Rooster Nui
I'm not too surprised that they got inspiration for the Mask of Earth from gorillas, but that's not the only thing that resembles a gorilla. I think his body also somewhat looks like a gorilla, and Gorzan, who is a gorilla himself. I guess a gorilla appearance suits the big character type. Also, the concept art at 1:33 is awesome! Rooster Nui
I honestly want all concept art available online. That would be neat. If it's to happen, the concept art would be posted up after all designer videos are posted beforehand. Some of that art would make great wallpapers. Also I concur I want that Onua concept art right along with that pamphlet he was holding up... Toa Smoke Monster
The one piece of concept art that was in color shown here kind of reminded me of Lockdown from Transformers 4. Not that that is a bad thing, because I still thought it was really cool. Anyways, it is really neat to see what the creators used for inspiration for Onua. Nidhiki of the Shadows
Like this designer. He goes a little more in depth. At least he talked about the inspiration of Onua's overall physique spawning from the image of a gorilla. Very cool, and clearly seen in the final model. Concept art of the mask looked absolutely awesome. -NotS
Lenny7092
It's interesting that Onua is based on a gorilla, which I could tell by the physical appearance of his body. I always thought that Onua is inspired by Hulk and Thor from Marvel, but a gorilla is unexpected. Speaking of that idea, he reminds me of the CHI Gorgon set from Legends of Chima in 2013. Well, they do look similar, too. Anyway, I love the concept art. The pictures look cool! Edited May 2, 2015 by Lenny7092 Quote I like Lego, Bionicle, and Hero Factory!
