A question about the Core War

I am attempting to write a Bionicle story that involves some aspects of the Core War, and while i was doing research it struck me that nowhere does it say how long the Core War actually lasted for. it doesn't say in BS01, nor elsewhere.So if any one knows how long it lasted i would most grateful i you could tell me.

BioSector01 has the most up-to-date info, so if it's not there, I doubt specifics on the length of the war actually exist.~B~

Well the Core War's events have been rather vague, so as long as you make things up that won't interfere with any canon events that supposedly occurred, you'll be fine.

We don't know any specifics, so just make something up or just say "for a long time".

Decadence covers the entire Core War, I believe, so try reading that.

Isn't there a timeline somewhere on bzpower? You might be able to check in to that.
