I wouldn't say you have an addiction. I spend three, sometimes four, hours a day on BZP, and I don't have an addiction. Why? Because I can survive without BZP. I have other things to do. If you're really addicted to something (whenever I say something like that, I don't mean "you" as in you personally - I mean people in general. There's no English word for that, unlike in German), you can't cope without that thing. You're depending on it. But I don't depend on BZP, and I doubt you do either. If BZP, or even the whole Internet, is down for a few days, life goes on for me.
So no, I don't think you have an addiction.
