  1. My thoughts. I think you should have the arms use just the Nuva shoulder armor and not the Metru, changed so it attaches to the middle hole like Inika shoulder armor but also have it curve so that it covers his shoulders (unlike the Inika armor). Or maybe what you have now is better. I will think about it...But I think I'm preferring your idea. So go with your's. The wings are good. However, I would change the dark bley to light (for the whole color scheme). I like the idea of each Nuva having his/her own color scheme (so the dark bley would go to Onua). I also don't see the point in the new socket molds, so I would leave that out because it's an unnecessary new mold. He needs a longer sword that's double-bladed. Maybe shoulder-mount the Midak? I think you could keep the laser scope, but not the blade. Just mount the bar on a 1x2 Technic beam or something. And is that a 10x10 disc? If so, good. I still don't like the mask. It's better now that the scope is on the right side, but I'd just scrap that mask and go for a movie-style Akaku Nuva with a stretched top to cover the head. And leave a hole for a trans-red stud. I think he should have Toa Mata feet. In white, of course. And for some reason I think he should have Rahkshi shins. I think a nice idea would be to have color-coordinated Metru heads. So Kopaka would have a white head. Not necessary, but I think it would be cool. Ice blue eyes are good.
  2. The SAT was harder for me. I only finished one section.
  3. I logged into my LEGO club account for the first time in four years, I think. It could be a cool Rahi .
  4. I'm not sure. But it's certainly bad sport and spirit.
  5. Somehow, I had a feeling someone would make this accusation... And the entries do seem rather lackluster. For some reason I'm not feeling the hype I usually do when I look at the finalists. And I wasn't fond of the idea to begin with.
  6. I know, like how Takanuva was a Nuva rehash, or Lhikan was a Metru rehash, or the Toa Hagah were Metru rehashes... Shall I go on? Those were one-shot sets, not entire lines of six. When Takanuva was created, he obviously has to take the Toa design of the latest line of Toa, being the Nuva at the time, since TLC doesn't make entirely new Toa canister designs just for Titans and special editions. Same applies to Lhikan and the Hagah. The Nuva and Mahri had semi-new designs. The Nuva had a brand-new leg pieces, new armor. It was pretty similar to the Mata, but different enough to make me want them. The Mahri had some new designs. Jaller and Matoro both used the Inika back in new ways, and Kongu had an entirely new design, which I liked except for two things: It was too thin, and I don't like it used on Kongu (but that's another can of worms).
  7. No No Some are decent IMO, some are fail Thanks for telling me ?
  8. The special effects were nice, but the story was kind of meh to me. And the ending is cliche.
  9. I like it cuz it doesn't break. -SZ- O RLY!!1!!shift + 1!! I've seen and heard of many of the new sockets break. Plus, they're weaker, so many of my sets that have the new sockets collapse when they're on display. At least, from my experience. I also disagree with the new socket getting the new piece award. I think it should be, hmmm, Pohatu's arm-thing (the grey part).
  10. I like to think of Pohatu in his movie form: tall and straight-backed. I think most Onu-Toa should be hunched. However, I for some reason think Nuparu should've been straight-backed. He never struck me as a typical Onu-Matoran, i.e. strong, hard-working, etc. I think Kongu and Matoro should've been tall and straight-backed. As ToM said, it's not wise to hunched underwater, and Kongu and Matoro never really reminded me of hunchbacks anyway. It made sense for the Hordika to be hunchbacked, so I didn't mind it there.
  11. Plus it basically looks like a green box with weapons slapped on to me.
  12. What staff position were you offered? And I thought the five-year spinny was the Olmak. Yep, Olmak. I was offered to be a Bloggie, but that was a year and a half ago and I had to decline due to time restraints. I still don't have that kind of time. -CF
  13. I hope the next review is Photok. Either him or Solek.
  14. Yes, but that size counts. If it's larger white pieces, it will spread more white to the color scheme. Anyway, going by your count of white pieces in each incarnation vs. total set pieces, each incarnation has: Kopaka Mata (the best IMO): ?18% Kopaka Nuva (the second best IMO): ?12%, but each Nuva came with three extra pieces to cripple their arms for a pose, so it comes out as 12.5% Kopaka Phantoka (my least favorite): ?17% (he may come with some extra pieces, but I don't know) So Kopaka has the best ratio so far, with the Phantoka in second and Nuva in third.
  15. Oh yeah, and your comedy is hilarious.

  16. What Mista Kalio said.

  17. I think I'd like someone to MOC me. So here goes... Mask: A silver Akaku, or if you don't have that, sand blue Akaku or a maskless-head design using a white Vahki head and some kind of crest (not the original one from Keerakh). Eye color (I'm very picky ): Preferably ice blue, if not light blue. Colors: Main color is white, secondary color can be trans-ice-blue (preferably, from Matoro Inika) or sand blue, with a little silver for the armor. Type: I think a Titan-sized version of me sounds good, about the size of Hydraxon. Weapon: Some kind of long staff with blades at both ends. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
  18. I second the below commentor's motion. I'm curious to see how you got Radiak's mask in Carapar's colors, unless it's an edit. Plus it looks cool.
