Limited Edition

Everything you make is limited edition.

The crummy poem you shudder to look at. The little stick figures all over your math. The magic-marker doodles on your favorite shirt. That weird breakdance move that keeps straining your ankle.

You are the only person on earth who can create something created by you.

Others can imitate what you create, or you may imitate others, but what you do is special simply because nobody else can ever create it just like you do.

And once you're gone...

Nothing can ever be created by you again.

In other words, treasure your time on earth, because you never know when a 1000 ton asteroid is going to crash into your Chevy Malibu and send you flying into the center of the planet :P

Actually limited edition is the wrong term. I can build a sports-car 300 times and sell it for 1.000000 a piece as limited edition.

But as far as the stickfigures go, or anything else, it is unique. No matter how often you draw the stickfigure again, it'll be a little different and therefore unique.

Yes.

You could also call it "A Blog Entry Of Complete And Utter Fail." :P

But hey, at least I blogged...

Actually, I didn't mean it to be depressing. XD Personally, I find it highly encouraging that no matter how stupid-looking or crummy my drawing is... if I died, my parents would (hopefully) still treasure it just because it was made by me.

...I suppose that a rather morbid encouragement...

You may carry on with your cheerful lives now. :P

Of course! Who isn't?

But from every comic, book, movie, and TV show I've watched/read, living forever sucks.

Of course, the writers have never lived forever themselves, so what do they know? :P

Not if you continue making stuff from beyond the grave, which I plan to do. I'm gonna be creative with my haunting. Not sure how yet, but I'm sure I'll come up with something.
