  1. I swear, if the Piraka do that, I will have Larikon dance around in a frilly pink Tutu.
  2. IC: (Tarotrix) "You don't say."
  3. To add upon what has already been said, there is, however, nothing stopping you from making a character with a hook for a hand.
  4. IC: (Mons Shajs) The mention of the Piraka having Rahkshi made him shiver. So they were in the depths of Mangaia, with numbers of Rahkshi upon their whim. And not even the Toa Maru were able to defeat them. It was horrific news, he thought. Only Mata Nui knew what kind of things the thugs had down there, in the Vault of Makuta, nonetheless. It also seemed the Dasaka had come to Mata Nui in part to find the Piraka and take vengeance for the destruction they caused on their Archipelago. Or something in that respect. "Well... It'a seems ya came ta this land ina very inconvenient time," he said. "Ta say things incred'ably lightly..."
  5. IC: (Mons Shajs) Escaped the Archipelago on a sub-thing. Karzahni. Shajs realized at that moment his supicions were confirmed. The Piraka had probably escaped the Kentoku Isles somehow, and made there way to their happy little island, to wreck havoc through Ta-Koro and flee to somewhere in the wilderness. The Piraka, it appeared, were far more powerful than normal Skakdi, and were on his adopted home. Most likely waiting to strike again. "...Well'a, let me ah' say, its'a most likely they are on'a this island as we talk," he said darkly. "Six Skakdi attacked Ta-Koro weeks ago, wreakin' havoc 'an killin' Guardsmen. I wasn't there, mind ya, but I'va heard too many stories 'bout what a'happened there. They escaped after tha battle, 'an no one hasa clue where they are."
  6. IC: (Mons Shajs) Shajs already had an idea of who these were. The news of them had spread like wildfire through the cities, but few had seen them up close. The Piraka, they were, the bloody savages that rampaged through Ta-Koro. He'd mostly heard rumors of them, and a account or two from a buddy in the guard. He found it implausible that they were the same, but didn't rule it out. He needed to prod further. "...Were'a they pretty destructive fellas? 'An whata happened ta them?"
  7. IC: (Rakona) She entered a broom closet. It was cramped, damp, and smelt of lime and soap. There he was, the brave Sir Knight, bound and hastily patched up. He was beaten, she saw, huddled into a pitiful ball, shivering. She came close to him, and quietly took out a heatstone, and small bottle of opium milk. She quietly sat down next to him, and put the stone open near his body. Putting a hand on his shoulder, she talked to him, "Shh, Sir Ira, we have freed you from your imprisonment. Drink the milk, and rest. The city is ours." IC: (Weiss) He saw Zentithex's brutal move, and ran to flip over a table over him, Zekev and Thentyle. As a great crack went through the air, splattering the area with blood, the three were safe. He had to admit, this Lesterin had skill. Getting up, there were around three more guards left, more heavily armored, and clearly shocked. He went forth to fight them. IC: (Thentyle) The wounds were not mortal, but they were painful. Scattered bamboo slivers, all around his left arm. "It's-not the worst I've been through. Just try and cap the bleeding." He pointed to his satchel, where he preyed he still had some gauze tucked away in.
  8. IC: (Mons Shajs) He cocked an eyebrow. "Mighta I ask, but'ta do ya a'know tha names 'o these Skakdi?" he said.
  9. IC: (Mons Shajs) It seemed like the situation had resolved itself. He noticed the conversation some of these more troublesome Toa were having with one of the 'Menti', about elements. He turned to face her. "I'ma Kru-Skakdi, or Skakdi 'o Crystal. Unlike 'em Toa, I cannota exactly use me element, not alone, atta tha least."
  10. He creeps me out. And I control the silently crazy cult leader.
  11. IC: (Rakona) Ak'rei'an had sent them a fighter of great zeal and skill, for that, Rakona was thankful. She watched the horrific scene in front of horror with a deal of admiration. Three were dead, and the heathens would live in the rest of their lives in fear. But she needed to ask a favor of her newfound ally. "Sir Zenithex," she said, in firm tone. "Keep one of them alive and intact, for sacrificial purposes after this glorious battle is over." It seemed most of them were distracted by her siblings in arms, down in the second level. Their screams echoed from the high rooftop, and filled her heart with glee. But she had a mission, she needed to find Sir Ira. So, she walked down the halls, further to the back of the building. "I will search for Sir Ira, my Brother. Go and help our fellows, good Sir." IC: (Weiss) There was a great deal of opposition. While the earthen sphere crushed a Matoran guard to death, her fellow guards were very much alive. Thentyle to his left was hit with a stray Patero round, Goran held fast to his right. When a Bo-Skakdi, club in hand, came at him, Weiss took charge, and surged forward with his glaive. "Ak'rei'an!"
  12. IC: (Mons Shajs) It was a bizarre feeling, hearing the Toa's words in his head. "Now'a sir, could ya please stop intrudin' inta tha dignitaries' minds? Isa that posse'ble?"
  13. IC: (Mons Shajs) Giving a curt nod, he stepped back cautiously, and began to survey the situation with a broader view. The Dasaka seemed to have her wrath pointed towards a pair of Toa, one of whom was screaming at the foreigner. Quietly. One, it seemed, was a Sonic Toa, the other either a Fire or Plasma Toa. One seemed angry, the other neutral. He was making strange movements, to Shajs' suspicion. He came forward, keeping a firm posture, he'd talk to these two Toa, he'd settle this situation as good as he could. "Now'a sir," he said to Vakua. "This'a foreign dignitary seems ta be of tha belief that'a you are enterin' her mind. P'lease, explain this ta me."
  14. IC: (Mons Shajs) Shajs released his hand off the grip of his sword. He had overreacted, it seemed. He needed to try and calm this situation... "I apol'ogize profusely if I'a caused ya alarm, or offense," he said, calming down. "...Profusely-I hav'a never seen anythin' lika this in me life. I didn'ta know what wus happenin', and had fear for tha people I hav'a sworn ta defend. I hope ya understand, ma'am, 'an hope we can getta past this act 'o grave misunderstandin'." He came forward a bit, and cautiously extended his hand.
  15. IC: (Mons Shajs) "Ma'am, if ya need'a healer, tell us now," Shajs said calmly. He noticed one of them sift towards him, and a Matoran cower near. "Nothin' can harm ya, ma'am, yer safe. Take yer hand offa the hilt, p'lease..."
  16. IC: (Mons Shajs) "Get out of my head. Now." Something was wrong. Shajs hadn't the slightest idea what it was, but one of the Dasaka seemed to be having a sudden breakdown, reaching to the hilt of her blade. The Marine quietly stepped to the side, and grabbed the hilt of his mortuary sword. He wouldn't use it, unless he absolutely had to, but if he had to kill this Dasaka to save the rest of them, he would do so. "Ma'am," he said firmly. "Isa everya'thing okay?"
  17. IC: (Mons Shajs) Those words made Shajs visibly uncomfortable. He'd only heard it in rumors, and back-room drivel in the bars of Xa-Koro, and the near the odd shrines that once stood hidden in its alleyways. The powers of Makuta, it was spoken of hushed tones, were once able to warp the mind and earth, twist the body and eat the soul. He knew Makuta had immense power, but took such wild stories with a degree of skepticism. Especially considering the mouths they came out of. The superstitious sailor part of his mind began to buzz with worry. Perhaps Makuta had granted unholy powers to a servant or many, perhaps something unknown to the all was out there. The ideas swirled, but he kept it to himself. As Shajs had no intention of being discredited as crazy... "Yessa, there'a is a mask that'a allows ya to use such powers," he said. "Was'a it of ill intent, ma'am?"
  18. Are Anime from the 2100s, illegally taken to the 1990s by Time Smugglers. Television.
  19. IC: (Mons Shajs) "Ma'am, tha only telee-pathic individuals on'a this island are Toa with Matatus. An'a tha only thing they can'a do is move things," Shajs said firmly. "No one can'a speak with their minds on'a thisa island." No one living, that is.
  20. IC: (Mons Shajs) "Beg yer pardon?"
  21. IC: (Rakona) With a motion of her hand, she entered in. Once she and Sir Zenthex had entered, the rest of the Brothers would burst in and take it from the front. "Sir Knight," she said. "Let us slay them." The room was empty, of life, but filled to the brim with boxes of arms and Rahi feed. It was a good thing there wasn't a guard to fight them, but quite because Sir Ira was not to be found. She advanced, keeping her whip at the ready. She approached the wooden door, and quietly opened it to find a bloodied guardsman standing there, dumbstruck. She watched as his mouth began to open, and simultaneously raised the steel-tipped leather of her weapon. With two fast cracks, blood splattered to the floor, and the scream of "CULTISTS" came from the guards mouth. They would come up fast, she knew, and she would fight them. Ak'rei'an was on her side, and the rest of the Brothers would come to assist her. As the killing blow came at the Matoran, she prayed that Zentithex could fight, when the sound of boots upon wood grew ever louder. "Come, Sir Zekev." OOC: Sorry Norik, didn't see your post. IC: (Thentyle) He didn't like being on the offense. Thentyle had always been a defensive kind of person, not fond of aggression and conflict. He'd fought tooth and nail not to come. But nonetheless, he had a duty to perform, to both his Brotherhood, and to Ak'rei'an. A large, compacted boulder of earth floated in the air, made as dense as he could will it. From the window he heard a scream, which told him he needed to act. With as much force as he could project, he hurled the earth toward the armory's thick wooden door. With a ferocious crash it shattered to pieces, and Thentyle's ball scattered into dirt. His fellow Brothers, led by Sir Weiss, went in first, screaming "Ak'rei'an! Upon the top of their lungs."
  22. New blood, new arguments. Let's just be thankful that's its just individual PCs, and not Armies of PC Organizations...
  23. You could go onto a topic in the morning, and come back to it in the afternoon with three other pages. It was a pain in the rear to keep up with it all.
  24. IC: (Mons Shajs) "Do ya have'a any questions 'bout us?" Shajs said.
  25. OOC: Let's put it at ten NPCs, perhaps. IC: (Weiss) He let the Lesterin to an ally next to the armory, there the other members of the Brotherhood stood waiting. Rakona, Thentyle, Goran and Zekev stood, and looked upon the newcomer with suspicion. "...Don't worry, Marshal Rakona, he is a lost Knight of our order, Sir Zenithex. And I think he has found a weak spot." IC: (Rakona) She looked at Weiss' new discovery with a degree of suspicion and a degree of disgust. But being as Weiss was a veteran member, she maintained a cautious trust in his judgment. "Show me the spot, Sir Zenithex, and take point. I will be right behind you."
