And is my life really that boring that I have to resort to entries about my food?
So today my friend decided to give me an early birthday present (she even gave me the card early), because she won't be able to attend my lovely afterschool plans for the actual birthday. Which I will explain in a different entry if I already haven't.
We went down to her middle school, which was kind of pretty even though it looked like any old school
So like I told my mom I wanted to eat and asked if we still had this awesome cream cheese.
She was like "No, but we have cream cheese with tomato and basil."
And I said "Okay I'll try that."
When I spread it on my bread, it was like pizza. The cream cheese is just like pizza: the tomato, basil, and cheese, minus the bread, but then you provide the bread so yeah.
It was awesome.
(And totally not like those huge, disgusting bacon creations.)

So for art class we're gonna start some serious watercolor paintings, and I need to either bring in a fruit (which I've been bringing this whole week ><) or bring in some random, cool objects.

I also finished the drawing I mentioned in my previous entry, but I'll have to scan it when I bring my big bag (it really is a sack) of art home.
And I dunno about you but I think this is pretty awesome.
There are some moments where you just know art is awesome.
So today in art class I brought in a mango to draw and paint in watercolors. Our new assignment was to paint it and then fix it up in pen, such as outlines, extreme shading, details, etc.
I was like "man I need something more awesome than just a mango"
Then I realized I had Gunslinger Girl volume 1 in my bag, which I borrowed from a friend.

So today afterschool friends and I got juice and rice krispy treats, then went to the huge park near our school.
As soon as we walk into the park, there's this lady with her kids on the curb, and a taxi driving away. Taxi stops at red light, lady has epiphany, and then she's running like crazy back to the taxi, screaming "STOP!!" over and over. Then she yells that the taxi has her stroll

Today was another day of Spirit Week at my school, Wacky Tacky Wednesday. Originally I was going to wear some weird outfit but then last-minute, I decided to stick with a sign. I took a piece of paper and a red marker and wrote "WACKY" on the paper, then punched holes in the top and tied string through them. I wore the sign around my neck all day, except for gym and last period. Everybody loved it. B)
Then I went to that awesome bookstore, and I got three books: A Fullmet
It's March already? Because March is an awesome month. You have Spirit Week at school, St. Patrick's Day, my birthday, spring finally coming (=D), and report cards/parent-teacher conferences. Okay, the last one might not be awesome, it depends on you.
But February was fast. Even though it was a short month. And very snowy. Too snowy for my taste.

Fall trees have been taken away and broken trees trimmed to ugliness. Snow is tainted by mud and salt and evil from beneath. The demonic messages were removed (a couple got rewritten), and it's just all different.

Today, the city held a snow day. As mentioned earlier, it could mean the end of the world as we know it now that my city has had two snow days in a month. This is the Prophecy - and only you can save the world!

So some time ago in 2009, some friends and I went to the park near my school and rode the carousel, as I blogged somewhere in this crazy blog.
Well, today, the same friends (plus one more) and I all went back to that park and got into a playground that was basically empty. We climbed around, slid, took pictures, and made a video where one friend explained her morning wash-up and make-up routine and everyone else was her over-excited audience. And inside these chocolate eggs are really cheap but surprisingly fun to collect tiny toys. I have a huge bin full of them, some with missing parts and more.
But yes, that was my childhood. Now, the store that I got then from doesn't sell them regularly, only around Christmas and New Years. But they sell other Kinder products throughout the year, though they just aren't the same as the eggs.
A few nights ago, I had a dream that was, well, amazing to experience.
So down by the street corner there was an old man, a table, and three cups of water on that table. The man looked worn out, and had a long beard that he apparently hadn't trimmed in a while, but he didn't appear homeless. But, the interesting thing about him was his purpose for setting up the three cups: to passerby, he would constantly announce that all three of the cups of water were poisoned.

For my bro's birthday (which was one week ago, actually), I got him a pair of speakers (we previously owned none =( ). He had told me he wanted them so that if he was doing something like MOCing he could listen to music from his computer easily.
Well, the speakers themselves are not bad. The sound quality is a bit meh as well, but I still like it. My bro and I watched the latest FMA: Brotherhood episode together with the speakers, so that proved to be fun.

And apparently the Valentine's SS Spink suggested I write isn't happening - even though I had an idea spark - because I'm going to watch those movies for my club. It's a shame, but movies about human rights issues make up for it. I guess.

I want to hug him because a poem of his that we read and deciphered in English today gave me a story idea.
I want to kill him because a little bit of rage instinctively boils up in me when I see bad grammar. And since many of his poems are all not proper grammar, you can guess how much rage I've boiled in my pot.

Okay, with the midwinter break (Valentine's break, President's break, free time, whatever you want to call it) approaching, I have several things to get down to during that.
- I've started another character art piece, of Takashi Natsume, only I'm thinking of painting this one. The paint mediums I have are watercolor (tubes) and tempura (tempera?) paints. I heard tempera can flake off after a bit of time, but I'm not sure on that one. And today in art class
You know of those songs some guys record that are at least ten minutes long? One that I am listening to right now is "And Then There Was Silence," by Blind Guardian.

FINALLY my city is actually having a snow day!
So my city barely has any snow days, the last one my people recall is when I was in third grade or something. And we kids have always been jealous of everyone around us in schools in other cities and counties who get a snow day or at least an hour delay when one flake of snow falls. But no longer, for we are catching up! (though not for long >__>)

So in my area, we were supposed to get loots of snow over the weekend, according to Mr. Weather Man, whose parents decided to name him after his adult profession, apparently. And, we get no snow at all! But, that means the sidewalks are littered with like ten thousand different kinds of salt because people overreacted. There's the round little salt that looks like snow from far away when in huge bundles, there's crystallized salt, and there's even teal-colored salt.

I dissected a cow eye today. And the teachers were crazy enough to let us keep the lens of the eye, because they said it becomes like a marble after a little while.
So now I have a cow eye lens on my desk in a plastic bag thingie, and my brother (who is older than me, for goodness sakes) is disgusted/frightened (not sure which one) by it.
