MIY
Piraka, Barraki or Rahkshi for me.Piraka had great personality's and were different from each other. The Barraki had sets that wern't clones and were technicaly the most powerful enemys any toa have fought (due to the toa being underwater)The Rahkshi were just epic for the time, I mean they looked amazing. Makuta_of_Oz
The Rahkshi, the Visorak and the Makuta. I seem surprisingly fascinated in the Brotherhood of Makuta. Erebus
Among my villain sets, I would have to choose the Vezon and Fenrakk set. Vezon for its double-sided face/mask and Fenrakk for its ferocious looks.
Rausaro
Personally, I liked the Bohrok the best, as they represented the first true organized enemies the toa faced, and the Krana possession factor upped the danger factor they offered to Mata Nui. Likewise, I was fascinated by the mechanics behind the different types of Krana and the unique "Honey Comb" structure of the Bohrok canisters... dee.3x3
Probably the Bohrok, I really enjoy the idea of a hive-mind type swarm, and the Bohrok were just awesome by themselves. They were great and interesting sets as well, and they had a quite unique and likable design. The Rahkshi where awesome too though, and some of the level 6 power types are just extremely powerful and scary.
CeeCee
Set wise, I have to say Barraki.Story wise, I have to say Rahkshi. ATM, when they first came out, they just seemed so equal to the Toa Nuva Quote Signature Guidelines: Avatar and signature total file size may not exceed 250 KB! Based Goomy
I've always loved the Piraka. They were innovative sets and story wise were sinister and barbaric. They are still my favourite canister sets Quote Looking for a Voya Gold Kraahkan!
fauxname
The best were the Bohrok. Sure, they were clones, but they were really cool with the ability to roll into a ball. The Barraki were also nice, but they had some flaws. Quote I'm a dinosaur! Rawr.
Great Being Velika
The Rahi were definitely the best bad guys. They were huge and scary. They are really rare. I wish I was a bit older back in 2001 so I could get them all.... (sigh). Quote I like BZP so much, I named my Minecraft account Dimensioneer. Axonn's Fury
Honestly? Rahi because they were the original (call me nastalgic...).But in realitym, Piraka and Barraki were just.. Yeah. They win.- Taka Quote BZPChat
that guy from that show
Set wise: Barraki, Rahkshi, or MakutaStory wise: Piraka, Barraki, SkrallI'm actually a fan of the Vahki in the story. They have a 1984 "Big brother" feel to them. The Piraka had great personalitiesThe Makuta were rather overpowered, even for Toa Nuva. Mr. Fluffy
I personally like the Makuta Phantoka. I love their dark palettes and organic look, as well as the overall vampirish vibe (and no I do not like Twilight XD). They were head and shoulders above the other 2008 canister sets (the Toa Phantoka were generic, and the Mistika sets plain stank). Quote "By me... Count Bleck! Extractor
I loved the Bohrok and the Barraki. I like it when Bionicle takes something completely new and original and makes it awesome. Basically, all the villains were like that; so I could sit here all day and give each one credit. Quote Bionicle will always be alive.

Dwanny
I'd have to say the bohrok, primarily for aesthetic reasons, but also because they made a fun addition to the story line. Wazdakka
I don't have the best outlook on this, as I only have Bohrok, Rahkshi, Vahki, and Visorak. I like them all, really, with Rahkshi at the bottom of the list, and probably Bohrok on the top, partially because he was my first villain. Vahki looked like properly menacing 'bots and I loved their big staves and kanoka disk launchers, while the spidery-nature and pose-ability of the Visorak put him up there too. I never liked the Piraka or Barraki because they felt too organic to me, and I really disliked the Piraka's big teeth and bumpy bits (like Vezok's chin). Only one worth a dime in my opinion is Zaktan. Quote Steam Name: Toa Hahli Mahri. Xbox Live Gamertag: Makuta. ~ShadowBolt~
Piraka. They just didn't care about anything in the story and they were the first humanoid posable villans I had outside of the Vahki. vostrikov562
In my opinion, the best canister villains were the Rahkshi. It seemed they had the best of all the preceding sets: they had the color/element organization of the Toa, the hunched-over look and opening body parts of the Bohrok, and best of all, they incorporated limb articulation into Bionicle. They were also tall enough to be distinctly sinister, as opposed to the shorter Bohrok and Visorak. They also seemed more restrained and calculating than the thug-like Piraka, which I think did more for me than distinct personalities would have (which also applies to the Makuta of Karda Nui).Although the Rahkshi really had me sold at the kraata. I love those little squishy sluggy things.
WhenToasFall
The original Rahi controlled by makuta is my personal favorite. They are all TOTALLY different and they look like animals we have in real life.Beside that: the Bohrok RULE,the Kranas look so awesome and it was fun to play with them...Awesome Childhood deez boys gave me :'-)Grtz WhenToasFall xx
Kopekemaster
Piraka and Visorak, and Bohrok all the way. The Visorak and Bohrok were kinda drones, but I really liked them.
