    I think the LEGO BATMAN set looks awesome what can you not like about him. :pakari: :pakari: :pakari: :pakari: :pakari: :pakari: There's plenty of things to dislike about him. He's heavily stylized compared to typical depictions of Batman (a necessity, IMO), his head piece and chest piece aren't extremely versatile for characters other than Batman, and of course he has an inflated price due to being a part of a licensed theme. He's definitely my favorite of the DC Super Heroes constraction sets, and I think his design is gorgeous, but he's not without flaws.Flaws such as............. :pakarinu:...Such as the ones I mentioned in the post you just quoted. It's a good set IMO as well, but there's no need to pretend that there are no aspects for which a person could reasonably dislike it.I would still buy it.

    Okay, I had to chuckle at that.I'm glad to see they kept Surge's original helmet. I wish they'd done something similar in Bionicle *cough*mistikaphantoka*cough* instead of offering up redesigns that didn't capture the character's character. Unfortunately, he seems to suffer from the lanky and lackluster build they all do. He strikes me as something of a Gelu... a solid, decent set that's so ordinary he can't seem to quite capture your imagination.- HeirHe is nothing like Gelu nothing at all. :kaukaunu: :kaukaunu: :kaukaunu:

    I don't reckon he'd ever forget all he's been thru with us :biggrin:I remember my debates with Greg quite fondly... and while we had some (considerable) differences of opinion, I always gave him credit for the time he invested here in the community. I'm sure he'll raise an exceptional little girl.Also, what GSR said.- HeirI hope he does raise his daughter well.

    Why do you think LEGO CAPTAIN AMERICA looks bad, I think he looks great there are lots of blue, white, and red pieces in there it has to be a dream come true for a moc that would not want to buy so many things. Plus the shield ROCKS! I don't think anyone is debating the part potential. It's the color scheme - not to mention those ridiculous gunmetal shoulder pads. I'm sure it'll be a goldmine for MOCists - which is why I'll probably get him, or at least the parts that interest me - but as a set, the general consensus is that he looks hideous.I think LEGO CAPTAIN AMERICA looks good.
