  1. Since there's nothing to be cleared, they are probably either asleep, or just wandering around without a purpose. It'd be cool to bring the Bahrag back to the story though. They were the only "antagonists" who follows the virtues of Unity, Duty and DestinyAnd they have got awesome powers too, like all that Bohrok powers and the symbiosis...

  2. Orkham was Makuta all along and "reprogrammed" Pewku into the evilest creature and used it to strike Metru Nui. After a few weeks Pewku managed to conquer Metru Nui, using its disguise as a cute little crab to trick all of the inhabitants of the city. By then Makuta managed to get into Mata Nui's mind, and eventually, gained complete control of MU. Gali unleashing her Nova Blast

  3. Erm, Shadow could possibly remove all light from the being involved, and since it is commonly associated with evil, I imagine that it would cause intense pain on the target involved.Every good quality you ever had, draining away. All hope, gone. Nothing left but sadness and malicious laughter. :P In addition to the obvious qualities of turning everything pitch-black and the shadow-hand thing.
Well it doesn't cause just pain.
The now mask-less Toa staggered forward, firing shadow energy from his hands at random. One blast caught Teridax in the shoulder, badly damaging his armor.
This is taken from the Reign of Shadows. Apparently the Shadow blasts can deal physical damage...
  4. Also, there are still groups like the dark hunters running around; won't they cause trouble?
Well I guess they are smart enough to look for themselves first before causing any trouble. Survival on a giant desert isn't an easy thing to do. Also, most of the Toa had united and if the Dark Hunters were to cause any trouble they could be downed easily with the combined efforts of the Toa.
  5. Don't forget about Toa and Turaga of Iron - they can create Protodermis, including the type used for Kanohi.-TN05
I don't think they can create Kanoka... But I guess powerless masks would work. Also I would assume that some inventors like Nuparu or Velika would carry blueprints of some Kanoka/Kanohi making machines and can remake those even w/ materials on SM easily. Or at least, we still have Vakama's firestaff :P
  6. Well, Toa can control their elements. Iron Toa can move the iron in their own armor. Obviously the same flashlight-beam-arm example I gave for telekinesis must not apply to this one. :P (Remember Telekinesis is a sub-power, not the element itself.)Well, someone said that Shadow was used to "burn" Keetongu. I don't recall this scene, but I would presume it actually was more like freezer burn than heat burning. Suddenly and violently freezing a part of someone but not freezing the entire being (as with Kopaka's common stun option) could hurt a lot, and even be fatal if you did it to the right part.
    Actually, here's the direct quote:
Before Keetongu could react, Makuta struck again. Heat vision shot from his eyes and struck Keetongu's armored chest, welding shut the compartment that hid his Rhotuka launcher.
So, the "burning" and "welding" was done by heat vision, unless this isn't the instance you mean. I'll look through the book a little more.
If it isn't that book it must be somewhere in the online serials or later during one of the Toa Nuva/Makuta fight.
  7. I think it was tactical - with the Power Lance, he could take on one opponent and perhaps another if there was enough light for the Skyblaster to work. With the Light Staffs, he can take on two enemies at once. From a tactical standpoint, when facing hordes of Rahkshi, that may be good enough. Also, many Toa use two identical weapons, so perhaps that had something to do with it - the Toa Nuva did it so maybe they gave him combat tips on how to use two tools properly or something. :shrugs:-TN05
Well I don't think that with 2 Light Staffs you can take on 2 enemies at once... But that's my opinion onlyI think that the reason is for defense - you can block out more projectiles with 2 staffs than a lance, and that gives him an edge in the battle as the enemies mostly compose of beings with vision powers.
  8. Said event didn't happen in the main universe :P (FYI It happened on Artidax, not Visorak)The Mahri never existed in this universe (Except for Matoro); instead the Metru Turaga were sent to eliminate the remaining Visorak hordes, and they got mutated into Hordika. Again. Except this time there were no Rahaga to save them and they died :XToa Nuva reaching the Cordex.
