We will be using digital 2d animation in a similar vein as Samurai Jack or the Clone Wars cartoon. We do have a number of animators working on the project. Always looking for more, though!

I always found the best way to remove them was just to rotate them in the socket so the flat piece aligned with the joint's wall. then they just fall out.

Our animation team is finishing up concept work now. At this point in time, we're playing things pretty close to the chest. At some point in the future, we intend to release project material—however we feel it would be more constructive to wait for a reveal until we have more of a finished project. I kept all my canisters after I threw away my Kalmah canister and instantly regretted it.

I've heard alot of community members talk about how they wish Bionicle would have allowed matoran of different elements to have varied genders. As a kid, I never really thought to much about the subject, and I thought the gender exclusivity made the matoran population unique. How do you feel about it? What are your arguments for or against the Great Being's decision to keep certain elements specific genders?

During his takeover of Metru Nui, Teridax wore the disguise of Turaga Dume. As Turaga, he would often use his pet Nivawk to spy on the Toa Metru and carry him around the city(https://biosector01.com/wiki/Nivawk). My question is, when did Nivawk first become the pet of the Turaga? Did he ever serve the true Turaga, or was he only ever the servant of Makuta?

I am in the market for purchasing a new 3d printer, as my last one has burnt out on me (a Monoprice MP Mini Delta). I was wondering what other people in the community used for their prints, and what levels of success and failures you've had. In my head, the ideal requirements for a good Bionicle printer should produce high quality prints, but doesn't need to have a large print bed. What printer would you recommend (or not recommend )? Also, I hope this is the correct place to post this.

I'm currently working on a story set in the Bionicle universe and I'm running into an issue remembering how trade works between islands. If I remember correctly, Metru Nui used airships to transport goods to other islands, but what methods did the other matoran inhabitants use? I could see boats being used, I'm just wondering if this question has been answered somewhere I've forgotten. Thanks!

I was able to confirm with the eBay seller that they tested the controller before shipping, so I’m inclined to believe the issue is in the base. I’ll work on testing the connections tomorrow. That’s a good suggestion about checking for gear breaks. Thanks!

I recently purchased a used Manas from a lot on Mercari. It was missing the controller so I purchased a controller from eBay. Today is the first day I’ve had them together and something isn’t working. I’m pretty used to repairing my own electronics so I’m not too concerned about diving into the guts, but I was curious if anyone else here had repaired a manas. If so, do you have advice? I couldn’t find any helpful documentation online so I also made this post to assist other people in the future. Symptoms: No response from the base when buttons are pressed on the controller. Connections on both units seem to be okay pending testing. No discernible damage and minimal corrosion. New batteries used for testing.

Bummer. Tbh, I think that one was my personal favorite.

If you could travel back in time to purchase Bionicle, what year and season would you go back to? The rules are that you can only go back for one day, and you can only go to one retailer (i.e. Walmart, Toys R Us, etc.). Personally, I would go back to the Fall of 2003. I would go into Toys R Us and purchase every single Kanohi Nuva mask pack they had. I also would love to see the MoL memorabilia and purchase the Takutanuva set. What about you?

Really gives you a perspective on how the theme was viewed externally.
