Time for a new blog entry, I guess... I finally picked up the Guns n' Roses/Bloodsimple/Stone Sour photos yesterday with IXI accompanying me. Also picked up a BoA album. I was glad that the photos were pretty cheap, but I got rather disappointed that the pictures weren't the best. So much for a decent post or topic about them... On a slightly better note, I'll be receiving 3 of the orders next week. I'm very curious about the Jade Empire soundtrack. Also posted a showcase in Artwork 1 which features a lot of my old and new edits. Probably worth checking out. And there's a chance that I (we) will get a computer room. And that means some privacy. So I was cruising around the city with IX yesterday, and some German(?) dude asked me the way to the nearest coffeeshop. Which made me laugh my head off. (You know why if you read one of IX's blog entries.) Different subject. One of my latest 4 orders will arrive either tomorrow or next Tuesday, so I'm pretty excited about that. The second one arrives in a week's time. The third one will arrive the week after that and the last one will arrive some time in August. And I might be able to buy a ticket for a Slayer concert this week. Excited about that as well. Thinking of getting some custom posters printed as well. Ya know, it was a very relaxed day today. Had some fun at my...joblike thingy and to hit the nail on the head, I slammed with my hand on a piece of wood that had a nail in it. Painful, but I didn't care. I had too much fun. Yesterday was fun s wel, since I got to blast IXI apart again with the rocketlauncher. He sniped me back though... He owns me a lot in Halo 2, but I don't really care. I think. Also started a transfer to may PayPal account to buy him a poster. A nice looking poster. That reminds me... I still need to buy that [leet]Fear the Cute Ones[/leet] poster for myself. It's so awesome. Let's see... What's a good way to end this little rant... A picture! B) Cya around on BZP! Ack! I was so close... Went to a market yesterday and today and I was so close in finally buying a sword... Until I found out that I didn't have enough money. <.<;; I asked my mother for some money so I can pay her back later and she refused. Oh well... On a slightly better note: I finally received my package this week. It contained BoA's debut album and the thing I was really waiting for: The Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children soundtrack. Japanese version. Possible next order will have some metal in it, I promise. Hmm, might buy Dir en grey's Withering to Death as well... Now that's an awesome album. Also got to watch Over the Hedge this week and I found the movie hilarious. And now to look for the Korean and Japanese versions, which feature BoA as Heather the possum. (Seen in my profile pic.) So I went to Guns 'n' Roses yesterday (Sunday). They were awesome. It had also been 13 years since GnR last performed in the Netherlands. Bloodsimple, Stone Sour and Alice in Chains were great as well. Didn't know any of their songs, but I enjoyed it. My friend got recognized by Corey Taylor. 7:30 pm or 8:30 pm was the time that GnR was supposed to perform, but Axl Rose was late, again. So it started at 9:30 pm instead. I sang along with some of their songs, which were: Knocking on Heaven's Door, November Rain, Welcome to the Jungle, Paradise City, Sweet Child O' Mine and Live and Let Die. They also performed a song that was dedicated to the Swedish cops who arrested Axl recently. All in all, I had a great time and I came home around 5:40 am.

Finally, found the time to watch BoA's Best of Soul concert today and it was great. The set was more functional than pretty, but that's okay. The dancers were all great and there were even enough musicians to form a new rock group. Yeah, a lot of the songs had a more rockish feel to it than their studio counterparts. And then there's the star of the concert, BoA. Man, she looked great on stage! And when she's talking to the audience, she's a completely different person than when she's performing. She's cute hen she's talking. BoA's vocals were amazing, hitting almost every high note there was. And her emotions during the songs were perfect. Songs like "Meri Kuri" were done sincerely and songs like "Be the One" were done with the right amount of power. And the live version of "Kono Yono Shirushi" was even cuter/sweeter than the studio counterpart. It's also one of the very first times that she performed the songs "Do the Motion" and "With U", which were released on a single together only 2-3 weeks earlier. I recommend this dvd to anyone who wants something different for a change, even though the price of the dvd is $56.99. I only wish the dvd was a bit cheaper... I sent the money to the guy who keeps track of the BoA Fanclub finances and I'll soon send an email for confirmation. Oh, got my neat little package today as well. You know, the one with the hide and Ayumi albums and the BoA dvd... It was a day early! Listening to hide's album, called Ja, Zoo, and it sounds awesome. Those songs are definitely going to be in my Xbox playlist, just like the Ayumi Hamasaki remixes. So that was another good day for me... But I'm friggin' tired. G'nite and see ye around on BZPower~!
