I would that I could. It's one of those games that just can be made offline. As it is, it technically isn't on archive.org, all of it's assets are (or were, tough to say at this point) on Templar's server. Like many Shockwave games, offline is impossible for one reason or another.

I still use the other one (I flip between the two), and I agree it is the better of the two. I made the second one to branch out to more people and maybe calm them down a little.

Depends on the game. Sometimes it's really easy, sometimes it is simply impossible. In the case of The Robot Chronicals I was not able to make it offline because of it's dependence on a webservice. I'm currently making an offline Quest for R2-D2 but it won't be able to save. What games do you want taken offline? It would probably be easier for me to do it for you.

Try reinstalling the game. If a file was not copied properly it can prevent it from loading. It can also save from your browser, you just have to delete your browser cache every time before loading the game.
