OOC: I always thought septims were rather small, so a 10 septim coin wouldn't be, y'know, plate sized.

Knowing he would slam the door, Eponine braced herself, then as soon as he began to close, she forced as much of her weight onto the door as possible, with as much force as possible, hoping to make the store owner fall backwards.

Alas, the door was already shut, and before Eponine could think to try the handle to re enter the store, she would hear the telltale sound of a heavy bolt lock sliding shut.

 

OOC: given the average size of gold currency across the last three games? Pretty big coins. Making one with ten's worth of gold would be a nightmare to carry.

Eponine looked around for a second-story window, to climb in and show that jerk how to accept three extra drakes.

IC: Anguis Nathair - Narsis Streets.

 

Having stayed the night at the inn, she set out into the streets the next morning, keeping her hood up to cover her face. While she knew it would probably be a good idea to get out of town as soon as possible, the gates were probably being watched. She needed to find another way out of the city.

 

In the meantime, she'd just have to do her best to blend in and not draw too much attention to herself.
