IC: Kohu (Ghost) I raised a brow in surprise. There was already a casualty so soon into the project? Then again the standards for getting into project protodermis seemed pretty low. "Yes" I agreed, "I expect Nidhiki's just gauging us for now to see our limits, but when he really starts testing us we'll see the true character of our fellow project members" I could have called an end to the conversation here so I could continue examining the other project protodermis recruits, I had enough info to tell what sort of person Zaryna was. That said I felt it prudent wait and see if she had another question to ask first. Edit= Typo corrected.

IC: Kohu Hmm, she really was good at reading others. What else had I unwittingly revealed? No matter, more secrets would be spilled as we worked together. "You've guessed right, I know from experience that some people get angry knowing I worked for the Makuta, especially ex-league members, so I keep that information on a need to know basis" There was a brief silence then a passing thought gave me a new question to ask. With her ability to read others, Zaryna seemed like the perfect person to ask. "So, d'you think anybody's going to quit?"

IC: Kohu In that explanation I understood, I could see how a princess of Pridak's ended up in the dark hunters. She was like me, another lost soul looking for a purpose after the fall of the Barraki, she just chose to become a raider instead or a merc. Still I couldn't act 'soft' in front of someone reading me so intently, so I subdued my sympathy. "I understand, after the league I could not be satisfied with a quiet life but I also couldn't go back to fighting for the Barraki ... so I chose to find other people to fight for".

IC: Kohu (Ghost) I paused in focus for a moment as I briefly considered what information I should divulge. How would she respond to knowing I had worked for the Makuta in exchange for power?. I decided on a vague response "I served anyone willing to pay, as an assassin or simply a scout, I accepted any job worth my time" I answered, "the Dark hunters decided to recruit me soon after I started undercutting their prices" Considering I had came here partially to get information on Zaryna, the Akula certainly had a way of turning the conversational tables, I needed to get to asking my own questions. "Something tells me you have a very different story to tell of your time since the league fell?"

Really nice looking, but we need more photo's of this moc. What I can see so far looks good though.

IC: Kohu (Ghost) I took a moment to read what that sly smirk meant, did she think she had figured me out? Unfortunately for her, she hadn't. Still I could see now how she had riled up that bionic Vortixx earlier. Most of the recruits of Project Protodermis probably lacked experience to develop a the tolerance for large ego's needed to work in the mercenary business. Still I had to wonder how an Akula of such high stature could swallow her pride enough to work for the Dark hunters, especially when she had been given a codename she seemed to detest so much. I'd push for that information later though. "No, I only served Carapar during the Leagues days ... " I explained as I took a moment to examine her weapon, the blade was sharp and almost pristine from the care it had been given.

IC: Kohu (Ghost) I read her response, she was good at masking her emotions, but I could see her focused gaze analysing my every detail. Reading me like a book no doubt. Thinking back to the few times I had seen her today I could see that she was intelligent and a perfectionist. Someone best had as an ally and not an enemy. yet I couldn't quite figure something out about her. "Kohu, and I'll soon answer to the codename Ghost" I replied "served under Carapar's banner ... I presume you worked for Pridak correct?" Edit= had to correct a typo

OOC: Thanks for the quick post Ghost. IC: Kohu (Ghost) "Right" With the benefit of hindsight I could see that his logic made sense. The battle had turned out better the way he had done it after all. Still we didn't have all day to reminisce, I needed to get a handle on the others in project protodermis. "It was fun meeting and sparring with you once more lieutenant, but if you'll excuse me I think we should split up and get to the know the rest of our future comrades". Leaving Acanon behind I made my way into the rest of the Barracks. Ahead I noticed an Akula polishing her armour up on the rocks. from the way she held herself today I had a guess she was one of Pridak's women, time to see if I was right. "I suppose you're another league veteran miss? ..."

IC: Flynn Flames So now that Shard was seated maybe we'd get going to the Starwhale, since the villains were headed there I'm sure we would find Gyro there was well. Still I had ran out of talking points for this trip so I just sat in glum silence. OOC: Edited to fit with what Zippy said.

That's okay, so long as you can provide good explanation as to why you're gone then I can endure the wait.

IC: Flynn Flames That put me back into a sour mood. Not only was this mission staring badly, but every mission I had heard about today was terrible. "I suppose that mission went terribly as well right?"

IC: Flynn Flames - Hero Ship So Gabriel knew Gyro from another mission. I should be able to trust his judgement on Gyro. "What Happened on Mechna?"

Never thought I'd see something like this in lego form, the hands and jacket are excellent. Not too fond of the lack of eyes in any form, or the brow and facial features around them.

IC: Tio - Ko Koro Rooftop Nodding I stealthily made my way back to the observation tower. Although stealth was not my forte in this blizzard anyone could sneak about undetected. At the tower the mini avalanche had buried the original door, the hole we had climbed out of was likely the only exit they had now. I advanced onto that hole from the left, keeping a peering eye out for any guards that may have made their way out already.

IC: Tio "Then we're in agreement, this blizzard will give us opportunity to launch a sneak attack and it can be manipulated to our advantage with our respective elements ... I'll approach from the left, you approach from the right, if we take out the familiar three then the guards wont have somebody to direct the search"

IC: Tio "Seems not" I replied, staring intently at the recovering figures in the tower above. Just as they recovered though a blizzard blew through the Koro. Though the chill cut to my very core I could only welcome the weather. This blizzard was the perfect opportunity to pick off our dogged pursuers, or flee from them while masked by the snow. "We could 'do 'em in' now or flee ... either works"

IC: Flynn Flames - Hero Ship - With Gabriel "Yeah ... and it's not gone too well so far" I replied glumly "I think we just lost a Hero" I strapped myself into a seat as the ship took off. Would the next part of my mission go just as badly?

Eh the upper arms need some sort of covering at the front, and the white and silver around her body could stand to be distributed a little better. She's an okay build though.

IC: Flynn Flames I sigh dejectedly, "Yeah, I guess that makes sense" Yet something about this felt wrong. It was all too weird. I noticed a golden Hero climb into the ship, I must have missed him earlier. Maybe meeting a new person would help distract me from what happened. "Hi, what's your name?" I asked as I made my way into the ship.

IC: Tio I spotted the familiar duo of pygmy Vortixx and crippled Lesterin reach the top of the tower, as I stood a safe distance away watching from an open rooftop trapdoor. The guards had to be in the lower floor of the observatory. I glanced at the nearby snowdrifts, weeks ago a toa of ice would have been regularly sent out to keep the snow at bay and safe for the growing Koro. Under Echelons rule however, nobody bothered to look after the Koro or properly clear up the snow encroaching on the edges of the city. I snap my fingers as I stretch the range of my elemental powers to their limits, disturbing a fragile blanket of snow with as little of my power possible. It was just a nudge but when snow starts falling it soon becomes an avalanche, this would not be a big one but it would be big enough to swamp the observatories lower floors in snow. Snow and ice slammed into the lower floors of the observatory and the buildings next to it. Whatever would happen to the occupants I did not know or care.

I like how you've mixed the horns and mask together, the armour you've added is pretty neat as well. You've worked the oriental style in well.

IC: Kohu (at the Barracks) Acanon's had always been proud of that moment he got his prized mask, though he was pretty good at telling the story I'd give him that. I really should have known that interrupting him before he finished was pointless, still perhaps it was Acanons pride in his past that kept him from changing much since we last met, unlike myself. "Yeah I remember spotting their camp, I never did know why you made me hold off on killing them though"

IC: Kohu (Walking to barracks) "And it was on those islands that I honed my stealth doing reconnaissance and you honed your tactics with the information I brought ... alongside our brothers in arms we were a perfect team" I cut myself off, I couldn't get too nostalgic. We had a future to plan and new allies to make in this team of recruits. "and maybe we can make a new team with the other recruits, let me show you the barracks"

OOC: Which hero is Gabriel bliss? IC: Flynn Flames, Hero Factory Dropships, Antropolis I arrived early at the ships, I hadn't really paid attention to anything as I arrived though, but I noticed Cobra had arrived alongside another hero. "Gyro just took off ... why?"

Ohhhh, a Nexo Knights Moc. Cool. The system and CCBS have been blended well, but I feel like this build needs a seat for the minifigures to ride on it.
