Indeed, indeed. I've had 2 dark green ones sitting around here for YEARS. One problem I had was whenever I tried incorporating them somewhere, I wound up realizing that I'd hid too much of what makes them cool, essentially using them as one would the regul.... reg... OH MY GOD, RUN FOR IT!

I was downright SHOCKED last Fall when I went into "Loves Saves the Day" in New York City and grabbed a few Throwbot sets someone had JUST brought in for something stupid like $3.5o each... even more weird, boring, mundane common toys sell in there for deca-dollars. I made out.

Weather's been crazy this year. Yesterday morning we had hail coming down... except they were encapsulated in a fluffy shell of snowflakes... looked like eggs from a "beginning of life" documentary. Then last night, it got down a degree or two below zero. Now? It's 60 degrees. What? Crazy, crazy... Yeah, it's supposed to be above 60 degrees by Saturday. (Which is perfectly fine for March.) -CF

All the wonderful variations I'm hearing sure make it sound like a bot. Nah, I never had this myself. Just remember a radio show I heard while driving a few years back... the host, a doctor, was on vacation in the Caribbean away from civilization and had to improvise. He had some weird infection from diving that resulted in hardened earwax. Granted, he had had his friend as a final step use the straw again to blow the water from his mouth into his ear... but he did point out that wouldn't have been necessary... just quicker. More importantly, WHY do I remember it so vividly?

Exactly... if the part never came in a Bionicle set in that color. Tahu's 2001 red sword? Fine. Same red sword with small fire accents from a Racing set? NO. Same sword in black from a Bionicle playset with minifigs? NO. Same sword in light blue from a Glatorian set? Fine. Likewise, Technic tire from a racing set? NO. ...not unless it was in a Bionicle set and in that same color. You get the idea...

...SO going to sculpt MIB the animated series action figures. The first movie had a few AWFUL toys come out. They were a horrid mess, except for a cool, giant gun that had a small alien figure inside it for (I guess?) calibration. So yeah... I'll either sculpt them myself or get people actually talented to do it. Then, release them to the more fan-like toy selling places after they've been fabricated. Aside from wondering how easy it'd be to execute something like this without subjecting some poor, asian children to a not so kid-friendly ennvironment, I wonder what figures should be concentrated on. Any ideas? Here's who I'm thinkin' of so far: Good guys ------------ --Agent J --Agent K --Agent L --Agent... arg, dang, the alien agent, L's partner from the last season... --Zed (maybe packaged with the Twins?) --The twins (MIB control panel playset with bigscreen monitor behind them?) --The worms --Frank the Pug (news stand playset?) --Jeebs (pawn shop playset?) --The hot, offworld agent with blue skin that K dug.
