IC: Shadowstalker "I most certainly will not tell you about them this close to the resident nutcases." SS stated flatly, obviously indicating the Gukko Force. "Also, my name is not Canhead, I am not nutty about power, I am not crazy about violence, I haven't any friends to feed to a Tahtorak, I don't want promotions, and I have all the knives I need. Might pick up another soon though."

"Disturbing the peace also doesn't happen. The only thing I could be blamed for would be assault when I get nervous, and my... eons-old contracts."

Mutations happen mostly the same way they would in "real life". The code that's replicated in the nanobots gets twisted just a little bit, and it changes the way something ends up. (not sure what you mean by that last part, though; I thought it was naturally assumed that they were different?) I mean like Pit mutagen. Or EP. (It seemed like you were calling them the same kind of nanites.)

IC: Shadowstalker SS grinned. "What bounty? You think you'll get a bounty? Why would the police give you a bounty for a criminal they've never heard of? My 'crimes' are few and far between, and I haven't had a contract in eons. Oh, and Toa, that's not a toy. That thing's as sharpened as you can make that kind of metal. One touch will make you bleed."

Interesting. Does this theory factor in mutations? As in, how mutative agents affect the nanites? Also, Greg has confirmed that Protodermis and Antidermis are different.

IC: Cordak Cordak, supremely bored, put his blaster in his sheath and opened his hands. Streams of Plasma flew out of them and began slipping and squirming in front of Cordak, making strange patterns. Cordak kept killing time.

"Prevents things I would prefer not to talk about. As for who I am, that is a difficult mater. Some would say I am a heartless monster, others would say I am an extremely effecient if expensive agent. I fancy myself being like the shadows."

IC: Fotioks "Oh. And as for the not knowing, I kinda got here extremely recently and barely able to walk from dehydration."

IC: Shadowstalker paused a moment before speaking. "Watching... Defines my being. I cannot not watch. It keeps me together. Prevents...things."

IC: Fotioks Fotioks overheard Vhohan. "What's a Tech Expo? Or a Darkwalk?"

IC: Cordak Cordak hated base gaurd duty. Hated it with a passion. But right now he was stuck on it, so he tried to ignore the constant tshhhhhh of the pouring rain, and concentrate on keeping an eye out. His mask additions scanned and analysed the pavement, the buildings, the everything in his field of vision, processed the results, and showed the structural weaknesses in each section. Where there was an inner crack, where to punch if you need the building to collapse, and so forth. Cordak supplemented the devices' deductions with those of his own, speculating where a plasma bolt would do the most good, and where to shoot if you want it to fall a certain way. Suddenly straightening up, he shook his head free from physics and structural analysis and kept keeping an eye out for incoming supplies or anything, really.

Name: Cordak, though this is only a name given him by the Makuta scientists that mutated him. He can't remember his old name. Species: Mutated male Su-Matoran Equipment: A blaster that amplifies his Plasma abilities, boots that channel his Plasma energies to allow flight, and a regular sword. Personality: Deeply troubled by his past, Cordak is cautious, and afraid of channeling his power for attacks, fearing the damage they do. He wears a modified mask with HUD. The mask helps him identify weak points, and can take videos. Powers and Skills: Some Plasma powers, somewhat weaker than a Toa, which is compensated by some of his gear. However, these do not provide precision control. Besides this, he is a decent strategist, and can identify the weak points in structures. Appearance: Looks a great deal like a Matoran, but slightly taller and with a mask that looks like Pohatu's adaptive mask, but with none of the thingys on teh sides. Background: At an unknown time, soon after the Convocation, he was kidnapped by Makuta. They had drained a dead Toa's elemental energy, and mutated his body to contain it. They then forced the elemental energy into him, hoping to create the first prototype for a bunch of evil Matoran who they could drop into cities to cripple them. He escaped before they could brainwash him, and found his way to Arthaka, where he got his mask. He stole his boots and gun from teh Makuta. He was a nomad for a long time, learning strategy. After the fall of Makuta, he wandered further, before joining up with the army, hoping for a purpose. Weakness: He is hesitant to use his plasma gun. Also, he is about as strong as a Matoran, so yeah.

IC: Shadowstalker There was little visible effect; SS was wearing his headgear.

IC: Shadowstalker Shadowstalker glanced at Colx and shrugged. Glancing sideways at teh sai held in front of his throat, he suddenly lashed out with a precise blow to th wrist, hoping to knock the sai out of Jhrann's hand. "People threatening me with weapons every few seconds is not something I like."

IC:Shadowstalker Shadowstalker suddenly lunged forward, as the gravi field had probably worn off by then, grabbing back his helmet and sword. "I would prefer to keep these on my person." he said flatly. He addressed Colx. "You have that air about you. In your old days, would you have stood for being captured? I think not."

OOC: Thanks for clearing that up, Geardirector. IC: SHadowstalker Shadowstalker moved his head, a bit of an effort, and monitored his situation. Throwing knifes, not an option. Sword, same. Lunging, absolutely not. "Has it ever occurred to you that I wasn't the conflict instigator?" he asked, irritated.

OOC: Okay, no cartwheels.

OOC: The legsweep + backflip, certainly. The rest, no. I didn't think SS did anyhting in that post that was expressly violent besides the leg sweep, and even then. Unless there is something weird about BZPRPG post rules, you certainly could've hit him during the cartwheels.

IC:Shadowstalker Shadowstalker responded by sweeping Asuno's feet out from under him in a single, blindingly fast, motion. He then forced himself into a backwards midair handspring, landing a few yards away. He inspected the gash in his mechanical finger. Nothings serious, just a little slice in the armor. Okay, a large slice. Okay, a slice that would be causing him excruciating pain if that part was biological. Pulling several cartwheels, the Skakdi known as Shadowslicer disappeared over the edge of the platform, leaving a slashed SS on the floor.
