Taka Nuvia Posted January 15, 2020 Posted January 15, 2020 Just something I've been wondering ever since the forums came back - is there a (functional) difference between liking a topic/post and upvoting a topic/post? 1 Quote My art collection topic - updated! (21/09/2021)
Valendale Posted January 15, 2020 Posted January 15, 2020 They display separately, but I think that's about it. 1 1 Quote
Black Six Posted January 21, 2020 Posted January 21, 2020 Nope, there's no difference. If we wanted to, we could add more options beyond those two, but there hasn't been a need so far. In theory we could set up topic and forum views to sort by likes or upvotes like Reddit, but we're old fashioned and prefer chronological order. 3 1 Quote Bio of a BZP Admin

I had assumed you display your enjoyment of the post by "liking" it, but by "upvoting" you were wanting to bring it to others' attention. 1 Quote Formerly Iron_Man5
