I am extremely Machiavellian; so far I have had great success in achieving my goals...
-
Mm, sounds fun. Enjoy yourselves, I suppose?
Or something.

Well, as The Power That Is quoted, there's the so-dubbed elastic clause. Which is elastic because Congress itself is decides what is "necessary and proper" for carrying out the powers given to it – and note also the end of that:
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution ... all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.Since I think most if not all of the things you listed fall under the departments of the Executive branch, Congress can make laws for the execution of their (the departments') powers.

A note to everyone – gali nuva mistika included: could you please refrain from making actual political remarks, like the one -Aelita- made? Those are the sorts of things that precipitate arguments and the inevitable flaming debacles that follow, and that's really not what we need here.
That's the reason that it's customary (and in fact very wise) to lock entries in which one states who one supports. I'd recommend doing that here so we don't get any sort of debating the subject.
Though I fully approve of going as Palin. Even if one is male. :3 I could probably pull off Hillary...

Depends entirely on the situation.

*glomp* Wonderful for you. If anyone tries to give you a hard time, just ignore them and point to us, who think you're awesome!

Don't worry about them. They aren't that bad. I had one over the summer and the interviewer was really nice, so it was just like having a normal conversation... Of course, if you have a bad interviewer, then that's a problem, but I suspect those sorts are less frequent.
So really. Don't stress out.

Well, since he's been consistently referred to as "he" for the past eight years, him being female would be more than a bit odd.
I'd love it if Mata Nui were female, but it wouldn't really make sense at this point.

The Battle Arachnid from Exo-Force is an astounding set – it looks amazing and has great pieces, and is only $8. The Chameleon Hunter is also quite good in these respects, and is only $15... And some of the other Exo-Force sets do well in this too, though I think those two are the best.

VOTE FOR NOBODY!
Nobody will tell the truth!
Nobody will listen to your concerns and care about them!
Nobody will help the poor and unemployed!
Nobody will rise above the petty power struggles of Washington!
Nobody will keep election promises!
Nobody cares!
Nobody can save America now!
Nobody ... except Dazed and Confused! They'll save not just the country, but the world!

If you incorporate Hahli's blended Inika pieces into this I will be very happy. Not least because this MOC could do with a few bright accents, and the blue-white blends create that, with their intermediate light blue...

Don't we all?

For simplicity's sake, I think this was what was supposed to show up?
If it was (and even if not), that is hilarious.

The love for him is mostly in things that can't be discerned in the small, blurry picture. D: It will come! (Though he does have a wonderful color scheme.)
And no. I don't like 'Glatorian' either. So I made it a more interesting plural. :3

"Ew"?
"Lime"?
...
HERETIC. TRAITOR. BURN HIM AT THE STAKE.

Aw, no love for Tina? But she'd make a great VP!
-
My feelings toward this set can be expressed only in terms of hearts. Many of them. -So- many of them. If only it weren't expensive!

Obama!

I love this song so much. It's one of the most perfectly Nightwish-like songs there is, the way they've rendered it...
-
But we had one in 2003...

THIS.
IS.
THEATERRRR.
I'm sorry. It had to be said. But that does in fact sound quite awesome and encourages me to properly join tech crew for once...

Macs: incomparable suaveness. It can defeat anything.

There is nothing wrong with using the passive voice. People who tell you not to use it in a paper "because it's less active" or something like that should not be listened to.
And Word's grammar check shouldn't be listened to most of the time. I turned it off years ago because it kept saying my perfectly correct grammar was wrong and making the most ludicrous suggestions. : /
