  1. An exclusive lighting kit for the Corner Garage 10264. This lighting kit is designed and developed by Liteupblock. This lighting kit is available at very affordable price and many new lighting items will coming soon.
  2. So what is it? Unlike many kits, which exist to make comics and similar, this kit's purpose is to virtually build Bionicle figures, piece by piece. Granted, it may not be quite as fun as making them with your own bricks, but you can't get all the bricks in all the colours, can you? With this kit, you can combine parts however you want and make them whatever colour you like! Designing your own characters has never been easier! Now, the kits! 3. Hello, BZ-NUIIIIIII! (I always wanted to loud-shout that. ) Anyway, a while back, I was asked by my fellow members of the Kanohi Force to draw them in the style of the 2015 BIONICLE animations. I obliged. But then, as I finished working on myself, I realized I could take it a step further. Today, I present to you the newest kit: The Okotomation-Style Creation Kit! (PS, I also bring you the word "Okotomation" ) Here are all the various sheets (more to be added) Mask Sheet (WIP) Protector Parts Kit (WIP) Protector Poses (WIP) UPDATE: I am currently without a proper computer, so I cannot add to this project until that is amended. For now, contributors are welcome. Already, Lewa the Soaring Champion has graciously provided his attempt at Okoto-fying the Noble Kanohi from 2001 (found on page 4 of this topic). If you would like to contribute, feel free to do so. Body kits will be done by me, but if you want to provide things like backgrounds, masks, and accessories, you are more than welcome to. All contributors will receive due credit in this post and have their work added to the official kit. This entire process is done in MS Paint, using screenshots from the webisodes as reference images (for example, the scene where the Toa are shown getting their gold masks, Lewa is briefly shown removing his green mask before placing the gold one on, exposing his face). More will be added to that image, so keep checking back for new stuff! See ya around, and I hope to start seeing some fun new comics using this in the near future. (Oh, before I forget, I need help. If you can provide reference images of masks from the front, angle, and side, I would be most appreciative of that. Any weapons or special parts you want me to do, send me a screenshot of it, and I'll try to implement it. Thanks a bunch! ) (Another thing, I need backgrounds! If you can make/screenshot some decent backgrounds, then that'd be great! The MNOG kit had backgrounds, but this one isn't as easy to do. If you can help with this, please message me--I'd love to see what you've got!) UPDATE: 2-19-15--bulky Protector torso and armored shoulder plates added. 2-23-15--Mask of Control added 4-21-15 Vahi added! As usual, please remember to give credit if you use this kit. When doing so, I'd appreciate it if you include a link back to this topic so that others can have easy access to it. Or, if you have room, put this banner in your sig, and link it back to the topic.

    Snazzy Kit

Howdy, everyone. It's me, Soran, and I'm back with another kit. This one is pretty Snazzy. Snazzy Kit This is a kit I started working on about 2 years ago, it looks like. I made a portion of it and it was mostly incomplete but now after a couple hours it's a little less incomplete. At least it's more than usable now. Update: Just added Toa Inika masks, Toa Mahri masks, The Kanohi Rode and Olmak, Toa Norik and Iruini's masks, and prototype bodies for the turaga and toa. In this kit I have supplied: 360º bodies and masksPremade poses360º running, walking, and jumping poses and 180º sitting poses. All the Toa Mata, original Turaga masks, Toa Metru masks, Toa Inika and Toa Mahri masks as well as various other character's masks.Separated body parts to allow for build-able poses.Premade Color SwatchesMulti colored Segmented limbs for further customizationAnd possibly more things along the way (if I'm either bored enough or people request things). I will take requests for anyone who wants something added. Be sure to give credit to Soran if you use it. Or don't, it isn't a big deal to me. As usual, Comments and Critiques are appreciated. ~Soran
  5. Marshie's Lovely 8-Bit Kit a lovely kit for lovely people salutations friends and people. i am the one known as marshie, and as you can see i have started drawing a sprite kit. because drawing sprites is just what i do. anyway, let's get into what this kit is about. if you couldn't tell from the title, this lil' sheet is done in eight whole bits of color. that is two-hundred and fifty-six entirely different colors and if that doesn't blow your mind i don't know what will. the old nes-style type graphics is the theme for today, and i've included an nes palette on the sheet that i typically use, but you are by no means limited to using just that; really this is more about the simplistic style than the colors, after all. or at least, as simplistic as some of these pieces can get while still being reasonably accurate. what even is UP with that metru matoran chest piece, anyway?? so! as you can see this sheet is nowhere near finished yet. i've barely started on it in fact. but worry not, at the very least i intend to have a much wider array of masks to choose from within a day or two or three or seven. limbs, of course, will be expanded as well, and i will be adding bodies as i feel like it or stumble on a nifty MOC i want to spriterize....... but that's for the future. for now, have this barely useable sprite sheet: current version: 0.0.11 additional items: great spirit robot as i said, work in progress, expect many updates. many, many updates. also feel free to tell me what stuff you want to see here specifically; i just jump around randomly on these things but if somebody wants something specific i'll probably actually do it. or if somebody has a nifty moc they want spriterized well i do love working with that sort of thing... there's practically nothing on this thing yet, so i'm not exactly expecting some explosion in popularity but if anybody does want to use it for whatever then go for it. i don't have any restrictions on use, but it'd be cool if you let me know what you're doing with them so i can check it out and rate it five stars. unless the rating is out of ten in which case i'd be happy to rate your project 10/10. that is all, please go back to your daily lives now. hopefully your life has been enriched by the knowledge that marshie's lovely 8-bit kit is a thing that exists.
  6. so, a bit of words up here first. we all know back in the day it was a pretty "cool" thing to do to make a sprite kit, even if you weren't really ever good with spriting at all to begin with. it was just a cool thing to do. similarly cool was giving them really really enigmatic or unrelated names, so, that's why the title up there is in quotation marks, basically. anyway, this was neither my first, nor last venture into making sprite kits, but it was the one that stuck the most, well, part of it did. I could only ever make masks look good, back in... what, 2011? anyway, it sat a good long while as just heads and i finally decided to put my pixel-ing abilities to work again and put some toa bodies in there so... the "exo" kit, whatever that means: You may have noticed it's really flipping tiny, that's what some people do when they aren't confident in their spriting abilities. I have provided a blown up image of a toa though, so you can see the kit in detail without having to save the file: anyway, maybe i'll extend the limb palette later, or actually add tools/hands, oops. (the far foot needs work too, i'll do that eventually as we..) for now, i guess enjoy? or critique, whichever.
  7. Skrade

    The Nobelus Kit

This is the Nobelus Sprite Kit, which aims to recreate a lot of Bionicle character types with some artistic liberties for sprite clarity and overall look-good-ness. I will be working on this whenever I have time. Updates won't be regular, but they shouldn't be more than a while apart. I plan on using this kit in an upcoming comic. This kit is open for all to use with credit to me, Skrade. C&C are appreciated, and I will try my best to respond to as many posts as I can. I don't need help with anything at the moment, but if I do, you will be credited for your contributions! Current Version 1.0

    S.T.E.P sprite kit

A long time a go, some years back, when the old forums where in play, I started a sprite kit called "C.S.F.E.G.". It was generally well received, but soon, laziness took hold, and the kit was never updated. Now, some years later, I opened the old file up again, and was inspired to continue work on it. With that said, I present to you the fruit of my recent labor; The "S.T.E.P." kit. Updates: 14. March 2015: Updated to Alpha 1.2. Added bigger matoran sprites, as well as a straightened arm for the bigger toa sprite. 17. October 2014: Updated to Alpha 1.1. Added bigger toa sprites and separated pieces, as well as the Kanohi Kiril 11. October 2014: Posted Alpha 1.0 Comments and criticism are welcome, and if you decide to use it (even if it is still in the early stages), remember to give credit.
  9. I purchased a tub of parts from someone for my son. The parts came with one manual, which we assembled based upon direction and turned out great and my son loved it! (Was the Rockoh T3 kit). But I had a large surplus of parts, possibly even an entire additional kit. I did research and couldn't figure out which kit they belonged to, thought maybe if I posted pictures of the parts one of you experts could help me determine which kit they belong to. My son is mentally challenged and loves doing this kind of building, but MUST have directions, and with those he excels and thoroughly enjoys it. He was distraught when we had additional pieces with no direction for, so I'm trying to find the instructions for the rest of the parts to calm him. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! (The closest I could find was Jetrax T6, which has a character that appears like the parts I have, but the ship isn't right.) I have pictures saved of the parts...zooming in on what I thought would be the most helpful with identifying. But I can't figure out how to post pictures through this forum. Maybe I can contact someone directly? Or get instruction how to show the pics here?

    SASK V1.0

Hello! I'm new, but have been following Bionicle since...fairly early days(I missed the originals! ), and have loved and played around with sprites, sprite kits etc for a long time. And one day went 'Why not?' and made my own! I know it's not much, but I ran out of time atm for it, but hey, it's something. I based my SASK(Snowy Aegis's Sprite Kit) around a decent level of customization. There are no preset poses, positions or expressions, why? So you can make them as you want them! You can color parts individually, however you like, and assemble them, almost like the original sets! If you need help or tips on using this, please, ask! I am always happy to help. When I'm online. Obviously. If people like this simple, early version enough, I may update it and expand it, adding more parts, masks, some weapons, kinds of characters(Turaga, Rahkshi, etc) and so on. I might even add some specific set characters. Yes, I know there are only four Kanohi as of now. Making them takes forever and my brain was practically dead after spending two solid hours making them. Kaukau and Miru were oddly much harder than the other two. Well. The Hau was barely difficult on any level. Anyways, enough rambling from me! Here's the kit: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=6162870 Please give me, Snowy Aegis, credit if used.

    VNOG Kit

Well, I kept saying that I'd start this. So, after much procratination, here's what I've got. Feel free to add anything! Custom work is appreciated! Character Sheet Mask Sheet Item Sheet Most of these need to be re-sized, that's what I'll be working on next. See ya!
  12. After BZPower transformed I can't seem to find any old kits, like Rayg 2.5, Xaniskit, MNOG Style Character Creation Kit, RZMIK(and more modern contributions to it), etc. Does anyone have any links? I'm not sure if a question topic is suited for, what used to be, Artwork III. But I need help with this, if anyone would be so kind to dig up some old links that'd be great.

    IIA Kit

Hi guys, this is the IIA Kit (I prefer it to be pronounced like "Aya"). The IIA stands for "Inika Island Assault". So, yeah, this is my first kit, so to kick it off, I've included Hakann sprites! Fun with MNOLG

Is there a better way to spend an evening than ripping stuff out of MNOLG 2 and the MNOLG style kit to create a pointless scene in MNOLG where you have your own house? I don't think so. Yeah, suppose I need to just throw a word out to Matoran Onknu, Takuma Nuva and Roablin for various things there.

    Nova V2 Kit

A long time ago, probably longer than a year, I made this kit for fun. It was probably one of the last kits I seriously worked on. Since some people may garner some use from it, I'm posting it here.Image URLIf you use this kit, please give credit to me, Legolover-361.Please note I currently have no plans to expand this kit, though I may add some more Kanohi as practice. Constructive criticism is appreciated.

  18. It might be something of a mystery to people why I sit around making small, pixelised representations of bionicle sets. On the other hand it might not, I don't know. Nevertheless, for anyone who is curious, here's an explanation of a length that will only be determined once it is written. Perhaps I should start with how I got involved in kits. Some of you may have heard of the Mata-Nuian Builder. This was an emalgamation of various popular kits, drawing heavily from one in particular - the RZ Mega Kit. RZ (Rahi Zaku) was a genius with pixels, and is to my knowledge where the style originated. I can't remember why I started using the MNB or how I found it, but find it I did and once I started writing stories, many uses for it became apparant. See, the style isn't designed for making comics or games or any of the uses to which kits are commonly put these days. They are builders - designed to let you snap the pieces together digitally and create whatever your imagination can conjure up. This is particularly useful if you have an idea for a Toa who is coloured A and B, but the pieces you want only come in colours X and Y (I don't know why those four letters are always used for examples, but why break with tradition?). For a writer, this can be invaluable. I personally designed whole hosts of characters with the kit for epics and the like, not to mention many outside of stories simply out of personal interest. It was quite interesting, seeing the creativety that could be spawned from this. Eventually I started experimenting. Combining masks, editing tools; nothing major. This is where it started, I guess. Still, the idea of creating anything of the sort myself was...harrowing at best. When I came across the MNB I do not know, but one event always sticks in my memory: the release of the MNB 2004. Both RZ and Swert released their own 2004 kits, each with their own merits. I personally opted to use the MNB version, as it came with angled arms (the RZ ones were straight) and by then I was used to the background colour (it was a greenish-blue, darker than the one I use). As a downside, I don't recall Lhikan's mask ever being released in the MNB but I could be wrong. Anyway, yeah. Skipping over the nostalgia, let's get back to the point. I held these kit creators in very high regard, wondering how they ever managed to create such brilliant representations of the sets. It was possibly in 2004 I started creating a few things for myself - mostly masks, actually. I made an entire set of masks which were ok, I guess, and continued playing around with the odd tool. More epics meant more characters, and I was becoming steadily used to the ins and outs of the kits. Once you learn a bit how the style works, things start to fall into place more easily. I had a lot of practise using the kit, and was experimenting more and more. 2005 was quite a big year for me, in terms of kit development. Why? Because I made my first kit. Or was it 2006? Whatever it was, it was related to 2005. Ok ok, I'll get to the point. There was to be no MNB 2005. A great shame, I must admit, but in a way that helped me because I decided to make it myself. I don't think I did too bad a job in some respects. Infact, a lot of the DBB 05 dates back to that point, albeit with a few minor alterations. The heads, tools and arms are mostly from then. As you can see, I was becoming further and further engrossed in the pixel world. It threatened to swallow me up like a great...pixelly...thing...and quite why I said that I do not know. Suffice to say I did say it. ANYWAY, I never released that kit as many parts were not my own and I felt little inclination to do so anyway. And do I use the word anyway too much? Anyway (yes I do), my confidence was growing. Perhaps my biggest breakthrough came when I attempted to create Sidorak and Keetongu. I succeeded, as it happens, but learnt then and there that what I was trying to do was no longer the same. I was starting to develop my own conventions and ideas and noticed that the scale of some pieces simply wasn't right for what I was doing. Yes, I was a pedant even then. The first thing I did that could really count as part of the DBB was to create my own Metru body. The ones in the MNB and RZ Mega Kit were created very, very quickly as the sets were just coming out (maybe before) so weren't as accurate as they might otherwise have been. A bad thing? Not really. They served their purpose, were recognisable and as I said, were released very quickly. I was certainly impressed, but when trying to create the Toa Hagah and realising that the Bohrok plate and the body didn't quite mesh, I went about making my own. Ok, last bit of history now! I started what eventually turned into the DBB in 2006 with, surprisingly, 2006 sets. Did you know that 2006 was infact the first kit I made? Or that I first made the Inika before they even appeared in stores? It does seem strange. Well, I think I was still recycling a few old pieces so I decided to go back to the start, 2001, and make everything myself. Completely from scratch. The results of this are fairly obvious. Ok, this is starting to degenerate into boring ramblings, and I still haven't really explained why I make kits, have I? Just how I got into it. Does that count as why? Maybe. So! Why do I make kits? I guess the only reason is that I enjoy it. The satisfaction I get from seeing a completed project is great, and it can provide an interesting challenge that I do manage to enjoy. It's always fun to see the latest set finished, particularly so when a large project like a Titan comes to fruition. There's always more I can think of to do, so I don't get bored or complacent with it easily. I'm particularly pleased I've come as far as I have. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to sustain it this long, and suspected it might fizzle out a little way in. I'm very glad I was wrong. Well, that's over! Tune in next time for something shorter and more interesting! ...hopefully.
  19. So. Long time since I last updated my kit hey? That's because it's been a horrible year in terms of work. There's always been something to keep me busy. Now, however, I am free! I'm also trying to do everything I can possibly think of before I update again, which being me is a lot. While I have released almost nothing over the past few months, I HAVE been doing things! All the necessary material exists for me to make the 2008 side views now, although not entirely sure how to fit it all in. Once I recieve a few more things from a certain website which I used to be able to mention even though it had forums but now can't for some reason which is extremely silly indeed, I shall have near enough every different bionicle piece ever made (not in every colour however). A couple of those I still need to draw, including the side-view Tryna. I have done all the other Mahri masks however. Oh yes, among the stuff are the Barraki heads I don't own, so I can draw them too. Any guesses where this is going? If you haven't guessed 2007 side views yet then...well, there are probably hundreds of reasons. ANYWAY, the title of this blog entry is 'previews'. Perhaps I should snip the 's' off - it sort of depends on your perspective really. I mean it's one item, but there are many things in it...I'll stop now and just show you, shall I? The Inika tools have been completely redrawn. They're a vast improvement over what was in their place - or I think so. Now, I'm off to finish putting together the 2008 side views.
  20. Here we go! Tuyet and Nidhiki! I did a rendition of Nidhiki before in dark green and black, but the two colours are hard to see together. As you can see I've since revised it, and think his current scheme is good. I've always imagined him with a scythe, and I'm quite proud of that one. Anyone particularly familiar with my kits will notice I've finally got Zaktan's colour right! Tuyet's been sitting there a while, but I had no idea what weapon to give her and have been desperately waiting to hear what type of weapon she has. So there it is! A barbed broadsword! I'm fairly pleased with that too, although its slightly hard to see because it's lying over Tuyet. Here's a better picture. I tried to make it fit in roughly with the Metru style. I think I did ok. I certainly like the look of the sword. I've always been bad at designing masks, so Tuyet's came out much better than I expected. And I lied about the box.
  21. Um, yeah. Just ignore the title. What I mean to say is - I have finished the Shadow Matoran!
  22. As shocking as it may sound, I have actually made some progress in designing the New Nuva next year. Of course, the set designers' almost dogmatic and highly unimaginative approach to Toa sets these days does help as most of the work is done for me, but there were still some new elements I had to design. So, I suppose you want to see them! Well I'll show them to you then. Yes, I will. Really. I'm not joking. I'm actually going to show them to you. Of course now! Look, I'm serious! You don't think I'm lying, do you? Honestly I'm not. Because I have made them! They're just below, look! I promise you'll see them. Here, see? They're right here! Alright, who thought I hadn't really made them? Own up now. Obviously they aren't perfect. I'm certain Lewa's sword is far too big, and at some point I expect the launchers will need a redesign along with Kopaka's mask and Pohatu's spinny...things. Ok, so that's most of the new pieces (tragic that there are so few), but they're good so far. I'll release the kit soon, should people wish for it.
  23. As I must depart for a tiresome family gathering on monday, I have made it my mission to try and complete all 3 Makuta before that date so that I may release them. Progress is going well - I completed Antroz some time ago and posted him in my kit topic (albeit not all that obviously). I am now pleased to announce the completion of the freakish, mostly-legless Vamprah! For one so small, he presented me with the most complex single-character kit I've ever made. Still, I think he came out alright. Just one more to go! With any luck, that won't take me too long.
  24. Which question do you want answered first? The second? First? Second? First? Second it is! And the answer is yes! Now to answer the first question. I have been playing a fantastic game known as Knights of the Old Republic II. I've completed the first one numerous times, and after my friend foolishly bought the second having never played the first himself, I decided to suggest a mutually beneficial exchange: I lend him the first, he lends me the second. I completed the game in a week. It's quite long. Does that tell you why I haven't been around much? Alright alright, maybe I was obsessed/addicted for a bit. Well, I'd tend to claim otherwise, but others might not. Anyway, the game is amazing! Considerably darker than the first, sees the return of a disgruntled HK-47 and introduces a fantastic new character: Kreia! Surprisingly enough, I hated her at first and instantly labelled her as a "manipulative old witch-woman." I've now refined my opinion in some ways...and more I shall not say for fear of revealing too much. There's nothing quite like charging into a palace and taking out an entire army single-handed with two silver-bladed lightsabers, is there? I mean, what's not to like? Also, if you're a Jedi Weapons Master you become so proficient at using two weapons you are pretty much granted a bonus, damage-wise, for it! Cyan lightsabers also look amazing - blue but better! And yeah, that was alliteration. Cool, huh? Enough of my ranting. I suppose being told there's a kit update is quite frustrating when you can't see the update anywhere, yes? Then here it be: Danska's Bionicle Builder 2008 version 0.5! Contains the three Nuva and Toa Ignika. But which to do next, Makuta or Matoran...? I believe slaughtering countless sith assassins and civilians shall reveal the answer. Yes...
