  1. Keep the cheesiness, because that's kind of what Hero Factory is all about, but instead of being too tryhard, embrace it. Be self aware about it. Be funny about it, not "totally rad dude!" about it. Add more female characters, as has been said before. A story that actually flows well and doesn't feel like a fanfiction of something written in the span of two minutes. Better character development. I felt like almost every character in Hero Factory was flat. More variance between the sets, kind of like how the Toa in Bionicle 2015 are all pretty varied in certain ways. I guess this was fixed in IFB, but I lost interest in Hero Factory long before then. Up until then, they still had a case of Piraka Clone Syndrome. More colors. Seriously. Where are the metru colored shells? I think I recall the only green in Hero Factory being lime. Make the villains more aggressive looking, not bony creatures that crawled from the bottom of a ravine. More weapons, or transforming weapons. I feel like this would make the sets have a bit more play value, and it would allow for a variety of different dynamic poses. Tone back the over-reliance on shooters. It seemed like every Hero Factory set had to have a shooter shoe-horned into it in some way. That's all I can think of for now.
  2. A Matoran that bizarrely seems to have a half human name. Probably a Po-Matoran.
  3. YES. Absolutely. Exo-Force was one of my favorite themes. The sets were fantastic, the minifigures were awesome (if a tad bit cliche), and the comics and story were fun to read and follow. If they brought it back with both system and CCBS integration I would be really happy, but I'd want more system than CCBS.
  4. What if it's... an Axalara T10? O: OMG. Set of the century.
  5. I really want to give this contest a shot. I think I could put forth are really good effort, but I have to find time to build something. I'm really busy with school these days... I'm thinking of trying to build either Toa Mahri Jaller or Vezon, but I can't decide.
  6. Agreed. I'd be all about getting vehicles and creatures. Though, in my opinion, it'll be hard to top the Axalara T9.
  7. 1. More eye colors. No need to elaborate, it's already been said. 2. Special masks that don't belong to a specific character. Just giving us more unique designs would open the door for new powers and it would create more ways to make mocs unique 3. Masks in other colors. I'd like to see the mask of stone in black or the mask of fire in white. There should also be silver and bronze variations of the masks, just like the old days. 4. More unique chest armor plates. 5. Blended transparent/opaque armor shells. I think this would look especially cool on villains. 6. Bone pieces in more off the wall colors, like light blue so I can make a Mega Man figure in CCBS and green. 7. Scabbards or holsters for certain weapons. I would only work for smaller weapons, but I think it would be a really cool storage feature. Plus, Samurai Toa anyone? 8. More unique body types, and possibly extra limbs, while figuring out how to gear up multiple sets of limbs at once. A four armed character with both sets of arms being geared up would be awesome. Keep doing everything that's been done right with the sets so far. Personally, I think these new sets are fantastic, and maybe even slightly better than some of the Bionicle sets of old (HERESY). They just seem so polished and well built, while still retaining function. It's nice to see that Lego was able to find a happy medium between form and function, something that I think was admittedly missing from classic Bionicle (that said, I still really like classic Bionicle).
  8. I keep imagining that Lewa's powers over jungle allow him to induce plant growth, and he can do things like wrap enemies in vines, shoot thorns, and just generally use plants as weapons. It sounds like it could potentially be a very cool power.
  9. Hunting amiibos is going to be the death of me.

  10. The plot thickens... It's a little odd that the Toa don't get their elemental powers until they actually get their golden masks. But like some others have already said, I feel like maybe the masks grant the power, and then they can keep using that power even if they aren't using the golden masks. But the thing about that is why would they need to wear the golden masks at all (besides swag of course)? I also think this is a case where kids are going play with the figures as if they always have their powers, regardless of whether they're wearing their golden masks or not. One way I'd also like to think about it is that the golden masks are simply a power upgrade. I mean, it's obvious that the Toa had powers already. We say Pohatu flying around in that tornado, and Gali breathing underwater is probably a power as well. The original non-gold masks obviously had to serve some purpose, other wise they wouldn't have names relating to each element that they belong to. Think of it this way. When Tahu puts on the golden mask of fire, he is granted new abilities related to his element that he didn't have before, and in addition to whatever powers he already had. But that's just my theory.
  11. If you spell subtly...LIKE THIS. Also, Makuta reminds me of some logs. LIKE THESE ONES. Sorry, I really like JonTron.
  12. Very Interesting indeed...I highly doubt this is just an easter egg. All this seems to be pointing to something. I mean, why would they put all those images of the Vahi everywhere, and then make the Temple of Time a central plot point? They've got to be integrating the Vahi into the story somehow, there's no doubt about it. Then again, it could all just be a ruse and they just want to throw us for a loop. Guess we'll just have to wait until the theme launches to find out.
  13. I was thinking that myself, I just haven't seen his entry, and I couldn't tell if it was sarcasm or not. It's just text after all. I do really like Callan's mocs btw.
  14. Yeah, Makuta mocs are really unoriginal. Whoever entered one of those is a total idiot. Heh heh. Yeeeeeeeeeeaaah. Hey! I made a Makuta! D=
  15. Human opponents are better for training than CPUs, since CPUs don't adapt. Amiibos on the other hand... I played a ton of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U yesterday at college. We were able to get into a room with a projector for part of the time and play on a massive projector screen. It was awesome. Rekking doods with Jigglypuff is so satisfying. Funny, Jigglypuff is one of my mains along with Mario, Ness, ROB, Kirby, Mr. Game & Watch and Toon Link. Is there a Smash Bros community on BZP? Nice! It's my personal opinion that we need more Puff players. I know there's some smashers on here, but I'm not sure how competitive they are. I'm a competitive player, so I like to talk about the more technical bits of the game. As mentioned, I main Puff, and my subs are Ness and Sheik. I also like to play Yoshi, Bowser, Fox, Greninja, Robin, and Lucina.
  16. It was given out to certain people for helping with the re-launch of Bionicle. Ah, that's pretty cool. Another mask I'll never own. Oh well.

  18. So, how will we know when this site's representative is chosen? Will it be announced here in this topic, or will it be announced in a news post?
  19. [Hype Intensifies] I'm so excited. I can't wait to get my hands on these sets and see what awaits us on the island of Okoto. I've been browsing the rest of the site for the new stuff that I haven't seen yet, and I noticed that the Ice Region incorrectly has pictures of the Water Protector and Gali, while still saying the names of the Ice Protector and Kopaka. Strange error.
  20. Lucky you. I can't wait to play Guilty Gear Xrd. It actually comes out on my birthday, which is awesome. Most recently, the last video game I played was Super Smash Bros. for 3DS, rekking d00ds with Jigglypuff. Before that, it was Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. 8-Player Smash is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun.
  21. I have just one question. I know that the clear mask of fire was available at Comic Con, but where was the trans-orange mask of fire available? I've never seen it before.
  22. WHAAAAAAT?! The new Tahu superior to the original Tahu? Madness! Nah, I jest. I can't decide which one I prefer in all honesty. Tahu is easily my favorite out of the new sets, and I can't wait to get my hands on him (and all the others). Great review!
  23. Hah, first Bionicle 2015 set. I get it. Sneaky time traveler, you...
  24. Played some Persona 4 Arena Ultimax after school today. I was trying to learn some combos for my main, Yosuke. I was getting help from the school's fighting game expert.
  25. Let's tackle these in reverse order. BS01 says: This implies that Kanohi made elsewhere did not come from Kanoka. BS01 also states: Kanohi were in existence for FAR longer than that, further implying that Kanoka are not required. Kanoka ARE just chunks of purified metallic protodermis, so I'm pretty sure any piece of (protodermic) metal magnetically attachached to a Moatoran's face would prevent them from falling into a coma. And there WERE a few Kanoka on Mata Nui, but they lost their powers. BS01 says: For the last (first?) point, about them not being mentioned outside of "Mask of Light" I believe they were in the GBA game from 2001. Wow, I stand corrected. Well done on this research sir.
