1. IC: Kiron and SulkuaKiron strolled the quiet streets of Pala-Koro. It was late into the night now, and unlike the other Korors, there were little troublemakers about. How very different from present Ta-Koro, and so similiar to Ta-Koro in the past, he thought. He spotted the Toa of Gravity he had talked to earlier sleeping on a haystack, and decided not to disturb him.Sulkua woke up. He had over many years trained himself to sleep late and wake early, and his mechanical parts and organic components need no more than three to five hours' rest.Sulkua checked his weapons and armour. Notjing was amiss. He looked out the window and saw Kiron on the streets. That guy sleeps like a log and needs atleast eight hours of sleep. He should be sleeping, Sulkua thought to himself. He looked out on to the streets. How tranquil, like Ko-Koro used to be.But not anymore. All of a sudden, Sulkua realised why there were others willing to die fighting Makuta. The peace and happiness, all gone now.He sighed. His stout and cold heart usually never felt sentimentally.OOC: How come no one's rushing here? There's a GIGANTIC battle soon.....

2. I think it os worth elaborating on this point. Imagine a map. Draw the lake wherever, it's not important. Draw a square, which is the HQ, a rectangle, for the Barracks, and the village itself, meaning you now have a square, recatngle and little polygons. Now, draw a rough circle AROUND the polygons. The circle is is not a thin line, but a thick line. Hollow out the thick line, leaving two concentric circles. Shade the area BETWEEN the concentric circles. The 500 metre thing is the SHADED PART. Now, draw a dot or figure outside the village and concentric cirles. That is a guy named Demonstrator 1. He lobs a fire ball in. The path is marked as a line. It stops once it touches the SHADED PART. Now, Demonstrator 1 is angry and levitates a trunk to THROW in. This means he "picks" the tree up with magnetism and throws it in. His control over it STOPS before it hits the SHADED PART. So its momentum carries the trunk through SHADED PART and hits Person 2 at the say, Barracks. Yay, person1 says and tries to control the trunk to hit Person2 again. But his elemental energy can't go THROUGH THE SHADED PART. Person 2 laughs and does all three things Person1 tried, and the converse is the same. Stuff goes THROUGH SHADED PART, BUT ELEMENTAL ENERGY DOESN'T. Now this SHADED PART IS THE SHIELD, or ENERGY FIELD. Phew. :P

3. Wait, if Echelon is dead who is gonna take over Xa-Koro? Anyways, how exactly does the EE shield work? Os it everyone inside the radius i.e. village? Or like an area like a belt around Pala-Koro? Otherwise how did those guys inside Pala Koro fight? Sorry, I'm a bit clueless here. :(

4. IC: KironKiron couldn't get any sleep and went out into the open area in Pala-Koro, just in time to listen to Madrikh's 'speech'.That's a nice new logo, he thought. The elemental thing also made Kiron feel more at ease, seeing as there would not be any easy attacks into Pala-Koro.

5. IC: Kiron and SulkuaSulkua waited for Kiron to finish talking to the person and come back to him."So, where are we staying for the night? It's too late now to travel, now," Sulkua said."Hmm... true. There are some buildings around, and it should have some sort of accomodation for non-members, seeing as this is a Koro," Kiron said as he surveyed the area.Away from the ILS HQ and the Barracks were some small buildings, probably the buildings that catered to outsiders. Sure enough, there was a certain "Bright Star Inn" and the two Toa paid for a room each.OOC: Hang on, there ARE other buildings, right? Not just a HQ and Barracks. And I'm trying to stay awake... (Need that product from UBZPJTUMH...)..

6. OOC:Here JL, this may help. :)

IC:Kiron
IC: Mevi"If you are looking to join as well, then you really just need to sign your name on the roster by the main hut. Make especially sure to read the rules, though; we had some trouble with that just a few minutes ago, if you noticed. People going around picking fights... not a good idea."Mevi used her spear to point towards the headquarters near the center of the village."Our leader and his deputies are currently in a meeting, but I'm sure they'd like to exchange a few words with any new members."
IC:KironKiron excused himself and walked to Slade."If you're looking to signup write your name at the rooster by the main hut and read the rules. At least, some guard told me that," hetold Slade.
7. IC: Kiron and Sulkua"Tha..." the Matoran strode off to deal with some arguing members. But that was not the only reason he stopped. Just comingg down the path was Sulkua.Sulkua spotted Kiron and strode up to him."Sulkua! Looks like you're fine. I thought something happened when the connection was cut off,"Kiron said, referring to the shattered communications crystal."It was alright, nothing bad happened," Sulkua said, implying that Makuta had seent agents again."So this is the ILS? Looks quite okay.""Yep. I was considering whether or not join-" Kiron stopped when he remembered Sulkua 's advice to be suspicious of everything, and suddenly looked guilty. To his surprise, the normally stoical Sulkua laughed."This is an exception. I'm thinking we should join. They seem genuine in their aim, even if their leader is rumoured not to be,"Sulkua said.

8. Karzhani destroys Maxilos, and Teridax as well. He goes on to control the other Maxilos robots by hacking into Teridax's Maxilos and crushes the Barraki and Toa Mahri, except Matoro who saves the MU. However, Karzhani finds out about Karda-Nui and invades it, causing all to perish in the energy storm, so Metru-Nui is crushed by the Makuta attack, and Miserix takes over. The Bohrok attack the island of Mata-Nui.

9. IC: SulkuaSulkua had meditated on the mountain for three days now, trying to catch on the fleeting wisp of Makuta darkness on his mind. The coma was definitely not natural. And although Makuta had tried to erase all traces, there was still a wisp of black in his mind.Sulkua opened his eyes. Still no progress. He got up and walked down the mountain, back home.Sulkua got out some supplies, including some meat, a bottle of water, and 23 widgets. He put them all into their respectivve pouches in the backpack. He put it on and strode out the door, locking the door. He had not viewed any locations in his meditation, but the ILS he heard about had intrigued him.Kiron's there already, no doubt, Sulkua thought. He was the kind of guy who ran around looking for adventure.Me, I take things slowly and methodically, Sulkua thought to himself. With that, he walked in the directon of Le-Wahi.OOC: Sulkua to Le-Wahi.

10. IC:Kiron"I don't think I should disrupt them now, maybe later. So, what benefits and conditions are members restricted to?" Kiron asked.OOC: Oh, JL you are free to join in if you want, and if Katuka is okay with it. :P

11. OOC: Feel free to interact with Mevi, she's got little else to do than acting as a guard anyways.IC: Mevi"More arrivals," Mevi muttered to no one in particular. The Ta-Matoran turned towards Pala-Koro's gate and approached the Pehkui-wearing Toa of Fire who had just entered the village. Mevi felt a need within herself to familiarize herself with the 'fire spitters', not just because of their relation to her own home village, but because of their sheer destructive potential. An infected Toa of Fire had killed guardsmen back in Ta-Koro, not long before she left. Another Toa of the same element had attempted to burn everyone in Pala-Koro.The red-armored Matoran adjusted her Akaku's lens once more, trying to get a good view of the stranger's weapon. It was a sword, slightly curved and obviously of Ta-Koronan origin given the metalwork. Mevi took note of the fact that the Toa's armor had plenty of scratches all over. Either he had lived for a long time, or he had seen a lot of scuffles, she reasoned. Hopefully it was just from fighting against Makuta's Rahi, not any sinister purposes."Greetings," Mevi said once she reached Kiron. "Welcome to Pala-Koro."
IC:KironKiron turned and saw the matoran greet him."Greetings," Mevi said once she reached Kiron. "Welcome to Pala-Koro.""Greetings to you, too,"Kiron said. "Do you know where I might find information regarding recruitment, and the ILS as a whole, seeing as I have been in a coma for several months..." Kiron said."If you know anything, you will do fine, too," Kiron quickly said, hoping he hadn't accidentally implied the guard did not know much.OOC: I am pretty much on the other side of the world of you guys, and I am very busy for the next week or so, so I may take a while to respond. Hope you guys can keep that in mind. :)
12. He manages to defeat Makuta, but is unable to save Jaller as he was too caught up in the grief. Thus, no one stops the Piraka, they control Voya-Nui, invade the MU(through the cord) with Makuta's power, and actually saves Mata-Nui as they get the Matoran to work hard under their banner as slaves. Makuta dies as his energy dissapitatesThe Toa Nuva are captured by the Piraka.

13. IC:KironKiron finally reached Pala-Koro. It was situated beside Lake Pala, and there were several buildings here and there. Some Toa looked like they were cleaning up after a fight, and there was nobody around to notice Kiron. What a bummer, Kiron thought. He hesitated at the gates, then walked in.OOC: Kiron open for interaction in Pala-Koro.

14. IC: KironKiron exited the ship and followed the directions to Le-Koro. He entered the village, disguised to look like hanging jungle weeds to protect it from the evil beasts of Makuta. He stumbled upon the concert, and saw the Matoran running about, getting things done.I'll get there later, he thought, as he headed towards the direction of Pala-Koro.

15. IC: KironAfter walking around the Koro for a few days and catching up on news he had missed in his past few months of unconsciousness, Kiron had found out two important things. One, Makuta and his minions had caused plenty of deaths and destruction across this island(not much change there). Two, a certain Island Liberation Squad had been formed to liberate the island of Mata-Nui of Makuta's power and rule. It had sounded almost too good to be true.Well, of course it is, Kiron thought. It was said that the the leader had founded the group for glory and personal power. Still, its goals were good, and Kiron's interest was piqued. Kiron packed his pack with a bunch of Bula Berries, some anti-rust ointment he had bought for a couple of widgets, a Freeze Kanola disk, power level 3,a Reconstitutes at Random disk, power level 5, and a few pieces of Nui-Jaga meat. He also rummaged around to get enough widgets(64 in all), and he brought along two flasks of water. He set off for Le-Wahi.OOC: Kiron to Le-Wahi.

16. IC: SulkuaSulkua stepped out into the frigid open. The welcome cold air stimulated his mind, which was already messed up by today's encounters. He checked his pack. Everything was where it should be, nothing was moved. He took out the dried pieces of Nui-Rama meat. He inspected them closely. They had not spoiled yet. Yet, according to the guard, he hadn't been back for months.Something's not right, he thought. He tried to remember where he wanted to go next. Then, he realised. He had no plans yet. This never happened to Sulkua before. He was a meticulous and orderly person. He always believed life should be well ordered and planned out, otherwise unplanned problems would crop up. He remembered what he had told his teammate once."Life is unpredictable. Being a Toa, a guardian, meant protecting others from unpredictability. To do that, you have to put your life in order.""But isn't life about the unpredictability, and how you deal with that unpredictability defining one's character?" The juniour teammate had asked. The two would often debate on such issues. Sulkua's cold, solo manner contrasting with the naivety and warmheartedness of the juniour. Eventually, that had changed Sulkua's manner, and made him warm a little.Until that raid.Infected Rahi had ambushed the team and killed all of them, except Sulkua and the juniour.Sulkua had become more and more anti-social since then, but never forgot those conversations. As a personal choice, he decided to abandon Team work to live his own life. It was a difficult decision, the teammate almost like a brother to him, the last of a family he found after being orphaned. The teammate was Kiron.Sulkua decided to take a walk to clear his mind. He, unknowingly, started walking up Mount Ihu.OOC: Yay, my hundred and first post!(My hundredth being in Ta-Wahi.)

17. IC: KironKiron walked out of his house, dazed. he had just woken up in the Charred forest and had returned home to find his communiation crystal to contact Sulkua. He was rummaging through his cupboard when Sulkua used his crystal to contact Kiron."Kiron! !!!!" Sulkua called into the mist. Kiron had turned and bumped onto his bed post. "Ah, there's my communication crystal! Sulkua, you alright? I was teleported and I-""Calm down, Kiron. First, where's Erken?""I have no idea.""Hmm... alright then. Should we continue our quest?""I don't think so. There's been wind of Makuta activity in the villages and every last Toa in the villages is-"The crystal had shattered then, and Kiron poured the shards to the ground. He had gotten word of Makuta activity from his buddy, who was a Ta-koro guard.Kiron assumed the crystal had decayed, and decided to shake off the nagging worry. He stepped outside for air. He checked his Scimitar. It was rusted around the edges, but nothing too serious.

18. IC: SulkuaSulkua slid to a stop.outside of the main gates. Sevveral roads were flooded and Matoran were reconstructing damaged houses."What happened?" Sulkua asked a guard."Are you kidding? The whole of Mata-Nui's talking about it! Some terrorists set off a bomb and took hostages, where the Island Liberation Squad managed to distill the situation." The guard told him, wiping snow off his mask.Sulkua hurried over to the nearest damaged building and helped clear some rubble. Occasionally he froze the rubble and levitated it away by controlling the ice encasing the rubble.Sulkua finally headed home, and opened the door. Everything was pretty much as it was, except a gathering of dust here and there.Sulkua rummaged througha cupboard. There! A communication crystal! A surge of elemental energy in them allowed a user to communicate to anyone else with a communication crystal. Unfortunately, they were of one-time usage."Kiron of Ta-Koro" Sulkua said.A shimmering in the air formed a solid image. Kiron was in his dwelling, rummaging through his weapon closet and getting weapon oil and random little daggers all over the floor."Kiron!!!!!" Sulkua called into the mist. Kiron turned and bumped onto his bed post. "Ah, there's my communication crystal! Sulkua, you alright? I was teleported and I-""Calm down, Kiron. First, where's Erken?""I have no idea.""Hmm... alright then. Should we continue our quest?""I don't think so. There's been wind of Makuta activity in the villages and every last Towards in the villages is-"SPLINK!!! The crystal shattered. Sulkua dropped the pieces. He whirled around and saw a shadowy figure running away from the road Sulkua's open window was facing.Outsmarted again. Sulkua could at least breathe easy knowing Kiron was safe. He was one of Sulkua's surviving ex-teammates and the counter to Sulkua's cold calculative presence.OOC: Open for interaction after almost eight months.
