I'm going to be leaving in a few minutes, and I probably will be gone for the rest of the day. So, here's my guess:

The bathroom exceptionally filthy. And I mean really filthy. As in, it looks like no one's cleaned it for 3-10 years. In fact, it's so shockingly horrifying, that even someone who isn't obsessive compulsive/a neat freak would scream in pure terror and have nightmares for weeks.
