Now that I have described the books, I have little left to describe. We watched Walt Disney's Christmas Day Parade, ate lots of unhealthy food, and TOV and I drooled over our new PS2 Games. I had a whole weekend of celebrating, so I'll summarize.
12/23: Christmas party at my Mom's side of the family. We had a party with the Demolay at an Eastern Star lady's house. We walked to the highly decorated homes on Throughbred Lane, and it is only on the pavement when you realize, this is a carnival! It's crowded enough, and home owners sell hot chocolate and churros on the sidewalk. When we return to the hostess' house, we ate cookies and watched "Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer" on TV.

I woke up at 8 am. After a rushed morning, where I finally made the CD and were later that my Mother Advisor would have liked, we arrived at our float: a highly decorated pickup truck and rented trailer. Then, I was disappointed. The three sisters -half of our group- suddenly decided not to come, after raising our hopes. With them gone, and another girl at ROTC, that left me, one girl, her brother, and several adults.

My specialist's office called and told me that I do not have an infection. I'm not sick, this is part of a life long medical issue. I was going to note it in my journal, but it has vanished! I'm not worried, it'll turn up eventually.
Anyway, the Christmas season is arriving! Here, it isn't heralded by 90% off sales at the mall or the fact that Thanksgiving is over.
