The Bionicle Based Creations Critics Club has recently been updated and edited. Toa Velox and I collaborated on how best to do this, and we have made several major changes: - Removed critic screening; in other words, anyone can join! - Added critic ranks. This (basically) is a way to encourage our critics to write better and better reviews. A critic will give a review, link to it in the "Critics" entry, and then the Curators will rate the review according to the quality of it in relation to the MoC in question. In other words: quality over quantity. Those are the main things, and we also did a bunch of little edits as well (grammar, content, etc.) We would still love it if you could join up! If you already write reviews in the BBC Forum, it would be great to have you. Event if you don't write reviews all that often, we would love to have you anyway! Yo, it's called "MoCist" block, and I know the feeling. It took me a solid seven month to complete Skotraxx, with a solid 4 months in the middle where I didn't do anything simply because I couldn't think of how to give him a head. CF makes a good point: doing the same type of thing over again isn't necessarily bad at all. Also, I don't call it copying if you say where you got the inspiration from.

That might be possible, but then (if we did that) we would get swamped with tons of other people wanting reviews for dead MoCs, which wouldn't be acceptable at all. Vaka Nui makes a good point: Too true. Therefor, I believe that we need to add in a rule (Velox) which says that you have to have a (live) topic in order to get a review. Please understand that we would love to review your MoC, but under the circumstances, it would make things very difficult for us. ( ( ( ) ) )

Yeah, and on that note TV and I have decided that we shall base the ranks of the current Critics on their next review (not three, in other words). New members from now on will have to bring their ranks up like normal though... ( ( ( ) ) )
