Summer Days, Drifting Away...

The Day After Scandia, we went to Disneyland. There, we went on the usual favorites; went on Space Mt. which had miraculously short line; and, through very lucky timing, saw the parade and the fireworks. Our last ride was Haunted Mansion, which received interesting and errie new effects -new since last winter.   We Also saw Harry Potter 5. I loved the performances for Luna Lovegood and Dolores Umbridge, as the actresses portrayed their character perfectly. But then, the entire cast has been exc

Scandia With Rainbow

Unfortunately, this event became the second worst event I've attended in Rainbow. But I didn't know that when I arrived at its gate. Rather, the early half was fun; but after ROTC girl suffered while on Thor's Hammer (which went upside-down twelve times!), things slowly started to go downhill. The worst moments happened on the last ride, the go-carts. I've never drived such a Mata Nui-Forsaken contraption before, and the way the employees handled the situation was terrible. I was disappointed th

Comic 1! The nostalga!     By Mata Nui! The heat is staggering out there!   Over the last week or so, my parents have been looking at almost everything house-related; and I tagged along some of the time. I've decided on the furniture I like, though we won't buy it until we move. Also, we started on our kitchen, so it's out for the count: all covered in plastic. My dad is almost done with the insanity: maybe a bit more plaster where needed, but definately priming and painting it. I'm really

Smart

Mood: Dazed   My goodness! I feel like I've been out doing stuff for months in the past two weeks!   I took my placement test for college, and the results are... Reading Comprehension: 107.9. I have met the graduation requirement! Sentence Skills: 107.5. Elementary Algebra: 110! I've also met the Math Competency Requirement for Associate Degree! College Level Math: 61.6. Oddly enough, the results say that I can take plane trig, and I haven’t taken geometry yet.

Mushrooms!

Mushrooms in my salad, Mushrooms in my soup, Nothin's ever better than Mushrooms in my food!   Yay! *munchmunch*   Today I chose my new bedding! It is from JC Koro, and it is blue and purple. Did I say, "Koro"? I must be reading Us(Sal) Magazine too much.   Update: After much procrastinating, I finally read all of Lady K's Blog. I should go to bed now.

When Dust Mites Attack!

GNG's parents have begun work on the kitchen so we can move.   This motivated GNG to drag that vacumm and Mr. Clean sponge into her room and start cleaning.   The dust mites didn't like it, so they bit GNG until the skin on her leg seemed afflicted w/ Chicken Pox.   GNG only finished the entryway, and there's plenty to do.   Then, GNG sat down to watch Aladin and Miss Potter and an episode of Psych.   GNG has never watched so much TV in one day.

Another Busy Week!

Most of it was spent clothes shopping.   Over the week, I decided which sets I liked...   Mahri Hahli Mahri: Yes, but I'd change the lime green for blue faster than you could say, "kamikazi!" Jaller Mahri: His set is fine, but not $10 fine. I'd get him on sale. Matoro Mahri: I can't believe I'm saying it, but this one is better than I originally thought. However, I'd still wait for a discount. Kongu: No; the only reason why I would buy Kongu would be to change him entirely. Nuparu: I like

Good Luck!

***  Today, July 7, 2007, will remembered as a very lucky day. I just read a long article on Yahoo! News, which reports that many people will marry and gamble and pray today. One person even says that he will meditate at 7 p.m. tonight:     Today must be my lucky day, because BZPower is back in action. I'm writing this at 6:34 a.m., but I'm planning to publish this at 7. If it doesn't work out, now you know.   As for real life, I have been busy for a whole week.   Friday, June 29: Disneyla

Braces Update And Three Disneyland Trips

I learned at my Wednesday appointment That I need to wear my current trays an extra week, as well as use a white, tubular "chewie" to push them into place. I am not chewing now; my muscles are too sore.   This month, we already made two trips to Disneyland, with another this week, before we are blocked off in July and most of August. The park has done things for the first time in a while. First, of course, is the submarine ride. Now featuring the cast of Finding Nemo, it loosely follows the plo

Grand Bethel 2007: Inspire All Who Know You

In late June, my Bethel spent the weekend in warm Bakersfield, California for the state session. It is similar to Grand Assembly, though each organization's view on Grand Officers are completely different.   Thursday, June 21: On the road again... As we picked up the four girls attending and our Bethel Guardian, my parent's van quickly lost all empty space. Then, we began our journey. Along the way, I listened to the other girls discuss things like make-up (Dialogue has slipped my mind).   Th

more party music (electric slide, meh.)   This is an entry that I already wrote on Word. I already edited the dates.   Autobiography: 6 pages of an essay + dedication page + cover = 8 pages total.   Pirates!   On Memorial Day (May 28), we went to L.A. / Hollywood to see At World's End at the El Capitan! After an hour of driving, we arrived on a very busy Hollywood Boulevard. The Theatre stood out from its neighboring building, as it was the only to have a battlement on top of it. Then, we

Out of the forty students in the Class, I knew three of them; one being in the background. At my school, before we receive our diploma, the principal or president of the school board will read a presentation (which each of us already worked on with the principal via interview). Mine was short, because I had been at a

Almost, Almost

The Autobiography is almost done. I only need to have it proofread, edit, and print it. It's called Quest for a Destiny, and yes, I do have the quote from Vakama in B3:

I only have one project left, my autobiography. After that, I'll be able to reveal what I've been up to since I last wrote. I'll even have some pictures ready!

Two Servings, Homework, And One Exhausted Jobie

Imperial March (really soft, because my parents are watching "Heroes")   Serving #1 Here, four of us served the men and women at Covina Lodge (where we also had the sleepover). During the very casual event, a Demolay boy gave the flower talk, which discussed the importance of motherhood to young men. We received generous tips: a hundred dollars!   Serving #2 Now, three of us served a fundraiser for the San Dimas Temple Board. The event was very formal, they even hired a jazz band to play m

Today: Follow Up

(No background music because my parents are watching "24")   We got Toot's! Right after I wrote the last entry and the server went busy a knock-knock on the door and Dad signed the form for receiving a huge box. When Mom came home, we opened the box and lit it up. As an added surprise, the smaller train revolves around the smokestack on the building.

Many Updates

Tonight, I made this:     It's (one of) my dream avatar for NSB. I've also got two others, but I have yet to use photoshop on it.   Come to think of it, I think I want to add more purple to this current one...     On TOV's Birthday, we went to Macaroni Grill for dinner. Here, I wistfully stared at Prom couples (my school doesn't have prom, so I can't understand it). Two of them were from the Chino Bethel, we could hardly recognize them when they visited our table.   Then, when the waiter

Visitation From Planet New York

In the past weeks, I went to the go to Church Sunday with the Jobies. For this term, we went to the Covina Christian Church, and the theme was "The Lord is my Shepherd." Before the service started, I told the Choir Director that I was in Choir. She was very excited by the news, and went on and on about it to everyone... I didn't expect that, so I was humbled and embarrassed simultaneously   Then they went to the park to make sno-cones while my family and I went to Simi Valley to see my Great Un
