  1. UNDECIDED on Article 184: Is this supposed to be like a genie-type wish granting power? It'll grant you whatever you say you want, exactly how you say it, whether you like it or not, despite the consequences. For example, a Toa uses it to stop Rahi stampeding through a village, but the mask brings down the cliff walls that surrounded the village, burying both the Rahi and the village in a rockslide. But the Rahi did stop stampeding. I'd be in support of it if it was like that, with or without a use limit.

It is something like that, yes. Again, the user controls that an event shall happen, but how is another matter entirely. For example (I'm going to use a human analogy here), a Czevch user wanted a certain football team to win a game in hopes that it would make it to the Superbowl. Well, the Czevch would allow that team to win, but (this is what tends to happen with the mask), they lose the next game and don't make it. Of course, people would tend to use it for more extreme situations, and its power could either greatly assist them or make things even worse. That's why I want it to be a one-use-only mask; its power is too risky to use more than once per user. I'd assume there is some method to recharge it, but I have never needed a being to recharge their Kanohi Czevch before.

UNDECIDED on Article 188: Leaning towards AYE. Change the name to Cloning, Imitation makes it sound like the user can Shape-Shift into a vezon.

"Cloning" does not really sound all too appealing to me. Does "Simulation" sound a bit better?

Article 190: Undecided; I would approve it if there were limits on the kinds of attacks it can reflect (for example, only energy attacks with a range and scale proportionate to the size of the wearer).

It can reflect attacks that aren't too high in energy (a bolt of flame or a bolt of lightning, for example), and then projectiles can also be reflected (as in bullets, rocks, things that can be thrown/shot). Unlike the Hau, this also protects from ambush, but again, only if it's a projectile or a weaker energy.

UNDECIDED on Article 191: It's not that I'm against the power, I'm against the understanding of the power. The metals like sodium and calcium can explode when exposed to water, but the metals like iron just rust. If you're wanting explosives, try for a Mask of Transmutation.

UNDECIDED on Article 194: I'd like some more specifics about what it can negate before I decide.

It's been a while since I've made use of either of these masks, so I have a hard time remembering what I was thinking at the time. Now that I look over the articles, I can see that I really didn't set any specifics for either, and I really don't use them enough to know their full limitations. I think I may have to change my own votes to "NAY" until I can set up some better restrictions/limitations.

    ---

Lastly, I vote "NAY" on Article 195 as well, again due to an immensely powerful capacity with no indicated repercussions

It doesn't seem to be too powerful to me. It can't affect organic systems, nor can it affect things that are not within sight or that the user is not in physical contact with. Now, while using Earth logic, its power would just superheat it until it changed state, but this isn't Earth, to tell the truth, and it can force the molecules of an object to go through some other process in order to change the state. But, to tell the truth, I'm mainly writing a science fiction/fantasy story, and I don't exactly go into detail of how the process the Yyter uses works, simply that it does.

I think I have covered most issues here, but please feel free to ask any more questions.

  2. 177: Aye. I believe it'll open up more room for creativity.

    178: Aye.

    179: Aye.

180: Aye. That's basically the plot of "Forgotten," and it leads up to "Fractures" and its sequel epics, so I can't oppose it. And while this does not take place in the Matoran Universe, one of the sequels to "Fractures" basically ends with Iro getting transported there by some means, so it's not like none of my epics will take place in the Matoran Universe.

181: Aye. The Atreu are a major part of my plot, not to mention one of the main villains is an Atreu himself.

    182: Aye.

    183: Aye.

  3. 184: Aye. Frankly, I think that this is one of my more creative ideas for a mask, if not a more powerful one. My reasoning behind the one use only bit is that I thought it a bit too powerful at first. It also means that the bearer must be wise in the use of the mask if they wished to use it to its full potential.

    185: Aye. It's practically Iro's trademark mask.

    186: Aye.

    187: Aye.

    188: Aye.

189: Aye. Last I checked, the Faxon could only mimic powers of Rahi, while this actually changes the wearer's physical attributes (the growing of gills).

190: Aye. Probably should have mentioned the fact that it can't reflect, like, a Nova Blast or something along the lines of that. I'd say that a Nova Blast could even shatter the shield made by a Great Tyvehk.

191: Nay. Power limitations/restrictions aren't really set at all, so I think I may revise these so that the limits and the like are explained.

    192: Aye.

    193: Aye.

194: Nay. Power limitations/restrictions aren't really set at all, so I think I may revise these so that the limits and the like are explained.

195: Aye. (@ Sir Koji): Well, the user has a choice to liquefy or vaporize the metal. If it's going to end up being a poisonous gas to breathe, it'd simply be smarter to have it turn into a liquid, then make their escape.

  4. Pretty sure Kraatu doesn't count. ;)

    Anyway, I need:

    10023- Master Builder

    10201- Takutanuva

    10203- Voporak

    20012- Click

    1388- Huki

    1389- Onepu

    1390- Maku

    1391- Jala

    1393- Matoro

    85##- Power Pack

    85##- Macku

    85##- Hahli

    85##- Matoro

    85##- Hafu

    8581- Kopeke

    8584- Hewkii

    8607- Nuhrii

    89##- Jetrax T6 (-2)

...Lol, that's kinda' it. Of course, I gotta' get all Krana Xa for my Bohrok, but that's it.

Good thing I'm cheap and lazy, else I'd have bought 'em all by now. =P

The fact that most of these are rare, old, and overpriced nowadays gives you an advantage, too.

  5. Actually, my Rahkshi must have level six kraata, my Bohrok (Va) (-kal) must have krana Xa, my Piraka and Inika need four respective Zamor each, and my Matoran of Metru Nui/Vahki need their appropriate disks. Just thought I'd even the playing field. =P

And Click and Klakk (I know) count, too.
