From what I understand, the nerdy character played by Hemsworth was supposed to be the "man-joke" of the movie, and he ended up stealing the spotlight. I'd probably see it for that, but Ghostbusters wasn't always my favorite, either.

Speaking of bad movies, anyone else notice how the new Ghostbusters movie was promoted as this great big thing, and not two days after its release, there's no mention of it for weeks. Was it just that bad, or what? I haven't seen it, so I have little to go on.

From what I've seen in the trailers, I doubt I'll ever see it.

My brother and I went and watched both seasons a couple years ago. It's really dumb, but some of the jokes and gags are too perfect that it makes up for everything.

A lot of those movies from that period were actually really good, yet always seem underappreciated, I've noticed.
