  1. Hi, welcome to Corpus, Bubbles. Just to let you know, though, there is already another Rahkshi called Blue. Other than that, things look good to me, but it's up to Wyrd to approve him, not me.
  2. Sorry for my brief hiatus. Hopefully, I can get a post out in a few days.
  3. Well... There is a buried body in the courtyard, but unless your character wants a shocking ending, I wouldn't recommend touching it. Ever.
  4. Omega's was used by Vaalku to make a harp (don't ask how, because we have no idea either), and Char... I believe is still there. At least, I can't find any mentions of her disposal...
  5. Off the top of my head, I can only think of Char and Omega.
  6. IC: Draco - Gym "You have the Headmaster's assurance. That should be all you need." I say grimly. "If he did not believe us worthy for this task, then why pick us in the first place? He may seem ruthless, but there is a method to his 'madness', if you could call it that. Now this whole situation was a mistake, no matter where you look at it from. We acknowledge that, and we will take appropriate measures to make sure this doesn't happen again." I glare up at Sliver.
  7. IC: Vitesse - Halls As I'm walking, I hear the gym doors open. Turning around, I see a Rahkshi with a... Skirt of metal exit. He was looking around, smirking as if he had just killed someone's pet. Why are there so many karzing nut jobs here... Wait. He seems... Familiar... "Erm... Are you looking for something?" I ask him. IC: Mortsia - Dorm "I suppose... What happened with the ah... Charring? Some crazy fire Rahkshi?" I ask, noticing the marks. IC: Draco - Gym What the-? A tear? That's different... I admit, it was a good speech, but even so, I didn't feel like it was enough. She was basically writing off her punishment as a show of strength, when in reality, it just showed how easy she was to break emotionally, and threaten the entire student body. I look at Grim, to see what he thought. After all, he did share the same viewpoint on this situation. IC: Leviathan - Cave/ Skies At last, the blood stops draining from my victim. Rising up, I take the now drained body, and place it by my trunk. I take out my broadsword and gutting knife, before depositing the body in the chest. Equipping my weapons, I almost exit, before pausing, going back, and grabbing my paint brush, the blood jar, and the head of Spezia. It would be better if I had a bag... I think for a moment, putting down the jar and brush. Ah... I slowly open my massive Kraata casing, to reveal my average, maybe even smaller than average, Kraata. Should be enough room in here... Besides, I don't have to necessarily be comfortable. I carefully place the head near the back of my casing. The head barely touches my Kraata tail. Closing up, I receive my brush and jar, before heading back to the school. IC: Pentalik - Nynrah I give a slight nod. "Okay. So, forge. You have the first layer built... So the next step would be the mortar, right? Err... Do you have a solid foundation? Gotta ask it so we don't have to rebuild the house later." The foundation was key to everything, and if we didn't have it... Things could get disastrous.
  8. IC: Draco - Gym "Maybe, but not one of my mistakes threatened the lives of other students!" I snarl back, in anger. Taking a brief moment to regain my cool, I state, "Besides, it isn't just me that is calling you out. A decent amount of the student body is, too, not to mention Shark and Grim. This is serious business. If we don't hand out some form of disciplinary action to you, the other Rahkshi will think that we are nothing more than spoiled students who can get away with anything, and see us as weak and unfit to enforce the law. We have to maintain that strong image to keep our authority." IC: Pentalik - Nynrah I shake Blue's hand, then step back. It is becoming increasingly clear to me that this Gaever is prideful. Maybe it was too much to offer my help, but to try and take over part of her company? No, that would set her over the edge. Some craftsmen were too prideful, and it would be best to be positively critical, if not thinking of it as perfect. Well, might as well be friendly. try to make new... Friends. "No, no. I'm not into smithing... Besides, even if I was, I probably couldn't beat your level of craftsmanship." Hopefully, Gaever would take that as a compliment, and not as a sign of weakness.
  9. IC: Draco- Gym I stop a few bio short of Sliver, Who was distracted by the strange structure that emerged from the walls of the gym, to brace myself. Well...this is going to circulate suck... I resume my pace, stopping a few feet in front of her. "Sliver... We need to talk about this situation." I say seriously, with no trace of any arrogance.
  10. IC: Pentalik - Nynrah My excitement dies down. "That sounds fair to me. Guess you don't want a stranger ruining everything. Happened to me a few times back home..." My voice dies, as I look behind me, out of nervous habit, before turning back. "Name's Pentalik. May I ask yours?"
  11. IC: Mortsia - Dorm What do I say? How could I best explain this... "Well... Not... Exactly. I've been left alone with my thoughts for... A while now. And with it, some old demons have awakened..." Somewhat of a start... IC: Pentalik - Nynrah My eyes widen as all tension leaves. "A forge? Well.... Wow. Uh... Question... Would you mind me... Helping with that?" I ask, trying to contain my excitement.
  12. IC: Mortsia- Dorm My eyes snap open, and I feel the mark of madness fading. "Vlad?" I say hoarsely. Where were those thoughts coming from? *You know very well.* I thought I got rid of him... IC: Draco- Gym "Perhaps. Sliver is rather... Sadistic. I doubt she puts the safety of the population first." I respond to Grim, before turning to Shark. "Alright. Just make sure no one else executes the punishment. This situation is messy enough as it is." With that, I let the shoes holding me down melt back into the gym. Turning around, I start walking over to Sliver, passing Ezec... Before stopping nearby, where Necrosmith fell. I grab my weapon, before placing it on my back, and continuing on my path. IC: Pentalik - Nynrah I hear the word mortar. "May I ask what you are doing?" I ask, a little more relaxed. Unless they were turning Matoran corpses into mortar, they seemed to be builders... Something I could get behind.
  13. Well, the dorms right now are a bit... Dramatic.
  14. IC: Shock - Phantom-on-the-Water Ruins This was getting ridiculous. I drop another piece down, before pausing. Then I start to scream out of frustration. "NO GOOD RAHKSHI! ALL WE EVER DO IS KILL EACHOTHER. SURVIVAL IS NEVER GUARANTEED. EACH DAY WE LIVE IN FEAR. ALL. BECAUSE. OF. OURSELVES!!!" I kick the piece of rubble with enough power to trip a Muaka. With it being rubble and I a Rahkshi, the chunk of building shatters. My foot aches, but I don't care. A few weeks ago, I would have been on the ground cursing, with Nightmare helping me up as he laughed. Then we would have continued on our ridiculous quest for total domination of the school. But now... I just don't feel much. I've tried to cover up my sadness with more jokes, bullying, but... Now it was leaking out. And there was nothing I could do. I'm sorry, Nightmare. I'm just not strong enough to live your memory. I've failed you. Dejected, I revert to flight mode, and head back to the school. IC: Vitesse - Gym/Halls I want to say as I fell to the ground that I landed into a frontward roll, to stand up in an instant. That would be a massive lie. In actuality, I had been pulled into the cyclone, and after a brief few moments it simply disappeared. There was not enough time for me to react, and I collapsed to the ground, flat on my back. Groaning, I slowly sit up. "A little... Warning would be nice next time..." I brace myself upwards, legs shaking a bit. I think I've overstayed my welcome here... Maybe the library holds something less... Painful. With that thought, I head out the door. IC: Mortsia- Halls/Dorm It's too late for me. I've been marked, and it's only a matter of time before it consumes me. Maybe I could fight it. I chuckle nervously at the thought as I enter my dorm. No. I could only fend it off for a matter of seconds. The best I can do is to contain the incident... Alone. Besides, no one here likes me. I'm the outcast, the "white knight" in a grim world. He who fights against the norm. Maybe I'm just better as a memory. But I doubt I would be a fond one. And so, I sit on my bed, waiting for the enemy to eventually show its face. Waiting for my inevitable fate. IC: Draco - Gym Well, now that the cyclone was contained, I turned to Grim. "We need to confront Sliver about this. The situation got way out of hand, all because of some spar she got angry with." IC: Malattia- Infirmary " 'Gee, thank you. Thanks for helping me carry myself to the infirmary and pass out.' Why, you're welcome Tear! I'd be happy to do it again any time. Just give me a call." I mutter under my breath. Bah, the difficulties of having Tare as a friend. I sigh, exhausted, then sit down at the side of the bed. Maybe I'm being too harsh. Gah, this whole situation I've tangled myself in is a nightmare. IC: Revenant - Refectory/Halls I finish up my half decent meal, before getting up, and going to the gym nearby. IC: Pentalik -Nynrah I land on the island, and look up... To see rubble. I stand there, shocked, as I gaze across the apocalyptic-esque zone. What... What happened here? For a few moments, I can do nothing but stand there. Then, I slowly regain mobility. I look around, mortified. then, I see them. Two Rahkshi, one heavily modified, we're taking a rest... From what? Could they... Could they have been killing off survivors? "H-hello?" I call out to them, fearful. OOC: Shock, Vitesse, Malattia, and Revenant OFI. Pentalik calling out to Gaever and Blue.
  15. ... ... ... ... Man the canons
  16. IC: Draco - Gym I nod, then put my focus on the ceiling. I will the ceiling of the gym to superheat, and with it whatever cool air was left up, causing the cyclone to dissipitate almost instantaneously.
  17. Well, as I've learned the hard way, the character is different from the person playing them.
  18. IC: Pentalik - Halls/Causeway Keep running. Don't look back. Can't die here. Everything was becoming a blur. Guppy, or whoever he calls himself now, was here. That much I was sure of. But that left the question of who else was here in that deranged family. I needed to run away from the threat of them... To where? I begin to slow down, to catch my breath. Maybe there was a village nearby... This island is home to the Nynrah Ghosts, after all. Maybe we were on friendly terms. now, with a destination in mind, I revert to flight mode, before heading out onto the Causeway, and taking off to find a village. IC: Spezia/Panther(Leviathan)(Leviathan POV) As I fly to my cave, I notice something. A flash of light green... A Rahkshi, I realize, and one that was signaling to me. I slow down, and wait for them to get closer. "Hey! I need your help!" She calls out. "With what?" I respond. "Well, I need help carrying back some ingredients to the school, and... It's a lot of stuff. I don't... Have anything to pay you back with, other than some good food... But hey, who knows, you could find something in the cave." She says, a twinkle in her eye. I think for a moment. Prey... Unsuspecting, innocent... "Well... That's a long way to carry it. But I have a secret storage space myself. Got some food there, too. I could help you bring some back from there." I say, smiling childishly. "Really?" She says excitedly, before frowning a little. "Why, though?" "Well, I must admit, I do like the practice of cooking, and like to ah... Dabble in the art." I say smoothly. She seemed sold. "Well, nice to meet someone else who deals in the arts." She says, grinning. "Follow me..." I say, before flying down to my cave just below us. I land, and she does the same. "After you." I gesture courteously. She marches in, and I follow suit. When I enter, she is busy looking for the supplies. "So... In the chest?" She asks. "Yeah... Could you look around for the keys?" I ask. She nods, and turns her back on me. My form is changing. No longer am I the small, lithe Rahkshi known as Panther, but the titanic Leviathan once more. I quietly, ever so quietly open the chest, and reach in for my hooksword, right on top. "So... No idea where the keys ar-" She never got to finish the sentence. I had lifted my mighty blade up, and in one swift motion, decapitated her. There was no time for a scream, shout, or even a whisper. I look emotionless into the fading eyes of the now dead Rahkshi. "My dear, you never should count on the kindness of strangers. You may find it... Bad for your health. Family is all you can trust..." With that said, I reach in my chest, to grab an empty vial. I place it under the stump where the head used to be, to drain blood. I had plans... But mimicry was not involved. Not yet. Family was the most important thing to me, and without them, I was little more than a deranged murderer. But with them... The school could be ours. This kill shall be a catalyst for fear, and foreshadowing of that to come. The poetry in that was satisfying. Now, to wait...
  19. Not the door, just in front of Spindle to slow him down. Plus, it would fade once the two of them went enough distance away from the gym, if it was blocking the door.
  20. IC: Draco - Gym As I approach Grim, I frown. Shouldn't they be able to see me? Their eye... I curse. Another reason to punish the God Twins. They took a Prefect's eye. Sighing, I go around their back, reappearing on his right, crouching slightly, only slightly because of my powers counteracting the cyclone. While Grim was busy trying to catch the students, I was trying to review what I knew of cyclones. Cyclones. Air. Hot air rises... So, a cyclone needs both a cold, rainy downdraft and a warm updraft. The gym doesn't have either, so the cyclone should die out soon... But if we could speed it up... I look up the ceiling. The warm air all cools down up there, so, if there is nowhere for the air to cool down substantially... The cyclone should die off much quicker. I turn to Grim, and shout, "I HAVE AN IDEA! BE PREPARED TO CATCH THE RAHKSHI!" I hope he could here me, or at least read lips. To make sure, I wait for a signal of acknowledgement.
  21. IC: Vitesse - Gym I shoot another arrow... And watch it sail into the cyclone. You have got to be kidding me. I try to run to the door, but the pull of the cyclone was much greater than I could handle, and I am pulled back to the cyclone helplessly... IC: Panther (Leviathan) - Gym Thankfully, I am a bit luckier than the Rahkshi who flew into the cyclone. I break towards the gym door, flattening myself out with my powers, so as to have a lower center of gravity, before I exit, looking like Panther should. All the prefects are occupied... I believe now I could strike a blow against the school. First, back to the cave. I run out the nearby entrance, before reverting to flight mode, and flying to my new base. I needed to prepare the paint. IC: Spezia- Cauldron/Skies "Gah, I told you we would need help." I say, sighing at Strurin. "I'm going to grab help. Be back in a few." Strurin nods, and I revert to flight mode, and head out towards the school.
  22. Well, no one has sent me a PM to claim Spezia... So, It seems that Leviathan will claim his prize.
  23. IC: Draco The blow connected with nothing. What- Then I felt it. The cyclone was pulling me. I try to repel it back with my own cyclonic shield, and it mostly works, though the tug is still there. Better be safe rather than sorry... I will the gym to form around my feet, like shoes. I try to shuffle forward, and the gym responds, moving with me. Satisfied, I start shuffling over to Grim. "Well, we have to thank Sliver for losing her cool..." I mutter under my breath. OOC: Others later.
  24. I will say this- Sliver knows how to blow the competition away....
  25. IC: Malattia - Hallways "Thank you. Now, let's get going." I say, sighing, with that, I start towards the infirmary, still supporting Tear. Maybe I shouldn't of hit him that hard... Too late for that now. Focus. IC: Pentalik - Armory Well, enough of judging. It was safe to assume that most of the weapons were garbage anyways. The few that weren't were gone. Well... How about I go inspect the Rahkshi instead? Surely they can't be that bad... Oh. What I saw was... Well, much more interesting/ scary than the weapons. There were several Rahks around. One heavily armored one was smashing targets brutally, as if he was invincible. Another was dodging and weaving between, though he didn't look that fluent yet. A scarred Rahkshi (We can get scarred? Weird...) was simply shooting them off, nailing them in the head or chest. However, the spars were what caught my attention. While one was looking like it just started, another had drawn in a crowd from the looks of things. The combatants were both massive in size, though not as big as... Him. Each had features that made them seem more animalistic, the dark blue one with his wings and talons, and the white one with his clawed feet. Suddenly, the temperature felt like it dropped. Surely not... They can't be of that batch... Can they? If they are, then... There could be others... If either Harpy or Hydra is here, then that means... So is he. I needed to get out and grab some fresh air. Fast. I turn around, and sprint as fast as I can outside. IC: Revenant - Hallways/Refectory I step into the refectory, and grab myself a "meal", before going to sit down. Ravyn sniffs at the meal, before cawing in disgust. "I know, I know. But we've had worse..." I say, sighing. I take a bite out of it, and unlike most, I don't gag. "Hey, it tastes better than it smells." I say, a small smile on my face. The students around me looked at me as if I was crazy, but I didn't care. I got those looks a lot. IC: Panther (Leviathan) - Gym I start up again, dodging and weaving through the targets, though I am getting blindsided. Even so, I manage to stay up, until out of the corner of my eye, I spot a flash of light blue. I stop, and a target hits me dead on. Scrambling back up, I stop the targets. Does he notice me? I continue training as he briefly glances over me. No... He takes a quick look at the spar, before fleeing. Coward. Even so, the fact that my old master was here brought back some memories. It was he that made me rise above my siblings, after all. But it was also he that kept my brothers and sisters locked away, too. Perhaps... I should visit them. All in good time... OOC: Pentalik, Revenant, and Panther/Leviathan OFI.
