Wow, crazy dream I had. Note that the details are sketchy being that it is about 11:00 now, but, still.
Apparently I was a explorer in a Chinese/Indian/Mayan tribal society. It was separated. Although the tribe was technologically advanced, most of the people were brutish stupid tribal people. And they were all missing limbs.
So delving deeper into this strange society, I find a gigantic and strange room, like a giant working room. Lights flashing and a giant TV. Kind of like a giant rendition of the tooth-tunes commercial. Where decapitated workers, spurred on by strange addictive food stimulants, work long hours doing meaningless tasks, on something that appeared to be a belt sander. But they were (I think) sanding away their limbs some how. The scientists or higher civilians were explaining that the special carbohydrates give the civilians a ravenous, frantic energy, and it makes them want more.
It gets really strange here, and really sketchy. The scientists, or the higher of the civilization were cutting off the libs of the lesser civilians. I think they were trying to perfect amputation, but they just seemed to be doing it frivolously. Maybe it was tradition, or maybe my memory sucks today. The image of a civilian that is only a torso with stubs for legs and arms that is still working is freaky.
Probably talking about amputation and acquired characteristics in Science, and watching an episode of 'Going Tribal' caused this. Funny thing was, in Science I thought if a African Tribe traditionally sacrificed their right arm, along with their offspring's arm, if their bodies would get accustomed to the change and pass it on. Yeah, I know it wouldn't work.
But the theory is correct:
Dreams = Recycled Thoughts

In other news, I watched the Wonderpets today, so I could edit the footage and make a movie with it.
And you might notice my new sign-off. Made it myself.
