I get Goomy and Cyndaquill(Though I don't agree with Cyndaquil), but yeah, what's wrong with Giratina? ._. and honestly, I only voted Goomy for hilarity last time and because I wanted to do like a one side thing that had one exception, and Hades was on side a. =P

Nothing is wrong with them... except they shouldn't be here. There's no real reason they should have gotten into the bracket over a more diverse list of characters other than the people voting on them generally only know Pokémon. I freely admit I've not played as many Nintendo titles as I should have, yet I recognize there were much better choices.

... That's... Flawed... But okay.

Yeah, maybe pokemon isn't the best story ever, maybe choosing something less known is better (I've never understood not liking something because it's popular or liking it purely because it's not well known. ). But we are dealing with a popularity contest. And quite frankly, I like Pokemon. The only reason Giratina didn't get my vote is because it was him or Ridley.

I'm doing my best to respectfully disagree with you, and I'm sorry if it isn't coming across that way.

This isn't a Pokémon contest, though. If you want that, go vote in the massive polls Dorkly is hosting right now. It's a Nintendo contest, and in my opinion Pokémon is simply way overrepresented in this bracket.

Well, okay, but They just got a new release less than a month ago. So that's probably part of it.

Plus there is just an overwhelming amount of recognizable characters in that franchise. I'm quite amazed three Kid Icarus characters made it this far.
