seriously though, that's an exaggeration. most of them have earned their OBZPC status legitimately, it's just some who only got it through Premiership. or a combination of both, such as myself.

I got mine from one 6-month PMship and 5 news reports.

Awesome. That's outstanding.

As Laughy said, it will be a combo of PMships and outstanding stuffers.
