  1. Did you have to be there to enter in it?
  2. I'd live to try our out a game on my emulator, but are there any that are like Pokemon and don't really rely on you moving around very quickly.
  3. Ok, so I love the idea of this topic, so... Here goes nothing I started getting into Bionicle in 2002, when I was four years old. My first set was the brown bohrok, and it was already one of my favorites. Then, one of my Dad's students gave me all of the Toa Matas and from there Bionicle was the best thing ever. My interest in Bionicle peaked in 2003, with the Toa Nuva and the new movie. That was the only Lego theme that I was interested in. Then in 2004, other themes distracted me and I usually just got a few Toa and villains as well as all the titans from that year. I still loved Bionicle, but it was never my clear favorite interest. Around 2004, my little brother began taking most of Lego collection for himself, well, everything except for Bionicles which he abhorred. After 2006, my interest in Bionicles decreased, and reached its bottom in 2008 where I barely got any of the characters. THEN, came 2009. It all started around a Christmas. I woke up, and at the bottom of my bed was a box. I unwrapped it and lo and behold! It was Mata Nui! I had known about Mata Nui since the beginning of Bionicle, and having him in set form was literally the best thing EVER!!! On top of that, I loved the set:) then, my parents started giving me an allowance, and I bought Gelu and Vastus, which cemented my favorite year of Bionicle:) then, in 2010, I opened the second Lego catalog of the year and got out the Bonkle magazine. I raced through it, and at the last page, it... Ended. I was devastated:( I could never get into Hero Factory, there was always a more interesting Lego Systems Theme. I played with Bionicles more than all my other Legos because my little brother had stolen most of my earlier Systems sets. At the end of 2013, I discovered that you could buy old Bionicles on Ebay, and wasted no time in supplementing my collection:) this September, I discovered BZP which made me feel very nostalgic for Bionicle:) I have spent most of my childhood playing with Bionicle and bringing it back brings so many amazing memories back to me:) These memories made Bionicle 2015 sensationally important to me, and it's something I wouldn't miss for the world!
  4. All time it would be the Toa Inika/Mahri. I felt like they went away from their matoran personalities. They never seemed to have much character as Toa and never had to work together:) I always liked all of the Toa Mata.
  5. Was it fun working with Lego?
  6. Kopaka was my first, but I'm planning on buying them all at once if possible:)
  7. I was really impressed with what wad revealed today. The Comic Con really lived up to expectations! I just hope they release the sets in time for Christmas:) this is the first year in a while where I attend to buy all the sets!
  8. Retweet the post on twitter. It us on Lego's Twitter
  9. I like the sounds of it but I don't like the picture of Tahu on the mask as much as I hoped. Super excited and I'm so glad that Im home sick:)
  10. Why don't you just get one online? I'm sure there are plenty of people who own one that wasn't given to them as a special gift from the LEGO Group. Bricklink even has some used copies on sale for less than $4 apiece!I wasn't the one who asked and I have a Turahk, but how much is shipping on Bricklink? Go onto the store you want to buy it from, click "Store terms" and the seller should tell you about shipping costs. Thanks!

  12. Will the sets' release date be revealed as well? I hope they'll start selling them before Christmas:)
  13. I like Exo Force for all the reasons above, and also that I felt that it had character, something Hero Factory lacks. Also, they had a great storyline.
  14. A Jack Stone dump truck
  15. Vitruvius or "Honey, where are my paaants?" Guy
  16. I would have liked a dystopia or making the Hero Factory system corrupt and the Heros have to make harder decisions. Basically a blurring of the lines between good and evil
  17. I didn't think that Hero Factory was a bad theme, but I could just never get into it.
  18. For me, plenty of my 2001-2003 joints have cracked, but I used to play pretty rough with my Bionicles, which might explain it. I didn't have any more broken limbs until 2007 where I had problems with Hahli Mahri. I didn't break any in 2008, but I barely touched the sets that year. In 2009, both of Mata Nui's hands broke beyond repair, and I can't really touch him or Gelu until I bricklink replacements. The weird thing is that I've always been really nice with them and haven't really played too hard with them.
  19. Just curious, where are you finding these super-cheap prices?
  20. I think it would be cool of there were more people, but an overwhelming number makes the forums harder to navigate and less personal.
  21. Just finished a Cornelia Funke and am now rereading American Gods which seems to get better every single time
  22. Granted: Test questions are based only on passages from homework. I wish that I had enough money to buy the last 3 Glatorian sets.
  23. Probably a 04 ta-matoran
  24. No. I remember seeing 2 Rahkshi combiners, the Kabuya Turaga combines along with the Bohrok Va. Thanks!
  25. Are these the only two Japanese combiners?
