  1. Quite the fitting end, all things considered.
  2. IC: 11/20 Even as the insectoid sprinted, he afforded himself a swift, disappointed shake of his head. That insult didn't even make sense. As he came closer to Timelord, the insectoid suddenly applied the brakes, though as he did so he spread his wings out wide. They may not be able to attain flight, but they are still functional. With the speed he had gathered, and the sudden decrease in acceleration, his wings created a vaccuum of sorts, sending a considerable gust of wind towards timelord, but more importantly that gust carried with it snow. With Timelord hopefully blinded by the snow clouded, Vox too advantage of what momentum the ice beneath his feet afforded him and launched at Timelord. Halfway through the jump, Vox angled and twisted his body, allowing his talons to aim towards timelord's chest.
  3. IC: 16/20 1X SoF As Vox was charging at Xccj, he suddenly found himself assaulted by multiple effects. First he felt a crippling bolt of energy strike at him from some distance away, which knocked a considerable chunk of his health off. [11/20] But oh it gets better. As he recoiled from the massive damage, he felt a... pebble? Something insignificant strike his back. He tried to take to the sky, only to find himself rooted firmly to the ground despite his wings flapping. He wasn't even going to start to try and explain the science behind that. "Really? You believe flight was my greatest asset? Do you realize how much damage I have taken?" Vox shouted towards Timelord, desummoning his boltikons and raising his four hands into the air, clenching them into fists that crackled with the newly gained strength. "I am going to make you wish you had never laid eyes upon me, you envious little worm." Vox crouched low to the ground, his talons digging past the snow and ice as he braced himself. His four hands pressed flat against the tundra. And he was off, Xccj forgotten by the insectoid as he once more reverted to a primal method combat, sprinting across the tundra. The newly acquired strength and hatred pumping pure, unfiltered adrenaline through his muscles. He had fought without flight before, and he was prepared to fight without flight once more as he made his way towards the speck of dirt that is the fighter named Timelord. OOC: Also timelord, you realize I wasn't even fighting Imrukii right, at least not for the last day?
  4. And hasn't your character already died anyway? I could have sworn I remember him dying.
  5. I like the simplicity of #1. While the piece by christian faber is amazing, #1 just is nice and clean.
  6. OOC: Have not forgotten, just waiting on Xccj to return and will take it into account at that time.
  7. I'd be fine with Vinheim dying, even though it would not be preferable, but fine with it as long as it's in a manner fitting of his life... Gloriously Dramatic. The Vinheim Flare. Also preferrably in Nato's arms, and with Vinheim's last breath, he'd whisper another set of random numbers to Nato, once more with no context.
  8. I've got to agree with Nato here... I see no outcome that most would agree to. I'd rather it just end in "The world didn't get destroyed and all life didn't cease to exist. How that happened, is lost to history.." Insert generic mysterious wind sound Also Nato, in my version of ending, your Character would profess his profound and secretive love for Vinheim, as I can think of no other reason you are obsessed with killing my character. Afterall if Vinheim dies, the temptation is gone from your life, and you are free from the burdens of unrequited love.
  9. OOC: Proposes timelord suffer decent damage from sudden change in altitude. Afterall if the mountain is colder than what you all have already experienced, that would indicate it is far higher up in the air. Such a sudden change due to portal usage to bypass said difficulties should have some repercussions on the body, since the body was given no time to acclimate itself. Just a suggestion really.
  10. IC: 16/20 SoF As the gust of wind was directed his way, the initial push did in fact disorient Vox as he flew back a bit, attempting to steady himself. Instead of continuing his attempt at flying, Vox allowed himself to plummet to the ground, though at the last second his wings vibrated violently easing his fall but also sending a cloud of snow in xccj's direction. While "blinded" by the snow, Vox fired off all three of his Boltikon's towards xccj, though none of them aimed at the same point. He knew the fighter would more than likely attempt to dodge these shots, and he likely would, but with the short cover of snow, it would be hard for him to dodge shots he didn't know the exact location of. Of course if Xccj expected a moment of respite even if he managed to dodge the shots, he was sorely wrong as Vox charged at the fighter, ready to strike at him with his own increased strength.
  11. IC: 16/20 SoF Vox muttered something beneath his breath as he watched Imrukii teleport into his "Path" if him being on the ground could even be considered that. Though he casted a quick glance behind him, noting XccJ had reemerged on the battlefield. Not wishing to disrupt the delicate flow of chaos that was occurring farther ahead, Vox turned on a dime and fired off a shot from his Boltikon at the boomerang. "You're lonely, I'm lonely. Let's fight each other in glorious combat to solve our loneliness problem," Vox shouted from above, angling himself into a standing position as his wings held him aloft.
  12. IC: 16/20 1X SoF Vox yawned as he listened to Imrukii. "I wonder who would be the complete polar opposite of you, someone who would be the utmost unwilling to fuse with yourself. Other than me that is." Vox murmured as his wings started to beat, lifting him into the air once more "You call me deaf, but you still ignore the fact I don't have to use the spear to fuse with someone else. I could fuse you and Nato, and that would be within the spears powers. Sure having Nato's Ice powers would be beneficial, but not quite worth the waste." Vox called out as he took to the skies once more. "Though I will say this, you greatly remind me of a previous fighter an incarnation of mine fought... They were just as whiny as you. They expected the world to fight by their standards, and when the world didn't, they called it a bully. They would throw themselves into the face of another, much like you have, and considered themselves bullied when they initiated the fight. I have no time for a fighter like that, as I know all too well how that ended, and I have no intention of repeating it." And with that Vox sped away, towards the cluster of fighting occurring elsewhere, determined not to allow history to repeat itself.
  13. And that's a bad thing how? I'd rather hold leverage over people through some manner or another, and have everyone want to kill me, than just follow behind some singular cause like another drone. That's boring. Conflict is the spice of life, being able to question everyone else and take your own route is far more funner. Heck I got a private personal to bodyguard by this exact method, and held the reigns over the leader of Kamuk because of the knowledge I had, and the fact fail safes were in place to screw them over if they killed me, or if an enemy killed me. Also may have helped if either side offered something worthwhile. "Fight for us for our cause is good" is not a very good selling point for a character from a house that has a history of providing services to those who pay best.
  14. I mean, I totally wasn't planning on delivering makuta to the knights, even if I wanted to kill him. I totally was on your side 100%... Totally.
  15. Pssh. Only simpletons limit themselves to one side of a coin. Not to mention good and evil is subjective. The skulls and skull supporters believe they are in the right, while the knights condemn their actions because the knight's believe themselves right, and the skulls wrong. Murders fine as long as it supports what we believe is right, said both sides.
  16. IC: 16/20 1X SoF Laughter... Boisterous, unrestricted laughter emitted from Vox as he listened to Imrukii. "Oh you amuse me so, you foolish little toa. No where does it say the Spear of Fusion must be used by the wielder to fuse themselves to another, nor must the targets be willing. That's just a restriction the morals of some have placed upon such a powerful tool. For really, forcefully fusing two unwilling subjects together is an incredibly cruel fate." Vox stared down at the tip of the spear, running a finger along it's surprisingly sharp edge. His gaze slowly drifted back up to Imrukii "Morals have no place in Bionifight." Vox whispered towards Imrukii
  17. I can certainly see the droid inspiration in it, though it looks amazing.
  18. IC: 20/20 1X MoF Vox looked around as he found the skies clear up considerable. Not only did such a thing make it easier for his opponents to see him, but it also made his ability to fly completely unhindered. Nothing could hold him back now. Though from his vantage point high above the field, Vox see the spear. Shadowvezon was forgotten, and the spear was all that mattered to him now. He flew as fast as his wings could carry him. His opponents were all still busy fighting over false alliances. Let them waste their time with that Vox thought, as he sped faster and faster, his wings beating ever more quickly as he aimed for his prize. The closer he got, the lower he dipped towards the ground. "I'll never be able to dig out the spear before others take notice. Unless..." Vox murmured, a pleased chittering emitting from him as the wind beat against his face. Calling upon the Mask of Fire, Vox surrounded himself with a coat of flame, the embers streaking across the snow-planes like meteors in the night skies. The closer he got, the hotter the flames burned, singing his antenna. And then came a deafening crack that sounded throughout the battlefield. Any who turned towards sound would see a cloud of snow, and perhaps even smoke where the spear had been. And from the smoky snow came a deep, predatory chittering. The spear emerged from the snow, held alof via Vox, a triumphant pose as he exited the crater. He was singed, and his chitin a tad battered, but he was intact, and stronger for the damage he took. "I challenge anyone to annoy me!" Vox uttered across the field, a sinister edge to his tone 16/20 OOC: For clarification, what happened was I used the mask of fire to by pass needing to dig out the spear, instead opting to melt the snow and ice around it, while also using sheer force to destroy any further ice that may hold it in place. In exchange I damaged myself for 4 hp, 3 of which was from the mask, and 1 just for added effect. Though of course this did trigger his Kinetic absorption, making him physically stronger. Should the judge not find this satisfactory, I am willing to change the outcome. Though I feel it is a fair exchange. Especially given this was posted almost an hour after the power-up spawned.
  19. Booo! Nobody likes a fairytale ending! Might as well have the skulls turn into bunny rabbits at the sun's rising.
  20. While I'm disappointed the game could not be completed in the capacity it was expected to be, what we did partake in was quite fun and enjoyable. May you have the best of luck in your future endeavors Tex, and I'm sure there will always be a place for you should you choose to return to bzp in a more frequent manner.
  21. IC: 20/20 1XMoF With his lovely new hat Vox flew above the field, watching as several of the fighters sprinted towards a single mask. Opting to let them do their thing, Vox instead turned his attention to Shadowvezon, who appeared to be doing his own thing. "Now now, we can't let anyone be forgotten." Vox whispered to himself, as he flew above Shadowvezon, high enough that the fighter should likely not see notice him given the slightly poor weather conditions of Ko-wahi. He intended to watch the fighter for a bit before attacking.
  22. IC: 20/20 Vox was suddenly glad he still had his wings as he found himself transported to Ko-wahi. He immediately took to the skies, to be certain he remained unhindered by the snow beneath. As the mode was revealed, the insectoid's glee grew further. Give an insect a health bar and he'll be the happiest insect. His eyes caught sight of a strange glow off in the distance. He quickly made his way towards the glow, the closer he got the more obvious it was a mask of fire. "To take, or not to take... Well there is no question." Vox muttered as he snatched away the mask in the southern corner. "This will be fun." Vox mumbled as he tried to figure out suitable manner for wearing this mask, opting to wear it more like a helmet than a mask, his antennae easily fitting through the eye holes.
  23. Having watched the majority of the fight from above, interfering when only necessary, Vox felt confident as he descended into the tower. He shoved Imrukii out of the way to take advantage of the mic. "Our winning team today will be the Attacking team as they put up quite the glorious fight despite the somewhat overkill of defenses. However our MVP goes out to FF, as instead of remaining here in this booth, they opted to go out and fight head-on, putting themselves at great risk for the sake of wondrous battle."
  24. This was admittedly a fun game, and I'm thankful for FF's protection as I would have died night 1... again.
