    More MoCs!

  3. Worked 6 days last week, 6 days this week, including 4 10 hour days, then I have to work 10 hours on both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I am a bit discouraged about that. On the flip side, I will be making 30 dollars an hour on the holidays. Is being a slave to society really worth it people? For that all mighty dollar bill?

I want in on this loop.
  5. Mudboggin... 5561 Big Foot 4x4 Description: Released in 1997 as part of the Model Team line, retail price was about 40 bucks then. Now it can sell MISB for about 150 bucks. Containing 761 parts, the set was your standard model team vehicle, with a steering function and other features. My take: Never had this set, it comes with some nice chrome parts from what I can see. I think this was the last model team set made if memory serves.
  6. Click first image for topic! One day I hope to have something similar to this but on a much larger scale!

    Dissidia Final Fantasy

I do hope to get a PSP so I can continue my Dissida quest, nothing like the dang thing breaking on you after 80 hours of gameplay.
  8. For the first time in nearly 14 years, I actually bought a CD! I found my favorite album of ALL TIME, so I had to buy a CD player since I have none, I cannot wait to crank it up all the way on my noise enhancing headphones! It will be almost like when I saw them (White Zombie) live in the mosh pit! Also picked up a Wii points card as I see the virtual console now has Ogre Battle on SNES, a game which has haunted my existance ever since the mid 90s when I was unable to finish it. Lastly, I got Glatorians, which I plan on selling! The greatest hardcore heavy metal album EVER, Astro Creep 2000: Wii Points: Glats: Okay now I go to blast my eardrums out of my head!
  9. Scan the code, break the code, BREAK THE CODE! 8479 Barcode Multi-Set Description: Released in 1997 for a retail price of about 70 dollars, today this set sells MISB for an astonishing 350 bucks, clearly a collectors item. Containing 1280 parts, this set had a unique function in that it had a code pilot brick that could read barcodes, each one resulting in a different kind of function. My take: Never had this set, I am still confused about the whole barcode thing. From what I have gathered, each time the code pilot reads a barcode, it results in the truck bed lifting, or the pincers in the front moving. Not sure what else could be done with it but at any rate, it is a valuable set and a neat part of technic history.
  10. Man, there is so much bad stuff floating around on this internet, costs an arm and a leg to protect yourself from it. I just paid about 100 bucks on Norton software, is the internet really free anymore?

  13. 1. What will you dress up as this year? (I am going to be the Reaper, I even have a real scythe and my skeleton claws!) 2. Will you be trick or treating? (After work yes, I am just a big kid after all!) 3. What kind of candy is your favorite? (Kit Kat) 4. What kind of candy is your least favorite? (Generic hard candies) 5. Did you carve your own pumpkins? (I did, its a creepy one!)
  14. Fire up the rig boys! 5571 Giant Truck Description: Released in 1996 as part of the Model Team series at a retail price of about 50 dollars. This has become a sought after collectors item and now sells MISB for a whopping 400-600 bucks! Containing 1743 parts, it was one of the largest of the model team sets. My take: Sadly I had this set and lost it. It has lots of nice details and a steering function. I am not sure why it has become so valuable now, it is not really that old of a set but it must be very hard to come by now in a sealed box.

    I Nommed Something

Bun, meat, cheese, chips and bacon I can agree with. The rest, bleck. I eat everything plain.
  17. Read Here! This could be most awesome! Plus they have the whole live action movie in the works, Lego is taking over the world!
  18. Time will be my enemy, I like this theme though.
  19. The long arm of the law... 6386 Police Command Base Description: Released in 1986 for a retail price of about 30 dollars, this can be purchased today MISB for about 200 bucks. Containing 365 parts and 4 minifigs, this set was one of the earlier police sets. Rather basic but at the same time there was plenty of play-ability to be had with it. My take: I think I had this set, forgive me my memory from the mid 80s is a bit hazy in my old age. I seem to remember playing with the helicopter. I thought the whole landing pad thing was pretty neat, there are a few interior details also, of course they can be jazzed up a bit with some of your own parts and stuff. The cell is quite, plain and a bit cramped, I sure would not want to be stuck in it!
