Article 169- Undecided. What is the Dome of Xen, and why would this mask affect only that dome?
Article 170- Aye.
Article 171- Aye. We have masks of Gravity, Lightning, etc, so this is cool with me.
Article 172- Aye. I'm sure the appearance would be interesting on a Toa.
Article 173- Undecided. If you're in, say, a desert, it doesn't help much unless you have a bunch of scrap metal around.
Article 174- Nay. For one, I don't see how it can't be a Kaita. Also, controlling one half of a body would be akward.
Articl 175- Aye. Storing lives sounds cool.
Artilce 176- Aye. Who are the Kabarn?

Article 112a- Unfortunately, Aye. I haven't heard from Rhas since he was elected.
Article 147- Aye.
Article 164- Unfortunately, again, Aye.
Article 165- Same as above.
Article 166-Aye, welcome to the C.I.R.C.L.E!
Article 167- Nay. Sanity? It doesn't sound like an Element a Toa would wield. Also, insane Toa don't do much good.
Article 168- Aye.

Tohunga Tahnok:Article 153- Undecided. First of all, I don't see the avantage of making white noise with a mask, when there are already other ways to do so. Also, How much pain is involved?Article 155- Nay, because, if there is not a Makuta nearby, the mask is useless. Also, having to touch the mask of the person you are trying to control would be very hard, considering that, depending on whoever you are trying to control, getting close enough to do so would be difficult. Furthermore, if most beings can't access the power to infect others in thier sight, how is that aspect of its' power practical?
Article 158- Undecided, leaning towards Nay, as the affects of the mask could be accomplished with a Kanoka disk.
Article 159- Undecided, leaning towards Nay, considering that the mask calibrates itself to the user, while other masks do not. And, although this doesn't affect my decision, A mask of Premonition sounds cooler
Article 160- Nay. How would the wearer be able to concentrate on the mask if he/she is in hibernation?
Article 162- Aye. I know this is about names, not powers, but would anyone mind telling me what the powers of the masks of Sensory Apptitude, Vulture, Conjuring, Rebounding, and Incomprehension are?

Article 153 ~ As is the case in real life, depending upon the decibel level, sound can cause a wide variety of debilitating physical effects ranging from minor irritation, to headaches, to pain so severe that a person loses consciousness. As for the other part of your question regarding Article 153, I'll leave that to Kohilå to answer.
Article 155 ~ A few quick points aside from the explanation I'm sure Zorrakh will give here. First, a Makuta need not be present for a mask to be infected for control at some later time. Second, a Kanohi need not be on the target at the time of its' infection. Third, just because typical members of the Matoran species and other weak-minded Kanohi-users don't exhibit the level of concentration necessary to control all aspects of a mask's power doesn't mean those abilities are totally useless.
Article 158 ~ Again, I'll leave it to Cap'n K to answer this question for you, but I would like to mention a few counter examples such as the Kiril and Kanoka of Regeneration, the Kualsi and Kanoka of Teleportation, the Obhkui and Kanoka of Enlargement, the Pehkui and Kanoka of Shrinkage, or the Rongoa and Kanoka of Poison Removal, for the record.
Article 159 ~ There are other masks such as the Rhokita, which calibrate themselves to the user, meanwhile others, like the Olisi, calibrate themselves to the target. Also, premonition would have been a fine mask description with me, except unlike the wide range of possible premonitions, the prospective mask power is specific to danger and danger alone.
Article 160 ~ The user need not concentrate while in hibernation, rather only to put themselves into it at the outset.
Article 162 ~ You can find your answers concerning those mask powers here, here, here, here, and here.
Let me know if you need further clarification on anything?
Until then.
~Åusår***~~***Ausar;
Article 153- In which case, I will change my vote to Undecided. I'm posotive being able to create white noise whould be effective, but I still think there would be other ways to do that without the concentration needed to use a Kanohi.
Article 155- Still Nay. If there isn't a Makuta around, and the masks allows a Makuta to contol the infected target, I sill don't see how it would be effective. As for the infecting at a glance thing, I'm not saying that it's useless, however, since most beings can't access it, it makes the power impractible, at best.
Article 158- Thanks for the examples. I'd actually forgotten about those. In which case, I change my vote to Aye.
Article 159- Undecided. Bear in mind, the Olisi is a very powerful mask, and therefore would need special calibration for it's wearer.
Article 160- In which case, I change my vote to Aye.
Article 162- Facsinating mask powers, those are.*Waits for someone to get the Star Trek reference*

Article 163- Aye, to option B
Capn K- The reason that the Keemaru is a one of a kind Kanohi is that, through years of study with Brotherhood science technicans, Artorius created the mask for himself(And if you want to know more about that, you should read some of the upcoming chapters for my Resi Nui epic). Also, when I was creating Artorius in my mind, I imagined him as being the kind of Makuta who wouldn't settle for anything less than the best. Hece, I gave him a special mask.

I'd give him a few more weeks. We don't know what's gong on him, if anything, which is good enough reason to wait a bit.

Article 135- Aye. Cities are fun.
Article 136- Aye. Le-Koro was my favorite village in the original BIONICLE.
Article 137- Aye.
Article 138- Aye. Gahnges did get Nyrah, so I supose that's fair.
Article 139- Undecided, leaning towards Nay. Interdemensional is a stretch, and it's really on the line to the deep end. I'll think about it.
Article 140- Undecided, leaning towards Nay. How did the Huyoh and the Kravah find each other if thier from diferent dimensions?
Article 141- Aye. The Great Beings have a lot of secrets, this fits them perfectly.
Article 142- Aye. Pirates are fun to write about.
Article 143- Aye. Like I said before, Gahnges got Nyrah, sooo...

The first one was Tarth's epic, correct? I can review that one right now.

Whats' up with the new list format? It seems kinda jumbled.
Also, I can't find Artorius on the list anymore(if he is on there, feel free to point him out, I'm horrible at looking for things )

Article 119a- Aye.
Article 127- Aye. It's good to have some more positions filled.
Article 128- Aye. I have quite a few charecter developments in store for Gahnges
Article 129- Aye. I see no reason to oppose it.
Article 130-
I'm gonna remain Undecided at this point. (Closes eyes for a brief moment) Time travel is really strectching in for me. Also, it depends on how it was used before being destroyed, and what the being did in the future/past.Aye.Article 131- Aye, it's manifested itself already in a few of the CIRCLE members'*cough Ausar and Ballom cough* epics.
Article 132- Aye, same reason as above.
Article 133- Aye.
Article 134- Aye. It's already appeared in Ballom's epic.

Do you think you could add my epic to the list?

Tohunga Tahnok ~ I decided that Canon Locations, such as Nynrah, will require actual proposals to confirm the naming of their Makuta, thus Gahnges will have a chance for that post during this week's round of voting. Also, Tridax was on Destral in one of the Online Serials, however he is one of four Canon Makuta who do not officially have specifically assigned regions, an issue which we will address during the aforementioned round of voting. Lastly, as I've said before, if you have finalized the name of the Makuta of "The Zone of Darkness" would you mind telling me where it fits on my list alphabetically, i.e. you don't have to give me the name, just tell me it belongs after so-and-so.
Now, I know there are more Makuta in other members' stories, so everybody else, please get to posting them here.
~Åusår***~~****Looks at list*
The Makuta of the Zone of Darkness goes by a moniker, not his/her actual name, which belongs between Spirah and Sinosis.

I see Gahnges isn't there yet, so;
Gahnges- Makuta of Nyrah
Lerra- Makuta of Corrunai(I.E., the Dome above Odina)
Also, I have one more;
Undisclcosed- Makuta of The Zone of Darkness
And, one more thing- Tridax is the Makuta of Destral. I think that was revealed in one of the serials Greg wrote.

Star Trek actors FTW!
This is quite interesting, actually. I guess we'll have to wit to see who plays the SotS(If they're in the movie, that is)

And finally, who created the Element of Moonglow? I'm interested in what a Toa of this Element would control.
~ BioGaia
I'm actualy not sure, I asked the same question, and apparently there's no set powers for the element.

Let's see here....
Kohila's charecter transforms.
So does Ausar's.
And so does preety much every other member of the Toa Neteru.
I'm confused, now. How did all these Toa transform thier elemet?
Ah, well, I'll find out later. Anyhoo, I eagerly await the new MOCs.

As far as my actual ballot goes I vote "NAY" on Article 120 because, from what I could find on BS01, I believe that "Molecular Disruption" is simply a subdivision of the already established Element "Disintegration" since both simply work to dissolve inorganic material.
As I have stated before, Molecular Disruption has the ability to go many ways. Plus, Disintegration only dissolves inorganic material, and, the last time I checked, Molecular Disruption works on organic and inorganic materials. There are quite a few differences.

I've never personally seen any of you previous work, but it seems preety cool.
TT

YAY! I'm the first to reply!
I can see you've started work on the nine future members of the Toa R- *is grabbed by the face and beaten*
I eagerly await to see how they come out
Everything is still great. Keep up the good work.

"UNDECIDED" on Article 125. Would it be possible for a Calix wearer to accomplish the same thing?
A Calix wielder would probably be able to dodge my theoretical punch to the chest, and dodge falling debris in an earthquake, however, a perspective Orrtaka would alow a certain kind of bypass through the stated scenarios', so, to an extent, yes.
TT
-
"UNDECIDED" on Article 119. Use by the Makuta would be impractical as they have the ability of telepathy. Use by their lieutenants or other non-telepathic beings would be far better, but I feel that technological communicators would seem out of place in the Matoran Universe.
Once again, however, using telepathy over long distances is strenuous for the Makuta, as is with using all thier powers for extended periods of time. So, another method would have to be used to contact each other at long distances. Also, the positioning system is a much more accurate way of telling where you are in the universe, and where everyone else is.
TT
-
"UNDECIDED" on Article 120. May I ask what purpose would be served by having this as an Element?
"UNDECIDED" on Article 121. Same as above.
I think they both sound creative and unique as elements.
I'd love to have a Toa of Sleep in any Toa Team I was a part of!
TT

One (hopefully) last question. How fast can this be achieved by a Toa of Energy. One that is talented in their element.
I'd say it would take a concentrated thirty to sixty seconds of direct physical contact by a Toa of Energy, with the lower estimate inducing grogginess and the higher estimate leading to short-lived slumber. However, it should be noted that the effects would not be as long lasting by any means as a prospective Toa of Sleep's abilities.
As far as my actual ballot goes I'm "Undecided" on Article 120 because I'm pondering the differences and similarities involved between "Molecular Disruption" and "Disintegration".
~Åusår***~~***Moecular Disruption doesn't nessecarily have to mean dispersing molecules, only that the Toa would disrupt the natural state of the molecules, thus affecting the object by casing it to lose it's density, and drift apart, or to crush molecules together so as to shrink the object, to name a few powers.. It can go many ways, unlike with disintigration, which only disperses molecules.
