  1. Nah, we'd be given a tropical island. Some people would build a giant robot to live inside, but others would prefer the natural environment of the island. Oh, and everyone would divide into tribes based on element…and 2/3 of them would be either Ta- or Ko-. Then everyone would sit around and complain that things were better in the good old days before we had our own country.
  2. I'd be happy if they did return, but I don't know if their style will suit the reboot. So, without any more info to go on, I'm a bit ambivalent.
  3. I think it's still to early to say for sure, but it does seem that 2015 Bionicle will have a less serious tone. For me, I think what will decide if that's a good or a bad thing is the type of humor they go for: if they use cheap laughs and "kiddie" humor, I'll be pretty upset. But if they go for a more subtle approach, I might like it. Though from what I've seen, the first option seems the more likely one, unfortunately.
  4. I'd have to say 2002 was the best "arc" in the comics. It told an interesting story that wasn't told anywhere else (at least not until the novels came out in 2003). As for a favorite individual comic...I don't have a strong preference, but I'd either go with the first one for nostalgia (and introducing Kopaka and Pohatu in a suitably awesome manner) or #14 for the foil cover.
  5. At least as far as Toa go, I like Jaller's color scheme, mask, sword, and chest armor, but I have to admit that Nuparu's shield, armor, color scheme, and mask are awesome. Outside of the Toa, I like Nocturn a lot. 4 arms, glow-in-the-dark, lime green, what's not to love?
  6. 4/5; it's a classic, and has a great riff, but I've heard it too many times.
  7. Oh. Yeah, that was series 5. One of the episodes is actually named "The Big Bang," hence my confusion.
  8. I just realized, wasn't Series 6 Dalek-free? They showed a broken one In The Wedding of River Song. It was really just a cameo, but it still counts. The Big Bang was series 5, not sure what you mean by "Big Bang 2"?
  9. Lol! That would actually make the movie more entertaining. Hm, maybe I will. Time will tell... Thanks! Yeah, I tried to make it fit his voice and persona.
  10. Thanks. Yeah, Tuma really was not portrayed well at all. They built him up well enough, but then when the actual fight happened, he ended up looking completely stupid and incompetent. Honest Trailers is awesome. Thank you!
  11. Preface: 1. This is a tribute to Honest Trailers on Youtube, and is meant to read read in the voice of their narrator. 2. This is all in good fun, and should not be taken too seriously. If you like The Legend Reborn, and/or don't think this is funny, that's totally fine. I won't think any less of you. Well...not much. With that out of the way, on to the main event! In a world where powerful beings wield elemental powers, wear mighty Kanohi masks, and mutate all the time, visit another world where NOBODY CAN DO ANY OF THAT STUFF. C’MON! Anyway, where was I…Follow a new hero, Mata Nui, who used to be revered by an entire universe, but now uses a bug for a shield. See him use his mask as an easy solution for every problem he encounters. Watch as he unites a ragtag team of heroes, which leads to him uniting the planet, only to go face the might of the Skrall all by himself. Behold his epic showdown with Tuma…wait…sorry, I read that wrong…his PATHETIC showdown with Tuma, where he wins by literally stabbing his opponent in the back. And don’t worry if you can’t tell what’s happening—the two most annoying characters in the movie will explain it all in case you’re too dumb to understand basic fighting strategies. Once that’s over with, stare in amazement as the heroes win the day through the power of Deus ex Machina. And if all that’s not enough, don’t forget the really friggin’ awesome sequel hook at the end…FOR A SEQUEL THAT NEVER CAME! JEEZ, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ALL THIS? Starring: Worf Nui (Mata Nui) I’m getting too old for this stuff (Ackar) WOO-HOO! (Kiina) Generic young hero…you might say he’s green (Gresh) I’m short, so I must be immature! (Berix) The Wimpy Tuma Benevolent Quark (Raanu) Obvious snake metaphor is obvious (Metus)
  12. Oh, not you again. Look, why don't you just drop the whole "EXTERMINATE!" thing for a minute, and answer one question: WHY WON"T YOU BLOODY DALEKS EVER GO AWAY??
  13. Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you found it to be well-written; I'm flattered!
  14. Thanks, and you're right! I missed that one! No problem! Lemme know if you notice any others. I looked through it again. I didn't see anything wrong with the chronological order, but I'm not sure why The Dweller Report is still ahead of Time Trap in the spoiler-free one? Not to harp on about the same thing.
  15. Kopaka had me at "The evil on this island is about to learn that justice can be very...cold." Beyond that, he's the most no-nonsense member of his team; he looks at things from a detached, logical perspective. He doesn't succumb to many foolish/emotional distractions the way most of his teammates are prone to. And while he (eventually) comes to realize the value of teamwork, he also knows that it isn't always necessary, and is sometimes (or, indeed, often) preferable to work alone.
  16. This is a great list! As others have said, the layout is surprisingly simple, but it's comprehensive nonetheless. One mistake I think I noticed: doesn't The Dweller Report take place 500 years after Web of Shadows? Shouldn't it come after Time Trap in the chronological order?
  17. Unsure. I've seen some good signs and some bad signs. There's not enough info to tell at the moment.
  18. Glad you enjoyed it! Kapura rules. Thanks! The twist even surprised me when I thought of it! Thanks, and you're welcome.
  19. 3/5; it was fun but I'm not the biggest fan of techno-y music.
  20. Aliens of London, Love and Monsters, Fear Her, Last of the Time Lords, The Time of the Doctor. Seriously (and in no particular order): Midnight, The Girl in the Fireplace, The Waters of Mars, The Eleventh Hour, The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang. A few honorable mentions: Turn Left, all of the other pre-series 5 Moffat episodes, The Lodger, Vincent and the Doctor, Human Nature/The Family of Blood, Listen, maybe Deep Breath...I could go on.
