I'm just hoping the story will pick up more in the second half of the year.

I filmed a stud launcher firing in slow motion; it is my gift to you.

Kopaka is having a serious gen1/gen2 identity crisis. -
Just a couple photo edits of my self-MOC. I'll eventually post the MOC to BBC when the contest dies down. http://imgur.com/a/4H9bx

There really isn't much more to discuss about 2015 Makuta, right? While I agree we've strayed from the topic, hasn't this image pretty much been declared fake? And by some weird miracle this was in fact a real image, wouldn't it be considered leaked content and therefore against the rules?

I won't deny they're getting better, but frankly compared to say "legitimate" brands, they're still pretty bad. I think respectable indicates something that has more merits than what is essentially honesty. So yes I was probably being too harsh on the second line (of that quote), but the "kinda okay" of the "meh" isn't what i'd call "good"... If they made pieces that last, or had more pieces than an equivalent-priced LEGO product, I could understand the term respectable being tied to them. But at least in Australia, they aren't that much cheaper than LEGO sets, and well, the quality of plastic isn't even close; I've seen a fair few Mega Blocks been broken within a month, even some of the dodgiest Bionicle sets seemed to last much longer! They might portray the illusion of being a cheaper (but still good) product, and that's probably got more merit to it in other places, but really don't think they're a respectable brand. Not "the work of all that is evil" etc, but still not ...above average - unless of course you count bootlegs in your averaging process. Which is somewhat kind of like saying that your boat is overpriced because people manage to travel 1400km in one trip, never-minding the amount of people that have drowned between say, Indonesia & Christmas Island (which is a completely different topic!). It's really not the baseline you want to set for building a boat. And Bootlegs really shouldn't be the standard for legitimate brands, so yeah, I really don't see how Mega Blocks is above average... I'll just leave this here....

Grevious just slipped my mind....grevious will undoubtedly work best as a constraction set.EDIT: Now... just to take Skull Slicer's gear system and slap it on Grievous... please do it Lego. I dunno if I'd like Skull Slicer's function on Grievous, honestly. I'd prefer the set to be designed so that it has two arms that can split into four, and if happens then the function would only work in four-arm mode. I'm not sure how best a function would be integrated into a Grievous model, if at all, because for me the #1 priority is the double-arm functionality. And how do you think they'd go about achieving that? I'll also bring up another important question. Will gears be bionicle exclusive or will they be commonplace in constraction now?

Anybody here like the construct bots? I have two of them and I'll say that they're better than I expected.

If I get any, I plan on getting Vader, Fett, and Cody. Figure they'll be the best looking ones in the line since they're faceless for the most part. And yes, I needs me a constraction lightsaber.
