Last week, my Uncle and Aunt invited me to go with them and my two younger cousins tomorrow to Sandusky, Ohio just for a weekend get away. So I won't be available from tomorrow afternoon from around 5:00 PM EST until Sunday night. So if you PM me, I will not be available.
Random Fact of the Day:
The average person spends 1 year in the bathroom throughout they're entire life.
*Sigh* Very long day so far. Well, I haven't been blogging as much as I've been wanting to (I gotta find some sort of motivation), but here I am.
Well, for starters, I've got about 7 new Random Facts for y'all to enjoy (they're statistics, but very interesting ones).
Well this morning, I drove my former next door neighbor Thom (he's 28, but he's like a big brother to me) to his doctor's appointment at about 7:45 AM (yuck). You see, yesterday he had a hand surgery, so he's not capable of
Well for those of you who read my blog and those of you who are just passing through, I've been wanting to spice up my blog with something new (I'll still do the Random Facts Of The Day), but I have no clue what to do. I wanna do something that somebody else has not done in their blog, because I don't wanna copy anyone. Does anyone have any ideas?
Just needed to say Happy Valentines to all who have on , and to those who just enjoy this particular day of the year.
Random Fact Of The Day:
Love is not an emotion, but rather an act of the will. The temporary emotions just make love easier to decide on in the beginning.
Sadly I have no random facts today, but I'm continuing on my quest to find more .
In the meantime, I figured that it was time to post/provide a link to a pic of myself.
Right.....here. The little boy in the pic is my little brother.
Well, today at 5 PM EST, I have to leave so I can go to Avalanche (my Youth Group's Winter Weekend Retreat). I'll be back on Sunday night (so I won't be able to approve your comments until then), so if you have to PM me for some reason, and I'm not able to get back with you, that's why .
Random Fact Of The Day:
C.S. Lewis' full name was Clive Staples Lewis. It's no wonder why he went by C.S. (I know I would've) XD .
OMG, I couldn't believe it. One week ago, I opened a PM from Black Six and it changed my BZP life forever.
Here's what it said:
That was amazing. Honestly, I'd been hoping that I'd get my last PE boost within the next couple months, but I guess Black Six thought that I was worthy of an extra boost beyond an ounce of PE .
Well, I'm gonna do my best to be a good Reference Keeper (the yellow really suits me) and hopefully blog more often.
(Seeing as this is a special entry for me
Well, as some of you may have noticed, I haven't been all that active for almost 3 weeks.
All I can say is that life has been hectic and my days have been filled up completely.
But after having a Lord of the Rings marathon (all 3 Extended Versions in a row) and getting all 6 Barraki along with Nocturn, I'm recharged and ready to come back.
I thought about taking January away from BZP just to take a longer breather, but I knew I just couldn't do it.
So I'll be posting some new entri
Well I've spent pretty much all day cleaning the house because we're getting ready to have my little brother's Birthday party on Saturday. After all that cleaning, I smell like chemicals right now.
Pastor Isaac had the sweetest sermon today, which was titled the title of this blog entry.
He gave the top 10 ways to start and argument with someone. And when he said number 10, he said, "TLH (okay he said my real name in reality) this one's for you buddy."
Here they are:
Well, as of 11:03 PM last night (I believe) I have been a member of BZPower for two years now. And what a great two years they have been, I've been able to compete in Greg's "Master of Bionicle" contest from last year, I've become a Premier Member, and I started a protest for crying out loud .
I look forward to another great year here at BZPower .
Random Fact Of The Day:
Your tongue is the strongest muscle in your body.
I forgot two things that I didn't put in the last entry:
1) I passed my road test and got my license last Wednesday.
2) I got BIONICLE Heroes the Friday after it came out and had 100% Game Completion within 6 days of owning it (I also got it for Nintendo DS which I also managed to beat 100.0% in 6 days). By the time I was done, my brain was fried. I mean brown, crispy, hot, crunchy, fast food, fried XD .
I guess that's it.
Wow, it's been a while since I've been here. Life has been crazy lately:
3 Weeks ago:
My mom started getting a really bad pain in her left arm and had to go to the ER over it. It turns out that she's got Rheumatoid Arthritis, which basically, can lead to joint deformity and causes a lot of pain, so please keep her in your prayers.
2 Weeks ago:
My little brother, who is now 23 months old, got into an empty can of cashews. I haven't said this yet, but since my little brother was bor
Well, these past few days have been pretty jam-packed.
Saturday, I did a little bit of house work (mainly with the livingroom) and went to the S.A.L.T. (youth leadership team, and no, I have no idea what the achronym stands for) meeting from 1-5. All but two of us from the meeting went to the MJR movie theatre to see the Santa Clause 3. We got there a half hour early, so we went to the Target that was in the same parking lot. My friend Donald and I bought a 3 lb. bag of M&M's and a 1
Yesterday (Friday), I did my daily chores and at 11:00 AM, the UPS man was on my doorstep with a Wal-Mart package. I tore it open (not literally, but almost literally) and screamed when I saw my last 2006 set: Umbra! Here's some pics:
Tell me what you think.
Be sure to check out my personal photo later, I should have my picture up! (Many more of TLH's BIONICLE pics to come!)
Random Fact Of The Day:
Even the official website of the Tootsie rolls (yes, such a thing exist
I just got BIONICLE Legends 5 today! I will not post any spoilers as it is not allowed, but guess what? I am now allowed to use my parents digital camera! I will post a few pics of myself in another entry. But first, here are two pictures of my new book:
Back cover (blurry)
What do ya think? (RFOTD will be posted in next entry)
To start off, I'm going to be able to post a pic of myself pretty soon, but until then, I'm going to be showing pictures of some of the people in my life.
Well, today I focused on cleaning the bathroom (I'm focusing on a different room every day until I can get this house spotless) and I did a great job if I do say so myself. You can literally see your reflection in the sink and the toilet XD . It's kind of awkward that I'm both a teen and a guy, but I have a love/passion for keeping things
Well, I'm glad that this is a new week (though it technically started yesterday). Since I pulled ahead on school for the MEAP Test last week and then some, I have no school this week .
I spent this morning cleaning the dining room (separate from the kitchen) by wiping down the table, microwave, place mats, and chairs. Then, I vacuumed and mopped the floor. So now that two back rooms (the kitchen and dining room) are nice and [exageration]sparkly[/exageration].
I then had a 6-inch Sea
Well, this has been quite a week. I should be on BZPower on a regular basis again, and I'll be blogging everyday again (or as frequently as I am able to), but first, a review of my week since Saturday of last week (as in 8 days ago).
On Saturday, we all left the house at about noonish to take the 2 and 1/2 hour ride to Kalamazoo, Michigan so we could adopt our new dog, Tye. On the way there. I was able to read BIONICLE Legends 1-4 (still waiting for my local bookstore(s) to get BL5 in) and
Well...about four years ago, my (former) across-the-street neighbors moved to Burton Michigan. There was a single mother named Sue, her oldest son (currently 18) Cody, her two fraternal twins (who are 11), Cory and Cayn, and her youngest girl, Cara (who is 8). Though they moved just short of two hours away from us, we kept in touch. They were just like family to us, I mean, her two twin sons were born just a year before Mandy was.
After I had gotten home yesterday after a weekend of trave
Well, I just got back from Friday Night AMP (My youth group's Friday night hangout). Tonight was the 3rd and 2nd to last night of battle of the bands. It was sooo fun. We had bands from local High Schools playing. My favorite one was Citizen Smile, from Frasier High School. They're very cool and their bass player (Adam) comes to my youth group. They're actually very good for a High School band and they're very proper as far as their lyrics go.
Aside from that, my family and I are goin
Well today, I went to Enrich (my homeschooling group that I go to every Thursday from 11:30 until 3:30. I'll elaborate on Enrich when I've got more time.
After that, I went home and did some chores. I did the dishes, wiped down the counters, straightened out the living room, and I folded and put away the towels.
After that, I sat down and watch Dave and the Giant Pickle with my little brother (Elijah). He's gotta be the cuttest little person I've ever seen (I think all older siblings wo
The one downside to being homeschooled is that you can't have snowdays or sickdays (unless you're really, really, really sick). Well I guess those chili-dogs didn't settle well with me last night, because, well, to put it bluntly: it all came back out last night. I've felt better over all, but I've felt nausiated all day long. I don't know if I'm sick or if it was something in the food that didn't agree with me, but...well I just wanna feel better.
Not much to say, other than I did schoo
Well, I didn't get done with school until 3 today like most people, but I usually get done at around noon. The reason it took me so long is because I've had to double up on my school work this week (squeeze two days of school into one).
I've done this because I've got to take the MEAP (Michigan Educational Assessment Program) Test next week at my local High School and it's gonna take me 3 days. I've got work on top of that too, and if I had to throw some school into next week too, I'd hav
