Trip ends tomorrow, did a waterpark yesterday, etcetera etcetera. We did a mystery dinner show tonight which was pretty cool, and very funny. Anyway, hopefully I can return to normal time in a few days. Sleuths Mystery Dinner was the place - it was a little cramped (I hate hate hate tiny tables), but otherwise fun. I unfortunately nailed the wrong guy, in a way. I said he did it on the orders of the guy that actually did it, so I was sort of half right I suppose? I don't really know how it'
So about a year ago myself and two other members (fishers and some other person I think has vanished since) began planning out a Hero Factory RPG set right after the Breakout, after the capture of some villains but while others (such as Core Hunter) still roamed free. So I was wondering here about two things just briefly: 1. Would any of you be interested in playing this RPG at all? (depending on the story of course) 2. Would any of you be interested in helping to create/run the RPG?
So Legoland Florida has a Pick-a-brick... if anyone here has been there, would it be worth it to try and get in for the pick a brick? Does the pick a brick have any Hero Factory stuff?
I bought a wand today! It is made of birch, I am going to guess 10-11 inches? long, and more of a rough cut stick than those fancy doodad wands you can buy. I'll post a picture here if I can get one. The wand shape is actually the shape I always used to pick whenever my friends and I used sticks for wands as we played Harry Potter (why I remember that detail is beyond me since it was like 8 years ago but whatever). I really liked the Spider-Man and Harry Potter Forbidden Journey rides - I love
Day 3 of the trip. We took an extended stop this afternoon in St. Augustine. We took a short tour around, and my brother and I spent an hour or so at this old fort thing taking pictures of stuff. Maybe if I ever get ahold of them I can share some on here. Nothing much of interest, although disappointment - we have 3 days for 2 parks, nothing else planned, three days where we are doing nothing and have no lodgings scheduled, and then another three days of travelling. Color me disappointed -
I should arrive in Orlando tomorrow, and then be off to Universal Studios. I slept a lot today. It's actually a little disturbing how exhausting it is to sit in a van and play Pokemon all day. Somebody help me make it stop.
I spent all day today in a van as we drove for hours upon hours. Nothing of interest happened except that we had lunch at a 60s styled diner, which was pretty cool. Now onward into this "Winter Storm Saturn", which sounds stupid and looks like it wants to ruin my vacation.
I'm off to Florida today, and you're very welcome for the extended warning! I will be doing my best to get online each night, so you Mafia folk need not worry, and I will be writing up a series of journals with regards to my experiences at Universal, Legoland (pick a brick at last finally yesh), some chocolate factory, and anything else in Orlando. Now I must teleport away and begin my adventures! WORP WORP WORP WORP WORP
The name change voting has finally ended, and it will take place on roughly the 3rd or 4th, depending on when I am able to change my name. Here was the final tally: Yo Yo Yo Yo Home Skillet (2)(6)(8) iBrowser (3)(5)(7) iBrowser beat it by one vote in the first round, but Yo Yo Yo Yo Home Skillet took the trophy home with a total of 16 votes! I'm thinking I might do this again, it was fun.
We're down to the last! Yo Yo Yo Yo Home Skillet and iBrowser are both with 8 at the end of three days of voting! I will tally the votes from this round in combination with the past two rounds to at long last determine the winner! You have one vote! Two days! Go go go! Yo Yo Yo Yo Home Skillet (2)(6)(8) iBrowser (3)(5)(7)
Another two days of voting should bring about my next name change - I'll select a winner by combining the votes from the first round and this round. Currently leading is the back-to-basics "ibrow" with 4 votes, followed by the pun-that-never-was "iBrowser" with 3 votes. You all have two days and two votes from the following five! Make your picks! Yo Yo Yo Yo Home Skillet (2)(6) lol wut? (2)(3) This is the best name I could think of (2)(4) iBrowser (3)(5) iBrow (4)(3) We're extremely close -
So the voting begins! I'll post the next round in 2 days. The four names with the most votes will move on to Round 2. In the case of there being ties, more than four will go. I'm a nice guy like that. You can vote for two different names! Here are the ones I thought were worthy of this voting ordeal! Begin! Dead Frenchman Grandpa Joe (1) Julius Caesar Salad (1) Tahu1234 Yo Yo Yo Yo Home Skillet (2) iNCSACBCCVCiDN Winning Name lol wut? (2) Derp. This is the best name I could think of (2) iBro
So I've been thinking recently that every single name change I've done has been because I alone wanted it. I've accepted ideas from you guys in the past, but I don't think I've ever really followed through with any of them. For this, I apologise. However, I almost happy to announce the first ever iBrow Name Changing Submission Awards Ceremonial Blog Contest for the Conquest and Victory of Changing iBrow's Display Name! iNCSACBCCVCiDN for short. So what I'm thinking is I'll give you guys
So I broke a window two nights ago, but nothing really happened except that we now have a window with some holes and a lot of cracks. It was actually an accident and I didn't get in trouble, so hurrah! Something actually went right for me in real life! Because to be quite honest, 2013 sucks. 2012 was probably the greatest year of my life so far (which isn't saying much because I only remember like ten years or something if that), and it's not just that 2013 can't really measure up, but I du
1 Year = 52 Weeks + 52 Books I decided to attempt the challenge for myself, and am about a third of the way through Tolkien's The Two Towers as we speak. The following novels that I haven't read are on my to-read list this year: -Animal Farm -The Return of the King (obviously) -Ender's Game -The Great Gatsby [edit]-Les Miserables Which isn't that many, so I'm here to ask you all to throw the 1001 books that you all must combined know of that I can't remember at this specific moment in time
If you get what I'm attempting to reference with that title, splendid! Anyway, the last time I did a math class was over a year ago, and I was never splendid with it in the first place (English is almost literally where I need to dump all of my poor eggs), so it's tough already and we're only still reviewing that class! Imma fail math at some point in my life. .__.
Now that you have been drawn in by that excellent title, let us move onto the matter at hand, which, while it did involve the use of my eyes, would be rather hard pressed to make them burn. I'd just like to mention that for my occupation as an "eyebrow" (not gonna lie; it feels weird to type it correctly), I have a lot to say sometimes. But then I remember that right now I have my display name on a character that refused to stop singing and talking when he'd been shot in the chest, so you know
So I'm just chatting with one of my irl friends whilst browsing BZPower, and we're flipping through the different library clubs (ECC, SSCC, CCC, Ambage, CFE), and in the middle of looking through different posts, he stops me. Then he says that a lot of the posts are like the speech Darth Sidious made to the Senate in Star Wars Episode III, and the church in Dishonored (I haven't played this, so I dunno if this part is correct). I asked him why and he says this: That's a pretty funny
Now that I've drawn you in, it's time to throw you out, because a few days back I wiped every single person off of my BZP friends list, minus the five I talk to most often and the others that I also talk to most often but evidently don't check their BZP friends lists, because who cares. BE GONE.
I've done some thinking, and I believe these are the ten films I want to see the most in 2013, from my most wanted to the not so most wanted: Star Trek Into Darkness The Great Gatsby Iron Man 3 Monsters University The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug The Hunger Games: Catching Fire Whitehouse Down Man of Steel Oblivion Frozen
There's a major reason why most of my name changes have involved "ibrow" in them. Now, there are a few that don't: -007lewa (I started out with this, #noob) -Globin -Kermit the Pyro -Voltex (although this has been added on, making my official moniker "iBrow Voltex") -Gavroche Every other name change involves "ibrow" in some fasion, or a variant of it ("iBrony"... ugh, honestly, what was I thinking? Worst. Name change. Ever.) And the main reason is that I just find it really hard to adjust.
Ooh boy, I am very excited for this! I never had the opportunity to play it on the Gamecube, but the game looks rather spiffy in HD. I'll definitely give it a go. Here's hoping that with this remake they're also fixing all those issues people had way back when!
Does anyone have one that they'd be willing to sell? The one that came in that Skyward Sword bundle pack. If you do, just comment below and I can shoot you a pm. Or, alternatively, if anyone has seen one online that hasn't been put up for 200 dollars (I saw one going for 66, but didn't have time to go for it), that'd be cool too.
In today's episode of "Why did you click that link?", we'll be discussing a topic that is near and dear to all of our hearts here on BZPower - our avatars and banners. In the newly released book that is tearing up the sales charts, "Laws of BZPower: What Will Have You Ridiculed and Possibly Banned, Volume 1", one of the major topics that the author discusses is the subject of avatars and banners. For your enjoyment, we have included an excerpt of the author's opinions on the subject: "[inser
