Are you sure that it is your life that you hate, and not the often depressing events that take place within it? All it takes is tat occasional good day to show you how your life may not be all that bad, and that all the bad things are worth living in exchange for those rare good days.

My good days suck too.

The closest to a 'good' day I can get is one that's slightly less depressing to look back on.

Well, I suppose it all depends on how a person views their life. I have a "Eh, bad things happen, who cares?" outlook on the negative parts of my life, while I keep a rather high focus on each good event that occurs. Maybe looking at things only in daily segments is what is making all of your days seem depressing. Maybe you should try on just focusing on the good events, and not just the days.
