Hey guys!
Just giving you a little heads up before I head to the airport, here's my general areas of action. (Answering the "where's he gonna go?" part from last entry^^):
May 5th-28th: Alberta

Holy cow that looked like a promising trailer. Of course there's the posibility that it's gonna blow, but still...
If they pull it off right, it's just gonna be win. Plus Liam Neesen as Hannibal?
Nothing to break an artistic block like the artbook for Avatar and the first season of CN's The Clonewars which I both picked up while out in town yesterday
It's simply beyond cool ^^
Isn't it nice if you read a book or watch a movie or are in the middle of enjoying some other type of media and you know that places featured in this book/movie/audioplay are places you've actually been to?
It makes the whole experience much more vivid.
In my case it's Frank Schätzing's book "The Swarm", in which half of the action in the beginning takes place in and around Vancouver/Vancouver Island (The aquarium or Whalewatching for example).
It just double
I finally decided to enter the Blog-Contest after coming back from a short weekend trip to pick up my grandparents who wanted to visit the family for a couple of days.
The images you see here are about 50% taken by me and 50% found on the Internet, but they all show places I've been to in my life.
I've seen many beautiful places and I have fond memories of many of them, which is why I pimped my Blog with them.
If you have ideas on how to improve the design, I'd like to hear them ^^
Un
Who would think a group of 20-year olds would watch this and have a pizza?
What an awesome Sunday afternoon this was!
Especially since the last time I saw the movie I didn't know English at all, so, yay!
And to think that was back in 95...too cool
So I open my e-mail today and guess what was in my inbox:
A Ubisoft newsletter with the offer to download one for 3 games for free as compensation for the Assassin's Creed 2 server-crash earlier this year.
I also got the first newsletter for regular-edition AC2-customers who were given a code to unlock the 3 bonus areas that come with the black edition, which I passed onto a friend (You know who you are).
And now I can choose between Tom Clancy's Hawx, Endwar or Heroes over Europe...but
I think I used that blog-entry title before...doesn't matter.
Ladies and Gents, VF has officially finished civil service and awaits a final paycheck, while he enjoys his first days of a 6 month holiday.
You may now shun me and eat your heart out.
And to a few of you: I'll see you...soon
when you wake up and discover that the inside of your windpipe and lungs feels as if somebody gave them a really good rub with sandpaper? -.-
Edit: And yes, painkillers taste good!
And my own cooking seems much better then I expected.
Then again, I do live just 5 min from the Neanderthal away, we certainly know our way around meat and fire here...not to mention clubs.
The game is so deadly, I got a cut just from opening the box!
Unopened in all it's glory!
Of course I will!
The man himself
But there is more...which I shall save for another day to show you. For now, enjoy!
You say it doesn't?
Let me show you a little something concerning the meanings of "small" and "large" depending on what side of the Atlantic you come from.
See the square white building with cars parked on it? This is the small mall in my hometown.
And this is the SMALL mall across from Montréal Trudeau airport.
Notice anything?
Feeling a little like it at least.
Thank goodness one of my pals back from school came over last night and we watched scrubs, that really saved the week from being completely meh.
These last months in general were more of a stall...
I kinda feel stupid for coming in to work today only to realize that I've got a day off...
On the other hand I only hekped out from 8 to 11 so I get off early tomorrow ^^
Still, stupid stupid me...
Nothing better then to have a little upbeat rock to kill some alone-time on Valentine's.
I guess this one goes out to the singles out there
Move yourself
You always live your life
Never thinking of the future
Prove yourself
You are the move you make
Take your chances win or lose her
See yourself
You are the steps you take
You and you - and that's the only way
Shake shake yourself
You're every move you make
So the story goes
Owner of a lonely heart
