  1. I'm liking the idea of this so far. I've never really explored the idea of having immortal characters. It is something that could definately be made very interesting if fleshed out.
  2. Despite my lack of posting in the game, I still try to continue keeping up with it, so I think you should continue the RPG. Personally, I feel it has potential, and the players might return. Perhaps you should wait a little and see what happens?

    Happy birthday!
  4. Well, seeing as my Premier Member perks end today, my blog goes with them. I'm content that I had wrote at least one entry instead of letting the week pass without any. Too bad I didn't get to add more to it, though. Maybe next time I'll think of something else to put on here. So, this being my last entry for now, I say goodbye to my blog. It was fun having one and being a part of the blog community.
  5. Yep. So far, there are only two PC Dark Hunters at the Knowledge Towers, both standing guard on one of the tower's tops.

    Lost

That's right. The TV show that aired in 2004-2010 with a total of six seasons. I recently finished watching the very last episode, thereby completing the entire show. I must say I was impressed by it all, and glad that I devoted much of my time to watching it (not like I had anything else to do ). Anyone who hasn't seen this yet should. This now leaves me thinking of one question: what am I supposed to do now? It seems that without anymore Lost, I'm... lost.
  7. Is the Makuta of Stelt eligible to write about? Considering that "Makuta of Stelt" isn't a true name, would this particular character not be allowed?

    New Blog

I’ve decided to take advantage of the Premier Member perks this time and make a blog. I’ll probably only be able to update it during special times like this, and hopefully I’ll actually get around to posting entries. So, to start this blog off, I would like to say Happy birthday, BZPower! Hope everyone enjoys the anniversary week to celebrate this wonderful website.

    My Face

It is indeed the face behind the mask. Nice outfit, by the way.
  10. IC: Knowledge Tower - Ko-MetruHahlok nodded, eyes locked on the remains of the Knowledge Tower below. "True," he said, seeing the other Dark Hunters already appearing around the rubble. "You should have your Rahi leave the rest up to them. As some of the guards are away from their posts, there are openings; I suggest that several of your minions take those spots in case that intruder has any friends show up." His eyes glowing with energy, the Skakdi returned to seeking out anything in his range of vision emanating heat. They swept over the standing towers, the ground below, the skies above, anywhere their enemies could approach from.
  11. IC: Seacher's Chasm - Northern BarrensGreel packed up his weapons, placing the blades within their sheaths and retracting the golden spear back into a rod and stowing it away. He pulled his goggles off his eyes, sliding them up onto his forehead, and pocketed his hands inside his jacket."Well," the Team Slight leader replied, looking off into the snowy distance. "With the Day Run closing, City destroyed, and the Ring defeated, I guess there's not much of a reason to stay here. I suppose it might be right to stay for a little while and help rebuild... but there's a whole universe for me to explore. Kai-Nam's been fun, and I'll be around for a few days, though I guess I should return to my travels."Grinning, Greel withdrew one of his best daggers. "Here." he said, handing it to Calik. "Keep it. It'll remind you of our times here on the island, when we raced, purchased weapons, fought for fun and our lives, and when we helped stop a god from wreaking havoc on the rest of the world." He snapped his fingers, prompting an interdimansional gateway to open behind him. "See you later, Calik." Until then, his words echoing in the Toa's mind. You know how to keep in touch with me. He tapped his temple, implying the usefulness of telepathy, before turning toward the portal, side by side with Rocky, and disappearing into its darkness.OOC: Sad to see Day Run end, and glad to have been a part of it. Thankyou, everyone, for a great time of role playing.
  12. IC: Throne Room - Ring HQContrary to what many would believe with Kaytana, she did not glare or curse at the hologram of Lyxek. In fact, she actually smiled; the edge of her mouth jerked to the left, quickly spreading across her face and beginning to show her teeth. She even began to chuckle a little, turning one of the jewels of the necklace between two claws as she did so."There's the Ringmaster I know," the Skakdi said, looking at where the projection had been a moment before. He had just unveiled future plans to her, possibly menacing schemes, and even threatened her to her face. That "softened" version of the Ringmaster she had seen on the platform had disappeared, dissolving away to reveal the true mischievous personality of the Toa. Before, Kaytana had believed Lyxek to be proof that even Toa heroes could be corrupt, which she thought to be lost not too long ago. Now, she could easily see that cold look in his eyes, it never having been suppressed back there. Placing the jeweled Key around her neck (which, even if it didn't have any special properties to it, was still valuble in her eyes), she rose off the throne and descended the steps. The Ring member turned, giving one last look at the chair and computers before rushing away, pulling out her transporter as she jogged towards the exit. Once she regained possession of her speeder, the Skakdi would track Lyxek with her fellow Ring agents. I joined you because of the violence and thrill of danger you caused, Lyxek, Kaytana thought. Initiating events that even I couldn't compose by myself. I trail things like that for entertainment and a life. So let's see what fun you've got planned out now. Hopefully there's a not poor fool waiting for the companionship of another to trick and a tournament to join where you're headed. I think I shall begin this story differently...
  13. IC: Northern Barrens"What's this I hear about shutting the Day Run down?"Hexxon and Anar approached the group, the former pocketing his personal teleporter inside his black cape. Both looked tired and battered, yet content that everything was over. Well, almost over -- there was still a traitorous and greedy Skakdi on the loose...IC: Throne Room - Ring HQKaytana watched the projection of the Ringmaster walk over to the computers with narrowed eyes. "I guess I was just too busy comprehending your noble promises and deeds, your insult, and worry about a pesky Matoran helping himself to valuble stuff to listen to what more came from your mouth, Lyxek," she retorted. "And as for your question: I suppose is it rather upsetting to see a disappointment return." She made her resentment in Lyxek's generous actions toward their enemies clear in that last sentence. The Skakdi tapped her claws on the armrests now. "How about another question... or two?" she asked, curious of what he was doing on the screens. "What is it that you want from here? And this." She began swinging the necklace on a single finger, before catching in her hand. "What can it do for me?"
  14. IC: CitadelHexxon picked up Anar's mind underneath a layer of debris, worried and frightened thoughts dominating it, yet despair not one of them. Waves of heat rose from the exact spot above where the dragon lay as the stone and metal melted away, a hole beginning to form. Through this, the Odinan could see the mass of brown and dark blue at the bottom. "Come on, Anar," he said encouragingly, providing a covering of Shadow energy over the pit's sides. Anar buried his claws into the tough shell of darkness, climbing up back to the surface. Once up there, he affectionately greeted his master, licking the dark gold mask on his face. Hexxon smiled again, placing an arm around his friend's neck. He held up the teleporter and activated the device. IC: Throne Room - Ring HQKaytana shifted her gaze over to the flashing lights and screen, following their path to the center of the throne room. She stopped studying the Key, focused entirely on the light show before her. When the hologram manifested as Lyxek, she froze. The Skakdi returned the Ringmaster's expression. "You sure do know how to make an appearance," she said simply, repositioning herself in the seat, sitting in it properly instead of the casual manner she had been moments ago. "And yes, it appears that I am in your chair."She allowed a moment of silence to pass, gripping the armrests tightly in her claws. Her right eye twitched as she changed the subject. "Aren't you supposed to be dead?"
  15. IC: Knowledge Tower - Ko-Metru"Find anything?" Hahlok demanded, jogging up to Karorahk and peering over the edge at the Rahi clearing away the crystalline remnants of the tower.
  16. IC: Knowledge Tower - Ko-MetruHahlok quickened his pace once he saw a fellow guard. "Hey," he snapped. "Alert the others -- an intruder has been spotted running around. Tell them to check the wreckage outside for a body of a Toa, and keep an eye on the surrounding area in case more show up. This could be a diversion, albeit a poor one."The Skakdi sent the Dark Hunter off to warn the other sentries posted of the situation before heading back to the top of the tower. While they investigated the situation outside, he would see if Karorahk had mustered enough Rahi to clear away the crystal and found anything.
  17. IC: Citadel"Thanks," Hexxon replied as Sanshou vanished, looking down at the device in his hands. It could come in handy in the case he found his Shadow powers block -- like in the sublevels of the Citadel -- or if his energies were drained. The Odinan turned away, heading further into the ruins, his mask still glowing. Once he found Anar, he could teleport over to Zanth's location. Hopefully nothing serious had happened to the dragon; he was Hexxon's closest friend. IC: Throne Room - Ring HQKaytana silently appeared back in Lyxek's throne room, stepping off her personal teleporter and stowing it away again. As she walked forward, she deactivaded her generators, returning to sight and unconcerned with it. There was no one here last time the Skakdi was in the base except those few who had returned for guard duty, and that group of Ring enemies, leaving the place empty. She approached the stairs, not planning to take a seat on the steps. No, her eyes were set on the throne itself this time. Without hesitation, the Skakdi dropped into the chair meant for loyalty -- for a leader. Breathing in deeply, she sat back and stared ahead at the rest of the room and the entrance. Lyxek was gone, tossing himself into the giant chasm without warning. And so, Kaytana didn't think he would be coming back to assume this position. But his followers... they may return. All those Ring members present at the Day Run Arena hadn't heard the news yet, but they would soon. They would have much to learn about what would happen... and what will happen. There were some things for her to do, like retrieving her speeder from the arena, informing the rest of the Ring members of recent events, or finding what this Key could do or was worth. But now, she needed to think over things. A whole base was still left on the island, as well as its usual occupants. Its owner wasn't, though, nor its prime opposition. So, maybe there was more to take on Kai-Nam... something as big as the entire Ring organization. Kaytana repositioned herself on the throne, laying her back against one of the armrests and dangling her legs over the other. She held up one of her hands, eyeing the necklace wound around her wrist. The faceted surface of the purple jewels glinted in the light as she fingered it with her thorn-like claws.
  18. IC: CitadelHexxon gave a smile at this, stepping up to the pair. "Alright," he said, removing his hand from his shoulder and trying to separate Sanshou from Sensha by prying the Artanian off her friend. "Why don't we -- "A message from Zanth interrupted the Odinan, though he waited until the Sanshou was no longer squeezing the Ondarian to death in joy to respond. "Well," he began. "The Director and Lurinost are gone -- and so is the KNPD headquarters... But to make a long story short, our group is okay. We're currently in the Citadel's ruins."IC: BarrensKaytana had watched Vertak consult the swords with crimson eyes, having looked especially and greedily at Rhindon and Ybrus. Two Keys of great power right there, and within her grasp if she acted had quickly and carefully...She did not, however, as tempting as it was. Before, she had wanted to see how things proceeded, and no doubt there would be a struggle for possession of the weapons, probably even with the tools themselves fighting back. The Skakdi had a great position, cleverly hidden and unknowingly present, muscles tensed for danger or attack. With but a single action, she teleported again. Right now, she saw her chance to steal another Key had gone; Kaytana would be against too many forces to do so. Besides, she already had one artifact in hand. That would have to be enough.
  19. IC: Citadel"Is she okay now?"Hexxon stepped over to the two, peering down at them, rubbing his shoulder and his mask aglow. The metal of his pauldron beneath his hand was dented badly, a result from the explosion. Mentally, he was probing the area, searching for the absent Anar.IC: PlatformKaytana stared at the party of beings before her, hands at her hips and her mouth agape. She couldn't believe what she was seeing and hearing from over there. Lyxek deciding to be generous to his enemies, offering to help clean up the mess? Where was that mischievous look in his eyes, or those dark intentions? He sounded like a heroic Toa to her, rather than the gambling Ringmaster who used countless deaths to achieve success. He's gone soft! the Skakdi thought angrily. The idea of trying to blow them all up came to her, though she dismissed it. Kaytana might need that chance to get off the island safely after what she had done and who she had allied with. Besides, she could just move on to another island and begin again, create another chapter of destruction and death in her story of life. Grumbling, the Ring member produced her teleporter device and placed the disk on the platform's floor. Then she switched on the Day Run silence and camouflage generators still present and in her possession. There was no time to celebrate or whine in the corner about recent events. There were, after all, Keys to be secured, and she bet she could still capture a least one more.Without a sound, Kaytana disappeared, headed to the spot where she had predicted the artifacts to fall.IC: Northern Barrens"My thoughts exactly," Greel said to Sepcret, watching the Cluster Series mechs fly off. Things had only gotten stranger in the past hour, leaving the Team Slight member perplexed as he battled his way from location to location with his allies.
  20. She still had a chance to attack Vertak in the time before he dove off below, whether he was on the platform or flipping off it in the air. As I said, if he had the time to attack her -- grabbing at the necklace, running away, flipping into the air, and aiming a laser at her before disappearing -- Kaytana would have had time to attack him. This is a small, moot point now, however, unimportant really. So, moving on, then...
  21. Well, she could have attacked in the time when he was grabbing at the necklace, while he recognized her and was running away, or while he was flipping and aiming an attack at her. There should be time for her to attack him if he had the time to run, flip, aim and attack her.Though, I will edit my last post of I must.
  22. IC: Knowledge Tower - Ko-MetruThe expression of pleasure in the fight on Hahlok's face disappeared as a nearby Knowledge Tower collapsed on the battle down below. He frowned, staring down at the wreckage of crystal. With his thermal imaging, he found the remaining Frost Beetles of Karorahk's, and saw that their number was less than before. Evidently, some had perished in the crash. That wasn't a surprise, though, for anything that large falling would kill those in its wake."No Toa could have survived that," the Skakdi said, his eyes dimming to their normal shade of red. He was unable to locate the heat signature of their quarry, and presumed him dead. But Toa, he knew, weren't that easy to kill, unless it was a novice one. "His chances of surviving that are slim, but I want to be sure of it. You should have your Rahi try and check the rubble for a body."Hahlok turned to the exit, but not before taking a last look at the fragment-strewn battlefield. If his partner's soldiers couldn't find a sign of the Toa, other Dark Hunter sentries might want to know that an intruder could be hiding in the area. Of course, the sound of the crash would also have alerted them before the Skakdi could.
  23. IC: Platform Kaytana'a focus on her fight was drawn away by Vertak as she noticed him rush passed her, grabbing at her prize. She grabbed his wrist with the hand that had the necklace coiled around it as he touched it, and used his flip in mid-air against him, using her superior strength to slam him towards the ground, which she hoped would crush every bone in his body if he landed like she wanted. This also redirected his laser beam, causing it to miss her leg, but she moved it just in case. "I haven't forgotten about you, Matoran," the Skakdi spat, as if the words were dirt in her mouth, pulled her artifact-bearing hand away, and glanced to see if her attack on Aranai had been successful. She noted that he was after that sword as well, and she couldn't let that happen. It was falling to the plains of snow below, out of reach for both of them, though that didn't seem to concern Kaytana. "That blade will be mine Matoran. I will be rich, I will be powerful, I could be unstoppable."
  24. iBrow: The necklace is currently in Kaytana's possession, wrapped around her wrist.
  25. OOC: I guess it'll just have to make them, then. IC: PlatformThe loss of her modified spiked dagger plant leaf was somewhat disappointing, though she could always craft another if she wished to. There wasn't any time to worry about it, though, with an axe coming at her legs. Kaytana swiftly jumped above the weapon as it came around, landing several feet to the side away from it. Now that that was out of the way, it was her turn for an attack. Grinning, she yanked the whip back with her strength, which had gotten its grip on Aranai's ankle from going undisturbed, to pull the Toa off her feet. As it was pulled back, the green vine squeezed hard, trying to perforate the diver's suit with its venomous spikes so it could infect her.
