle have that treatment for its 10th, 15th, and 20th anniversary?! It’s totally unfair.
  4. Hi, guys. You know, in 2001, when Bionicle first started, Matoran were once called Tohunga, but Maori people don’t like that name because it’s Maori for “priest”, despite the Matoran worshipping the Great Spirit Mata Nui, so Lego changed the name to “Matoran”, which is based on Mata Nui. Do you guys prefer to call the Matoran “Matoran” or “Tohunga”? Just asking. For me, Matoran because I’m fine with whatever change is official.
  5. Not really. He is as much as Furno and Stormer. He’s basically a member of the main protagonists.
  6. Well, we could say they are two different planets. Great Beings don’t do nothing, you know. People in general. You are thinking about some people in BZPower and Reddit. Even HF’s 2010 and 2011 sets used pieces from Bionicle G1 (Glatorian heads and a Mistika shield piece on Fire Lord’s weapon, Tinseltown Toons, and that Carlos artist guys who drew the comic covers for the themes, like he did with Bionicle’s 2001-2003 comics). Even Instagram and Facebook groups always look at HF as a part of Bionicle (I have a friend that said “Stormer is my favorite Bionicle set”), and some articles discussing the themes even compare them and treat them as the same thing. You can also have a Hero Drop Ship carry Bionicle Stars canisters. It’s like “tomato, tomoto”. Of course, we know the themes are what they are. They’re similar. Plus, people are into shared universes these days, like the Marvel Cinematic Universe. People never complained about Legends of Chima being a part of Ninjago because we want to know what are all the Sixteen Realms, so it’s okay to say that Nexo Knights could be one of those realms. So, I believe that it’s reasonable for Bionicle G1 and HF to share the same universe. Treat them as different planets in the universe. In my theory, there could have been at least one or two Great Beings may have left Spherus Magna when their planet was destroyed long ago. GBs in general wouldn’t do nothing, and they always create something and can do anything. We always wonder what are the GBs doing since the Shattering, like breaking the gender lock on the Matoran species. Not every GB was trapped on Bara Magna and Bota Magna, as the guy who impersonated Velika was in the Matoran Universe before SM was restored. These two GBs that I mentioned leaving SM may have created Mr. Makuro, and helped him build Makuhero City and the factory (the Heroes look like Glatorian, which are what the Great Beings are. I don’t have to include Slizers or RoboRiders because they don’t have stories, so HF is the only constraction theme reasonable to be a part of Bionicle G1 without hurting anything. It’s called making logical theories and connections when you look at large similarities, and if Lego decides to make the theories come true, depending the Lego Ideas projects and that Brick Link project that I mentioned above (both Bionicle and HF are good themes on their times), then confused people that I mentioned would understand the themes much better by seeing that HF is reasonably a part of Bionicle G1 if that happens because they are quite similar. Why did Faber make a biovival Bionicle logo picture that looks like a mix of Bionicle and HF? He seems to treat them as such, and he loves them both (he keeps on making Instagram posts about them). He’s the one who made them.
  7. Dragons don’t have six limbs, but this is an awesome MOC! Very nice take on the Kanohi Dragon! You put much more Kanohi on the other guy who built the dragon for a Rahi contest in 2004!
  8. “Don’t forget who you are. Heroes to the Core!” - Preston Stormer in Trails of Furno episode.
  9. What it says here. When will that fan game, Mata Nui Online Game 1.5: The Bohrok War, be updated? It stopped when you, as Takua, are waiting for Vakama to finishing talking with Whenua, so he will allow you to enter the cave. However, Vakama is still talking. It was last updated in 2015 or 2016, so yeah.
  10. Well, it would be also interesting if a Great Being or two may have decided to build Makuro, the Factory, and Makuhero City. Plus, Ninjago had Legends of Chima be a part of it, and Hero Factory is quite similar to Bionicle (people keep looking at Hf as a part of Bionicle G1). Plus, I asked Lego to connect Bionicle G1 and HF during Bionicle’s 20th anniversary, and they like the idea. They would need to bring back Bionicle to do it, and I believe if Lego Ideas’ Lego 90th anniversary project would be based on Bionicle in 2022 and if Sodoka’s Bionicle Lego Ideas project will turn into a set by Brick Link, and if any of these guys will do well, we could have Bionicle back. That’s a logical theory, and it could mostly likely happen.
  11. Well, the Heroes look like Glatorian, so... Anyway, nice theory, but I have this one (ignore the negative votes and comments because they are unhealthy): Well, I believe that could happen if Lego decides to make their 90th anniversary set in Lego Ideas based on Bionicle in 2022, and it it goes well, then it would convince Lego to think about re-continuing and ending Bionicle 2001-2010’s and HF’s stories and making them share the same universe because of similarities. That’s my theory and it’s logical because HF did very good on its time in 2010-2014 by keeping the action figure line alive while Bionicle wasn’t there during the time.
  12. Well, I got these ideas: and and And of course, your thing (four on my comment over there, specifically): Well, I can also tell you this: If Bionicle were to come back in 2021 and 2022, depending on Lego Ideas’s Lego 90th anniversary project and Sokoda’s Bionicle Lego Ideas project on Brick Link, and if they go well if they become real sets, we could get Hero Factory, re-continue and end the HF story at last, have it and Bionicle 2001-2010 share the same universe (according to my topics and comments, and they’re very similar). I believe that could be possible if HF is a very good and honorable theme that kept Lego’s action figure category alive when Bionicle was gone in 2010-2014. Let’s hope for all of them.
  13. I would like to think of this dude as Dr.-Wily-from-Mega-Man or Sigma-from-Mega-Man-X kind of villain who could be responsible for everything. He may be the one who is responsible for the villains being evils, the Legion of Darkness, the drone attack on New Stellar City, Von Ness turning into Von Nebula, telling the Ordeal of Fire villains to absorb so much fuel that they turn evil, telling Aldous Witch to misuse HF’s recharging room and then go to Quatros to get the Quaza, the breakout, Black Phantom stealing the plans for the Hero Factory (the Brain Maker may also have Von Nebula as his servant when Von clicked on his laptop showing the plans), and of course the events of Brain Attack. He may also have Core Hunter and Voltix help him (Core Hunter may have teleported somewhere after using the power of the Doom Box, and I heard Voltix is still on the loose). He could have corrupted Black Phantom while both of them are like from the same kind of robot. He may also have that Galactic Conspiracy from the Secret Missions books to help him. He may also have convinced people from Antropolis City to disturb the Jumpers during Invasion From Below, so he would have time to build a factory that makes evil versions of Heroes with Anti-Quaza for cores. That’s how I would imagine. This dude may have a great hatred to heroes, like how Darth Sidious hates the Jedi.
  14. Hi, guys. What the title says here. What happened to the canonization contests? We had Helryx and Artakha last year. What’s going on?
  15. I would agree. I mean, the joints aren’t brittle, and we got a lot of new pieces. These are two things.
  16. That’s a weird way of describing the story arc. I would look at it as an experiment for the CCBS. The episode represent that as well.
  17. The Brain Maker would explain the giant drone attack, Von Nebula’s corruption, and Black Phantom’s raid in Hero Factory. Hadn’t thought about it, but good theory.
  18. Well, if anything does well (HF did well in 2010-2012, and HF looks very much like a part of Bionicle because of similarities), I look at it as forgivable, so I believe it would need to be given another chance. Even Faber, one of Bionicle’s creators, likes talking about it in Facebook and Instagram. People are into hashtags these days. I may be an optimist and a realist, but it’s best to try rather than not do it. Who knows? People love to use social media, anyway.
  19. Hi, guys. That building system for Lego action figures, the Character and Creature Building System, or the CCBS for short, was born on the first half of 2011. It was introduced in Hero Factory when it had a set wave called Ordeal of Fire during the time. It revolutionized the action figure category, as it was spread to other themes, DC Comics Super Heroes, Marvel Super Heroes, Legends of Chima, Bionicle 2015-2016, and Star Wars. I thought it was very cool, despite some plain-looking pieces. We got five-fingered hands. Sadly, the system reminds us that Bionicle G2 was gone in 2016 and then the whole category collapsed in 2018 for some reason. Pitiful. Anyway, happy 10th anniversary, CCBS!
  20. Hi, guys. Today is the day where the Ordeal of Fire episode had aired on April 11, 2011. It’s where four Heroes, Stormer, Furno, Breez, and Surge, had a hard time fighting a team of four fiery villains, who are trying to absorb Hero Pod fuel at a floating fuel station. The Heroes decided to be Upgraded to fight these hotheads. They also have two new Heroes who are born with the same upgrade, Julius Nex, the orange tech dude, and Nathan Evo, the yellow meditating dude. It is revealed that the villains were made to be miner who absorb energy, and their leader called the Fire Lord said that he knew Stormer, but Stormer never remembered the dude, just the FL’s mining place. The miners absorbed so much fuel that this ability made them crazy and turned them evil (like Kevin 11 from Ben 10). The Heroes defeated the villains and brought them to their jail while the Heroes want to help them from their unhealthy addictions. Finally, all other Heroes got upgraded. The set wave that the episode is based on also provided a new building system called the Character and Creature Building System, or the CCBS for short. It revolutionized the action figure category, and it was spread to other themes, DC Comics Super Heroes, Marvel Heroes, Legends of Chima, Bionicle G2, and Star Wars. In my opinion, I like the set wave. It’s not the best, but it’s good because of the CCBS and the fact that the Heroes got upgraded, like the Toa Nuva from Bionicle 2001-2010. The uneven arms and weird helmet designs of the villains are wonky while the Heroes’ new heads and helmets are weird, but we got five-fingered hands. It’s a pity that we don’t have 2.0 versions of Bulk or Stringer (or even Rocka, even if he was introduced in Savage Planet later on). I remember watching the episode on Nicktoons on its world premiere. It’s puny that we had one episode (I wish there were more), but the story is kind of good. Not the best, but good. I mean, Surge was so late on getting an upgrade, and I wish Jetbug has more screen time. Lame. Well, Fire Lord is one of my favorite characters and villains because of his dark personality and backstory. Anyway, happy 10th anniversary to Ordeal of Fire! What do you guys think of the wave and episode?
  21. Hi, guys. Check this out: https://instagram.com/fabframes?igshid=nyc4zgmksaip . Remember those mysterious letters, B, I, O, and N that Faber had been trading for two years? Well, he admits that he wants to tease Bionicle. Lego doesn’t seem to have any plans for being Bionicle back in this year or celebrating Bionicle’s 20th anniversary this year, sadly (but Lego Ideas’ Lego 90th anniversary project and Brick Link allow people to choose Bionicle in 2021 or 2022), but Faber does want Bionicle to come back. Ain’t that cool? Plus, use the hashtag, #biovival , and others:
  22. I am wondering about that, too. Don’t forget Krahka the shape-shifting Rahi and the Tahtorak the giant green lizard Rahi. They are intelligent, too.
  23. Well, Bionicle still lives in fans’ hearts, and Lego Ideas and Brick Link is doing projects that could give Bionicle a chance. Have faith in that, and probably use hashtags to help support Bionicle since Bionicle is turning 20 this year, and Lego should do something to celebrate the poor theme. It’s as amazing as Transformers from Hasbro, Batman from DC Comics, Spider-Man from Marvel, and Sonic the Hedgehog from Sega. Plus, when was the first you became a fan to Bionicle? Anyway, about more Mata Nui Online Game, it would be nice if there are such online games for Bionicle’s 2004 Metru Nui, time between the 2005 and 2001 storylines (would show what people where doing before the Toa Mata arrive on the island of Mata Nui, like the Shadow Plague), 2006 Voya Nui, 2007 Mahri Nui, 2008 Karda Nui, 2009 Bara Magna, 2010 Spherus Magna, Hero Factory, and Bionicle G2’s Okoto storylines. I mean, it would be nice if we could learn more of the cultures of those people rather than just seeing heroes fighting villains and all. Dude. Please be serious. There is a lot of mess in Bionicle’s history here and there, and since this year is Bionicle’s 20th anniversary, it would be wise to use the hashtags to convince Lego to celebrate it.
  24. What is it that you don’t understand? You having trouble reading the hashtags because there are no spaces or whatever? You can ask any kind of clarification, and I’ll answer. Well, people have dreams and there is a lot of mess here and there (even many people are probably thinking that Hero Factory is a part of Bionicle G1, like saying “Preston Stormer is my favorite Bionicle character”. Plus, G2 used people that we don’t know, so let’s say for example that G2 should have get its own versions of G1 characters that weren’t in G2, like the Turaga of Mata Nui and Toa Inika, and for another example, G1 could have its own version of the G2 character who were never introduced in G1, like Ekimu and Umarak (Transformers G1 had a similar idea by adding Lockdown from Transformers: Animated into its story). We are disappointed by the mess, aren’t we? That’s why I made these hashtags. Hashtags are like a fan’s way of demanding fixing things up and making wishes come true, in my perspective. I mean, I believe other fans feel that way. A lot of inconvenience, I say. We don’t have Bionicle, Hero Factory, or constraction. It’s overwhelmingly sad to look at. Look at the Justice League movie in 2017. It’s a sad mess before the Snyder cut happened and improved things. People had been wondering what was in the Snyder cut, and I bet we Bionicle fans may be wondering about some things in Bionicle. Perhaps Bionicle G1’s own “The Art of Bionicle” from G2” could help (just in case you are wondering). Anything can happen nowadays because of social media. It’s true that un-cancelling the 5th and 6th movies, graphic novels, and that Legends book can be hard (but it would be true if Lego would do them), but sometimes, it’s best to finish things. The thing is that Bionicle wasn’t treated properly when these unwanted cancellations in 2010 and 2016 happened. Bionicle is the one that saved Lego from bankruptcy. Bionicle is basically Lego’s own Transformers from Hasbro, Batman from DC Comics, Spider-Man from Marvel, and Sonic the Hedgehog from Sega. We could have wished a much better real conclusion for G1, and I don’t mind another reboot for Bionicle as long as it would do well. Bionicle deserve a lot better than this, and I would imagine Bionicle doing bigger things if it had continued after 2010 as originally planned. 2001-2009 were Bionicle’s golden years, so the cancellations shouldn’t have happened. BZPower is there to stimulate our love for Bionicle. Plus, Lego Ideas is doing a Lego 90th anniversary project in 2022 that would be based on either Bionicle or three other inferior themes, based on the fans’ choice (I think Bionicle would 80% likely to win), and Brick Link is modifying Sodoka’s project from Lego Ideas to try to give it another chance after Lego Ideas declined it. We are lucky to have these guys, and if those Bionicle projects would become true and sets (I hope), Bionicle would come back beautifully again, like in 2001-2009, and the wishes from my hashtags would become true as a result. We would just keep on using the hashtags to convince Lego into thinking of those things. Since Bionicle is 20 years old this year, I believe the hashtags could be very effective, even if Lego rudely doesn’t seem to celebrate Bionicle’s 20th anniversary for some reason.
