The 1st Shadow
While I'm not necessarily a huge fan of the style that's gonna be used for the animated BIONICLE show/shorts next year, but I figured I'd try it out on my self-MOC. For all its simplicity, it actually turned out pretty well, considering that it was done in MS Paint. EDIT: If anyone actually wants, I can do others. If interested, send me a pic of your self-MOC or just send a detailed description. If I get enough of these, I'll either have this topic renamed or make a separate one. I drew this based off of the CC image of all six Masters from the cartoon. Shading's not quite the same, but I did this fairly quickly. Here's a comparison picture. You can also see some other views in my comics over here. (P.S. Feel free to stop by and leave a comment ) *ahem*EDIT: I bring Lord Ghutan, another character from my comics.Comments? Criticism? Crackers? Axilus Prime
Crackers. Definitely crackers. With cheese added. Jokes aside, it's definitely more than recognizable as your self-MOC. The style of shading isn't quite what they had in the new art style, but it works as a representation of him in that style nonetheless. Plus, it was just plain fun to see this! The 1st Shadow
Crackers. Definitely crackers. With cheese added. Jokes aside, it's definitely more than recognizable as your self-MOC. Looking back at the images, I see that they have light coming at the characters from both sides, apparently. I guess I avoided doing that because I think it looks a bit silly. Even so, I'll be doing a few other members of my cast. Specifically, Captain Antarctica, Lord Ghutan, and Tetrak. For... reasons. Banana Gunz
For what this is, I actually really quite like it! It really does look pretty darn similar to the new style developed, which surprised me because it's not often that replicating an art style works out well. Great job! Click
That's actually a really cool concept to try out, making your self-MOC in that style. I really want to try that sometime. For a Paint art piece, it looks pretty good. It's pretty close the the correct style. I especially like the legs and feet. I hope you spend more time on the idea later on. I just thought I'd try it out and see what I could do with it. Glad it turned out well! That's actually a really cool concept to try out, making your self-MOC in that style. I hope you spend more time on the idea later on.It was actually drawn from the feet, up. Hands are my worst enemy, since they aren't part of the actual model. As it happens, I'm working on another one right now. Though, Lord Ghutan is larger and doesn't have any of the simple HF-parts. The trick is adapting all the old parts into this art style... Pohatu: Uniter of Stone
You look great! Or should it be he? Or it? Anyways, you/he/it looks just like the MOC! Looks a little rough, but still awesome. Quote I HATE SCORPIOS ~Pohatu Master of Stone, 2015

Looks a little rough, but still awesome.I consider us to be the same entity, with the black/green Av-Matoran being a projection of my persona into the fictional world of BZ-Nui (Speaking of which, I'm working on making a map of the place, just for fun. ) Oh, and I bring another piece: Lord Ghutan Not as detailed as me, but still carries the same feel. Axilus Prime
Eh...that one's actually less detailed than the new art style is. To the point of losing its appeal, at least for me.

To the point of losing its appeal, at least for me.I did him really quickly. It was harder to translate the more complex BIONICLE parts over into the simplistic animation style. (that, and I got lazy ) Quote ~Your friendly, neighborhood Shadow ~Credit for Avatar and Banner goes to NickonAquaMagna~
The 1st Shadow
Got a new one. Well, two actually. I bring Captain Antarctica and Meyres The Anchorman. My cousin was done as a last-minute idea, but he turned out well enough that I decided to post him, too.
